Randoms/Whines/WTF Wednesday

I didnt see one of these, so here it is...

Whats going on with everyone? Anything interesting going on? Anything to bitch about? Put it all right herr!

I'm just drinking iced coffee and getting DS set up with breakfast. Not much planned for today besides a run to thw grocery store/farm market. Its hot and muggy outside...no thank you! I'm also trying to get a weekly cleaning schedule put together in effort to keep my house cleaner.

    LO fell off the couch. He's okay, but a much needed nap time is suspended for 40 more min so I can keep an eye on him

    My boss was on vacation for 2 weeks and then she was out sick Mon & Tues.  In theory she will be in today.  I really don't want to deal with her.  She is one of those, "whoa is me" "the world is out to get me" "my life is so horrible" martyr types, and I just don't want to hear it.  Nothing is ever fun or good, she never has a good time, she just focuses on the little bad things, then whines about it.  AND she wears like a gallon of "perfume" so I have been enjoying not having my olfactory nerves assaulted for the past 2 weeks.

    I'm always hungry between BFing and working out. I've kind of just accepted that. I try to drink water to stay full, and a lot of protein.

    @MermaidsMagic‌ I hear ya! I got my a.c. pumping and just want to sit by it all day. Its too hot out there!

    @PrivacyWanted‌ You go girl! I used to gst up early to run...theeen I got pg with DS and that wad the end up that. Boo.

    @ShakeyJakey‌ how scary! I remember whenDS fell off the couch at like 5-6mo old (he wasbt quite rolling yet). I think I cried harder than he did though.

    @Mos3‌ sorry youre not sleeping well. When my DH used to work overnights I hated it too, just bc I hated being home alone all night.

    @msdrdg‌ I can't stand negative nancies like that...Ugh! Hopefully your boss stays out of your hair. Nothing like being pulls down by pessimism.

    @BluepointToasted you have my sorries. Mykid has been a real pill lately too...I do think he's trying to slowly drive me insane. The antics have begun!

    I feel bad that he fell off but he was stading up even though I always tell him not to. Maybe it will remember the fall.

    @shakeyjakey, mine fell off the sofa exactly like that when he was around the same age.  He was goofing around and tumbled off and hit his head on the floor.  He told everyone, in his limited way, about how he fell off and hit his head.  He was fine, but it did scare him.  He was more careful on the sofa after that.

    For a while anyway.

    I think my kid hates me.

    1. She only calls me dada, even when you ask who mama is she points and says dada.  Even though hubs is right there and she calls him daddy. 
    2. She won't let me change her diaper, but everyone else is ok,
    3. She won't let me feed her or hand her food, but again she has no problem with her father, my mother, or my mil giving her food.

    @prncebride‌ oh I feel your pain. For a while, my kid was in a big time daddy phase. All about daddy. Fucking broke my heart, considering I'm the one with him all day everyday. That phase seems to be ending though.

    It's a super grey day out, which is making me feel not at all guilty about sitting on the couch watching cartoons with my crabby kid all morning

    I need ideas for an anniversary gift for dh. 9 years. He already has everything in the world as far as clothes go. On a bit of a budget this year. I'm not really into crafty sentimental things....I made him something like that for valentines day this year.

    @TheEmpireNeedsYou‌ Damn toddlers and they're finicky appetites. Im sure you have an extra concern since she is FTT, but I know my kid's been super finicky with eating lately (which from what I hear is par for the course). Last week he was a bottomless pit, this week...its like he wants nothing to do with food. So frustrating!

    My dad's in the hospital for a heart attack, the AC went out in my car this morning (I live in TX this is going to be a problem) and I have a gyno appointment today.

    Wednesday sucks.

    I have to create some slides/images for news items for our website RIGHT AWAY.  They are butt ugly.  I am not feeling inspired and I'm getting kind of tired of the way everyone is running around acting like things are on fire when they aren't.

    It frustrates me when people get me all riled up for no reason.  I've been here and I've been doing my job.  Not my problem that you haven't been.
