I don't have a bumbo we have a mega seat. I bought it for this baby so I could put her down safely for brief periods of time to keep her away from DD1.

I have a bumbo. DD doesn't like it for more than a couple minutes. I keep it in the bathroom so I have a place to set her down while I'm in there. She would rather sit in the boppy for longer stretches.

True that. My daughter ripped it like a grown man when she was a baby! Historically speaking, I'm pretty sure she outfarted my son. He's rather polite actually, for a baby. Maybe he's practicing to win all the ladies in the future?

I was wondering the same...L really likes to sit up though. I have been sitting him on my lap, with the boppy over his legs and his arms on top the boppy, sort of leaning into it. He then gives a news report "live from the boppy desk". I crack us both up... I think we need to get out more.

Haha. That's awesome. I have a bumbo but only because my friend is loaning it to me. DS sat in it today and had a massive poop and it didn't shoot up his back for once. So there's that.

I'm pretty sure I could count on one hand the number of times we used DD's Bumbo. It's one of those things that you look at and think "oh yes, this could be useful!" ...Until you actually have a baby and you realize that a baby has no need to sit upright until he is capable of sitting upright on his own.

Target! I get all my linens there. They have great sheets. I like their Threshold brand.

My favorite sheets are from Target too. I think they were an organic cotton or something and I can't remember the brand. Whatever they are I love them way more than our more expensive ones.

I'm here, kind of! James and I are visiting my parents, so solo parenting has been a huge time suck. Plus, every time I go to get online my family gets on my case about "unplugging" so I've mostly just been on my computer for Facebook updates and to update my app that tracks baby's diapers and feedings lol
