Just spent a good 1/2 hr looking at wubbanubs since DS is obsessed with his I want another in case something happens to this one and it has to be a cute one since it could be something he loves for a long time. I need a life.

I am a chickfila addict in withdrawal. Every time I eat peanut butter or anything cooked in peanut oil, DS2 throws up crazy amounts and is a miserable baby. I gave in Friday night to my addiction and Saturday/Sunday was awful! This is the real reason I will end up stopping bf, I can't live without peanuts!!!

LO usually doesn't go down for the night until 11pm. Tonight she fell asleep at 8pm. I figured it would be a short nap but it's been 3 hrs. I think I am going to be screwed when she finally wakes up.

I regret not being more involved on the boards during the middle of my pregnancy. I posted and read the first trimester and then again the last 6-8 weeks before DD was born, but work consumed the middle for me. I feel like I missed out on a lot. I feel like that is kinda a metaphor for my life the past 4 years. I'm glad I am able to "retire" and be a SAHM b/c I am tired of dropping in and out of ppls lives.

Oh no!! Sorry to hear that.

I hope they're able to recover them or that they have a back-up system of some kind. When I had professional pics done, my gallery was available for a month, but the photographer kept them on file. If I had let it expire, I would've had to pay a reinstatement fee and waited a little bit. Hopefully something like that is an option for you!

Well that was an exhausting day. After eight days with only one tiny poop (which was six days ago) we went to the doctor. Little was so uncomfortable all day, and when we finally got her to go I swear she lost half of her body weight. I've never seen so many full diapers in my life. Thank God for cloth. I just kept putting them under her and swapping them out. She got some relief, but was overtired and overstimulated from not napping and only eating tiny amounts all day because her tummy was hurting. She tried binge eating tonight but still had a lot of gas that was making her scream. Finally passed out from sheer exhaustion and a swaddle. Thinking out streak of only one MOTN feeding may end tonight. Poor baby. My heart was just breaking for her. And my stomach. I'm pretty sure I got bad gas pains in sympathy.

@birl hope she feels better! We had our apoocalypse (love your term!) today, too. Ours was only 3 days coming so I can only imagine how much poop yours had today. Yikes. I'm glad my LO is no longer constantly grunting and pushing from having to go for so long.

LO had a 5 hour stretch.. 7-12 unfortunately I didn't get to sleep till 11:45 (woke up 15 min later) and of course his next stretch was 12-3 right back on schedule! So, longest stretch yet and mom got no benifit

Something kind of similar happened to me on Sunday. I ordered my husband's Father's Day present on Saturday from Shutterfly, and when I was cleaning up the next day, I came across the $20 gift card for Shutterfly that I got when registering at Target. I was like, "Crap!! There's no way they're just going to reimburse me for not remembering to use this..." And it was a little over an hour past their support closing time.

I used the online chat help the next day, and in just a couple minutes they had refunded the money.

Don't feel dumb. It's kind of like baby dandruff like if you put lotion on it, it's still there in a few minutes. When you scratch it, it kinda flakes

Ok thanks. I'll check in the morning. What do I do if that's it? It looks like it may be that. Reluctant to put a lot of lotion in her hair and find out though...

My 2 year old wanted to try nursing last night after his little brother was finished. When I tried to distracted him from it he threw a huge fit....he has been weaned for just over a year now.

I think I'm finally seeing some regression that I was expecting to start seeing earlier. He also wants his paci again and he hasn't used that is months.

ughh woke up to find my bulldog peed in his crate. better than the carpet i suppose. Cannot wait until hes off this medicine.

LO has dr appointment today. Basically another weight check . Such an all to do getting him there for what is usually ten minutes max appointment.

Would much rather sit on the patio and finish re watching Season 1 of OITNB so I can start Season 2. So nice to have a show to watch again while I eagerly await my summer guilty pleasure of Big Brother US.

Ev has a mild case of it and I've had success using olive oil. I put a little on her head before a bath and let it sit. I brush her hair while DH washes her and then we wash it out. We only bathe her twice a week and the olive oil keeps it from building up.

LO slept from 10:30-5am last night. Best part? I had to work the overnight shift so I got to enjoy none of the sleep. Of course she does this when daddy's watching her. Hmph!
