yep that's me. So much easier to deal with this time cause it's warm out instead of winter and I have very little nipple damage. Doesn't it suck!? Walking down the freezer aisle in the grocery store is like hell in my boobs. And I grab my boobs in public randomly when I get constriction pain to warm them up. Mine happens just randomly! Don't even have to be someplace cold. I was so ticked when I figured out why my nips were burning. I have regular raynaud's too (fingers, feet, and my face when I'm drinking) and I was so hoping it wouldn't happen on my nips. I'm definitely going to have to get those pads, rubbing my boobs in public is getting old

Put LO in the crib today to put away laundry (first time in it) and she was totally ok, no fussing or crying that I put her down. I haven't gotten her to sleep one night in the pack n play. We're going to attempt a crib sleep tonight so when my mom babysits Saturday overnight she doesn't have to stay awake the whole time holding her. I don't know who this is going to be harder on, me or Lana... My guess is me.

Gahhh. Sorry to keep venting and whining about mastitis. Merri now has a terribly upset stomach from the antibiotics I'm on. Poor little girl. Her cries...I've never ever heard them this bad. She just wailed herself for three hours into being passed out...for now.

My sweet friend who has been waiting for a baby for as long as I have known her just brought home her adopted son!! So so so stoked for her! He couldn't ask for a better mommy and daddy, they are the kindest people I have ever met. :x

The Dads board cracks me up. I remember reading something awhile back that I think was called BBB Monday (or something like that) where they all posted various pics of boobs, bacon and beer. Some guy totally won the thread by posting a pic of a topless girl chowing down on bacon.

My best friend just drove 7 hours to meet Penny

we get to hang for a week before she has to go back to work. She's also a nurse and recently did a rotation in peadiatrics so I am 100% comfortable having her watch Penny so I can have real showers/dry my hair. We might even cook some actual meals this week!! I'm pumped. (DH works 12 hour days, 6 days a week so he's pretty useless most of the time)

My kid just slept for FOUR FREAKING HOURS. And I definitely went to sleep when he did, so I just slept for four freaking hours. I could throw a party right now. This is the best thing ever. <:-P

( Oh man though, when those good stretches of sleep happen they sure feel great. It's amazing how four hours can feel like a full night's sleep when you're living the mommy life!
