I made $200 today selling Grayson's old baby gear that he wasn't using to my ex's mom for the new baby. And apparently when the girl found out she was pregnant she thought she was only 17 weeks along. Not 37 weeks which she was when her water broke. She also had a period until April is how the story goes. Who the hell knows with people anymore lol but I made some monies today!!

I told my H weeks ago to get a sitter for a wedding for one of his friends that is happening on Memorial Day weekend. He procrastinated until like tonight and now he can't find anyone. He is randomly suggesting neighbors that we don't even really know. I am annoyed because I already know how this game plays out- he doesn't find a suitable sitter and I have to miss the wedding to be with B. Annoying!

She said she never felt the baby move until she started having contractions. I know I will never get the full story or the truth because I am a third party here but it just baffles me that you don't realize you're pregnant. The boyfriend I guess even said he noticed a dark line down her belly but didn't know what it was. These are 21-22 year old people.

@honeyB1993 Sorry about your grandma, mine was given 3-6 months back in November. She is back home from the hospital from last weeks down slope, but it's a struggle every week. Thoughts and prays for your grandma.

I agree with this. And if the pedicure is quick, maybe you can do part of the shopping... but you can't do part of the pedi if the shopping is quick.

Yesterday I decided that we need to add another story to our house when we move back into it, and spent way too much time drawing up floorplans and pinteresting ideas. Now I can't quit thinking about it! It's amazing - it would be a huge master suite upstairs: with a double shower and soaking tub under a big window, a sitting area in the bedroom with a fireplace, two walk in closets (one bigger for me and one smaller for hubby), a balcony/walkway area that looks down onto the living room below, an open reading/study/etc area for our kids to do homework someday, which will also have a reading nook in a window like I've dreamed about since I was a kid, a smallish office that can be a nursery while we are still having babies, AND a two-story bookcase (we already have one on the first floor that goes up to the ceiling, and then if we build up this space will be open to the floor above and I'd just extend the bookcase all the way to the top!)

And I'm fairly certain this would add like $250k to the value of our house while costing less than that. Win!

Doesn't that sound awesome? Too bad whenever I mention to MH he brings up his stupid tuition we are paying for now. Booooo. Practicality beats dream house for now I guess....

I've been invited to parties where the parents list the child's clothing size and likes/dislikes right on the invitation. I think that is kind of weird.

Oh wow, someone on my husband's side of the family just sent me a Facebook invite for her son's birthday that said to give them books instead of cards. When shower invites say this, I bring one because I know it's not the MTB's fault, but something the hostess chose to do. But to put it on your own kid's invite for a party you are hosting yourself? That's super tacky to me. If I were going, which I am not, I would purposely give her a card and no book. Or just a book.

I just wanted to say thank you again and give an update on my mom. She had her follow up this morning, and they basically talked to her about chemo/radiation. They discussed how the chances of the radiation helping were slim, so she has decided not to go through with that option at this point. She met with a holistic doctor yesterday to receive some herbal medication that she is now taking. We are remaining positive and continuing to pray for her strength, comfort, and healing. She seems emotionally very calm and peaceful, and seems ready for whatever comes next. She is making healthy changes to her diet and lifestyle as well. Her immune system is very weak from the cancer and recovery from her recent surgery so she is trying to get plenty of rest, gain weight (she has gotten down to 108 lbs), and remain active as well. Thank you again for all of your virtual hugs, prayers, and kind words. I can't express how much it means to me (and my family).

And also hugs and prayers for @HoneyBee1993 and @baby Gs mommy
