I hate it when my ipad "keyboard" freezes up. It took about a minute for it to cantch up to my typing and write this and of course a typo.

I am a terrible mother. DD snorts when she gets upset and I think it's hysterical. Who laughs when their kid is crying?

Eta she only does it when she gets frustrated she can't latch quick enough. I'm obviously not letting my child cry for laughs...

Ok this totally sucks. My OB and my stylist warned me tgat pregnancy hormones can effect your hair color. I got full highlights last week and they looked great, but yesterday I went to run errands and was only in the hot sun in the parking lot for a few minutes and a few of the front ones turned orange. I'm a natural dark blonde and never have orange in my hair like brunettes get midway through a process. Plus it was already full blonde then went to orange? I probably cant get it fixed until after I have the baby too. So shitty. Wah.

I had nothing, weak stream, could barely reach and peed on my hand... Hope that's the last time I need to do that!

Could you use one of those shampoos to tone down the orange /brassiness a bit until you can dye it after baby?

There's nothing about the sun or pregnancy that would turn your highlights orange. Is it orange in different lighting? It may be that or they just aren't light enough or it might be something in your water. Most salons will give you two weeks to fix it. Call and explain the situation, they may be willing to fix it after the baby or get you in right away.

I can't even use the bump on my ipad. Any time I try to type it just totally quits like a buttface. I know I need to update Chrome but I'm just too lazy to do it. At least you have a good reason for your typos; apparently I've gone completely dyslexic and crazy (no offense meant to anyone with that) and can't use the correct term. Was chatting with hubster earlier today and used the word 'didn't' instead of 'different.' He asked if I had been drinking. I'm still not sure if he was serious or not.

I keep coming up with random excuses and reasons for why baby won't make it's appearance yet. Today it snowed and hubster LOATHES the cold and snow so I'm figuring that baby won't want to come out into a snowy world. It's an insane reason but it's actually helping me deal with being beyond my EDD.

Haha me too. We call her piggy too we are terrible parents. She only snorts when she is frantically looking for food and doesn't want me to guide her.

Morning everyone! Finally tried eviction sex... Yeah nah, not fun. How are some of you still having sex at this point???

See my MW today, really hoping she can do a sweep, but I haven't got mt hopes up. Baby still hasn't dropped and my cervix is really high...

Oh well, taking mum out for lunch with my friend and her 6 week old baby. Don't have mine to play with yet so I'll play with hers!

My body is pissing me off. I just want to be done. Did a sweep today- 60-70% effaced, no dilation. I'm over 41 weeks. My MW is doing a home visit tomorrow night to sweep again. If no progress, I have to go get an NST and other scans in order to buy me more time. Don't even know if my insurance would cover it and if I have to go to the hospital to birth I've just thrown away $2000+, not counting the money from the miscarriage or Bradley classes.
I'm so fucking tired of all of this. It's not fair that shitty people get to be parents with no issues at all and treat their kids like garbage and others have to go through hell and back.
I'm so uncomfortable, upset, and frustrated.

Also - I am having a seriously STUPID dilemma. I am stressing about whether to get a pedicure AND a manicure. Life is hard. I am being induced tomorrow, and have newborn pics scheduled next Tuesday. So do I want a little bit of a grown out mani, or no painted nails at all???

(Hugs) I'm so sorry, girl. If it makes you feel better my midwife hasn't even checked my damn cervix. I'm totally annoyed with her. Her reasoning is that since they checked me in L&D last night there's no need to check today. Seriously??? No sweep no nothing. She scheduled an US for tomorrow and an NST for the following day and AFTER all that we'll talk induction. Come on lady!!!

@pineconey, I am so sorry to hear how hard this is for you. I wish I had better words to soothe your frustrations. You WILL have a lovely wonderful baby at the end of all of this mess. It seems impossible and like it will never happen, but it will. It absolutely will. Definitely give yourself the opportunity to rid your body of all of these feelings and emotions you're having -- you definitely deserve to feel this way and it's completely normal to be as frustrated as you are. Cry, curse and do whatever else you need to do to deplete these emotions so you can build back up and start to feel whole again. You CAN DO THIS! We all are rooting for you. We all have your back and support you with everything.

I KNOW how frustrating the money thing is. Remember -- it's just money. That's what payment plans are for (Trust me, I'm like the goddess of payment plans). While money seems to control everything in our stupid American culture, it doesn't have to control our lives. It doesn't make us happy or sad. Life, family and those people around us make us happy -- your little one will make you happier than you've ever been in your whole entire life (I'm betting, anyway).

I feel like I'm an anomaly because I actually still really enjoy having sex and I'm 40w3d. Hubster on the other hand, has a harder time. He gets freaked out about basically everything and then isn't uhm, up to the job. I wish we had sex MORE so that I could get some semen marinade up in my business.

It's past noon in tax day, and the baby is showing no signs of coming!!!!! This CPA's wife is high fiving The Lord for sticking to our deal of NO TAX SEASON BABY!!! I was half thinking the universe would play a cosmic joke on me and my baby would be born on the 15th. Take that universe!!

Now to have an uncomfortable cervical check and get told my daughter is riding high and dry.

Hubster felt really bad on Sunday after uhm, performance issues. He hates to see how in pain and uncomfortable I am (I have pretty bad diastasis) and hates how he can't do much about it. He feels like the only thing he can do is have sex with me and was frustrated when he couldn't even do that. Poor guy.

So I'm one of those who hasn't taken prenatals in a while and now I can't help but wonder if that has something to do with why I'm overdue. I know I know two weeks before or after due date is always a possibility but I can't help it ya know. Is that weird?

@deidremaria Definitely don't go down the "What if" path. I doubt that's the reason why LO is still loving it all up inside of you. You're doing great. I'm sure you've done everything right in your pregnancy and that baby is just so happy and content inside of you. Hang in there love!
