    @mamrotu73 -- That's what happens when a pregnant lady doesn't have a job. (Well, I'm a freelance writer but have been taking fewer projects throughout pregnancy)

    @macgrs Thanks for the suggestions! I have made bibs and toys. I've been holding off on clothes because we are team green and it's really hard to find fabric that isn't uber boyish or uber girlish.

    I'm doing EVERYTHING I can to get this baby out of me. Plus, I have a subluxated (dislocated) rib and walking or standing is the only way I can get some reprieve from the pain. Double plus: I've been a big runner since, forever and haven't been able to run during pregnancy so walking is what I do!

    *considers* yeah I think you're right! But it seems like many women get out to at least walk before then. I won't be able to. A nurse in the delivery room said I won the "Tear of the Year Award." I think that remark wins an "Inconsiderate Comment of the Year Award." Thanks for making light of my 4th degree tear, lady. :(

    Have you ever gone on spoonflower for fabric? They have a ton of great stuff, and you can even design your own. My custom bedding was done with SF fabrics. (Yes there is a peekaboo bumper in this photo, please don't go off on me. I'll take the damn thing off and throw it on the floor like people do with decorative pillows every night if I have to.)

    It's my birthday this Friday so hubster shouldn't care how much I spend...right???

    Going to start the Shameless season finale now. GOT premier won over Shameless finale last night. However I love it when my shows start and finish seasons seamlessly, not leaving me in a lull of nothing to watch.

    So I'm oddly parched lately.. The last week I drink anywhere from 10-20 glasses of water a day and feel like I can get enough! Wtf??

    Every time I get that it turns out to be gas or poop. Of course the only thing my OB said about contractions was that they would start out like menstural cramps.

    I'm running out of things to distract me while I wait for this baby. I did this gel manicure myself yesterday and trimmed my hair today. What the hell else can I do? Atleast my baby will be born to a nicely groomed woman. I think.

    Me too! I am 40+4 and have had nothing but a few BH and some belly tightness :-( It's so frustrating!

    @diedremaria: I also never really had menstrual cramps either. Hoping I realize when it's the real deal too!

    Not "wrong", but I wouldn't wish the hell I felt last Monday night for 5 hours on you, especially since a week later I'm still very much pregnant.

    Loving in sympathy if that makes any sense!

    DH has started to get a bit jumpy... Every time I stretch my back, or make a face when I try to stand up hes very quick to ask if I'm ok. It's very sweet, and he manages to do in a way that isn't annoying. I only worry when I finally do go into labor he will freak out not knowing what to do!

    This is totally stupid and vain but whatever - I want to get a gel manicure before my induction (scheduled 4/16), but I'm worried I won't be able to leave the baby two weeks later for a polish change. I should be fine to leave the baby for 1.5-2 hours at 2 weeks or so, right?? I'll be breastfeeding.
