My DH didn't make points again for promotion. He missed it by 7 points this time. My DH birthday is April 10 so I was really hoping it'd happen this month as a happy birthday from the Army present. Instead, it means we have been waiting a year for this promotion. Ugh way to ruin a day...LO you can come now and cheer Daddy up.

Just had my weekly appointment and I am very annoyed. They were behind so I ended up waiting in the exam room (with no pants on btw) for 45 minutes. DH was with me and just complained the whole time which added to my stress and annoyance level.

When my doctor finally came in, she took about 5 mins with me and barely answered my questions. She is not usually like this in my appointments, and I get that maybe she was having a bad day, but it just really got on my nerves. She also told me that she's on vacation next week--- my due date is next Tuesday.... Great...

And my feet are super swollen and LO is showing no signs of coming out anytime soon. I was so frustrated after my appointment, I cried the whole way home.....UGH

What a day. Massive headache! Luke got circumcised today (hold the debate) we didn't do it in the hospital because of his eating issues. We had to sit in an exam room for 4 hours. No food or drinks for us and my head hurt so bad.

Luke was great, but now he isn't eating and he's acting like a maniac. Poor baby. He also hasn't gained any weight since Friday. Augh I'm stressed! At least his sleeping has been better.

Also it's snowing again and I want to cry.

Saw this today.. Not safe for work...or the faint of heart.

We whip out the boobs for Breast cancer awareness...but im not a huge fan of this awareness campaign. Especially since participants seem to be the kind of people who want to show off anyway.

Naps are amazing. Sometimes we run errands purely for the reason that it's time in the car where he's strapped in. And the 3rd trimester, we discovered Mickey Mouse clubhouse and Little Einsteins! I'll have time later to undue the damage of my 2 year old watching tv right?

For me it is the fear of jail.....lol. Seriously though it is hard some days, but my 3 yr old is easily entertained these days.

I feel like LO went from breech to transverse...I feel everything down low- kicks and hiccups...is this an improvement? Maybe she just had to take a break mid-flip? I wish my appointment was sooner than Friday, I am driving myself nuts.

Thank you, @celticlullaby. I know you're right... I keep trying to remind myself that a week from now I would have been considered "full term" when DD was born, and that my swelling during my pregnancy with DD went on for weeks before I got diagnosed. Either way, "early term" still sounds so much nicer than "very premature." It's just so hard to readily associate pre-e with a big, healthy baby! I'm pretty sure I would go batshit insane without all you ladies! >:D<

My boss has work scheduled for me through next Thursday (I'm due Friday.) The dude I was training today came totally unprepared so after we were done I emailed my boss and let her know I was done for this week unless she needed me.

Came home- my Mom came by and we painted over the old grandma wallpaper in my kitchen. Looks amazing. Can't believe I got that done today. Now I'm SO ready for a hot bath but I gotta go pick up DS. Once everyone is fed I think DH will need to take over and it will be mama soaking in jacuzzi tub time.

e: Oh and I got together all our 2013 receipts and invoices for our business over to our accountant so maybe my 2013 taxes will finally get done.

Not trying to change your plans because it's good you're seeing your OB AND I don't know your BP history but if it makes you feel any better- my BP jumped up and down like crazy the last 4 weeks of my last pregnancy but DS didn't come before his due date and it didn't end up meaning anything other than I needed to take it easy and rest more.

Again- only saying that to try and make you feel better- not trying to advise you not to take it seriously. Sorry your BP and DH are causing you stress!!

Huge headache and all I want to do is nap. But if I do now I'll never get to sleep later.

Totally going through a "maybe this whole have a kid thing was a bad idea". I know that's terrible to say because there are so many who would do anything for a child, but I'm just doubting everything right now.

Is it possible to get ppd (or something similar) before birth? I haven't been able to really shake this mood for a week now. Normal? Should I mention it at my appt tomorrow?

WTF! He's on his way home but his phone is dead? Or his phone is dead so he doesn't even know he needs to be home right now? Either way, that's not even remotely okay if you rely on him for transportation. Is there a friend or family member who can take you in? FX for you!

@celticlullaby i've had the "charge your damn phone and answer when I call" talk with H this week too. he NEVER answers the damn phone. I hope he gets home soon so you can get in to see your OB. FX its nothing but a spike.

@Emily041285 I would mention it to your Dr next visit. Doesn't hurt to have everything out in the open. They can't know how to help you if they don't have all the information. I hope you're able to sort things out and feel better about yourself, the baby and your beautiful growing family

I haven't shaved since the day Luke was born. I have my 2 week pp check up Thursday. I am such a hairy mess right now and it's all itchy. Do I shave and leave a sideways landing strip where my incision is, or just leave it.

Either my OB will be grossed out by my hairy vag, or I'll entertain her with my hack job.
