Why oh why do people find it necessary to post pics of themselves hooked up to oxygen or pics of their hospital bracelets when in the hospital? I'm gonna slowly start unfollowing people on Instagram.
Thank you for the hugs, ladies. Doc didn't seem concerned. BP was 124/70 which is good in general though still about 10 points higher than what it has been for me at most OB visits. No mention of protein in urine so I guess that's good. Weight was up a good bit (about 5 pounds, possibly explainable but it scares me) but apparently not enough to concern her since I had lost a few last week. Still, all the things together make me nervous but I am going to try to take it easy and keep an eye on it until next week. Keeping my fingers crossed it's just third tri catching up with me. God I hope so... Thanks again, ladies!

.@fourthnlast Thank you, it seems that his fever is gone (at least for now) after his dose of Tylenol this morning. I really hope your kids feel better too and that you don't catch what they have. ((hugs)) to you.
Nearly had a panic attack again last night- second time in less than a week. And I woke up from a nightmare this morning. I'm prone to panic/anxiety, but have been doing so well during pregnancy so far- come on brain! Nervous I'll have a freak out during labor.
((Hugs)) do you have anxiety coping rituals?
I do, but it's always that battle of reality vs. My head. Worried that in labor I'll be too distracted by my body to fully equip my head to do what it needs to.

I think you'll be in a totally different state of mind and be just fine during labor. I used to have the most debilitating panic attacks and had this same worry a few times, but oddly enough the one L&D experience we had eased my mind about it. It was strangely calming that although I was experiencing a scary situation, all this uncertainty and crazy things happening with my body, the one thing I wasn't experiencing was that familiar panicky feeling. I even looked for it. I think being focused on what your body is doing, tuned in to contractions, etc really makes it difficult to let your brain go where it would need to in order to let you panic. You've got this.
I'm so uncomfortable that I'm seriously debating telling my doctor I'm ready to "do this thing" next Monday. I'm sure he'll shoot me down since he seems to want to get as close to my due date (4/20 or 4/25 depending on who you talk to) as possible. I thought doing a C-section for a breech baby meant they DIDN'T want me going into labor on my own accord?
My hips and tailbone feel like they are cracking like an Easter egg. Everything hurts. The nursery is ready, he is 75th percentile, can't we just do this thing?
Maybe if I do enough Kegels, baby will get uncomfortable enough that he wants to come out...
@aronie82 the first week home is hard as you get settled and figure your little man out. But it won't take long to get settled. Hang in there!!! We are here for you if you need anything!
I will vouch for that! Week one SuCkED! Week two has gone much better!!!
Guess it's a good thing baby is still on the inside. My 9 year old was throwing up all night, just picked up the 11 year old from school because he started throwing up in 2nd hour, the 6 year old hasn't called...yet.
Shit!
Oh no! I hope you and the rest of your family doesn't catch it and that your others get better fast.

@MrsStanton87 - No they haven't scheduled a date yet. They keep hoping he is going to flip, but honestly, I just want to know one way or the other what is up so I can mentally prep myself. My next appointment is on Monday, so I'm hoping to get some more definitive answers from my doctor.
@aronie82 I'm sorry you're having a hard time. Try not to be so down on yourself though- try different things and you guys will figure it out together. Some babies prefer things others don't! You can do it!!
@BiggerinRealLife I'm sorry you have to go through this right now, ::hugs::

I have never been as gassy in my life as the last couple weeks! Poor DH. It was too cold to have the windows open yesterday (even with my hot flashes) and I felt all self conscious when he came home lol!
@Tferr02 - I'm sure it's different for everyone, but after my internal check a couple weeks ago, it was only for a day. More spotting than bleeding and it was dark, like older blood. Kind of like the wind down day of the end of a period, if that makes sense?
If you are having bright red blood or filling a pad/liner, I would call your doctor for sure!

This would be my advice as well.

@KatieGummow AHH! You had some Skyr. It is very thick. Greek yogurt-ish, but, even thicker. I love it. They do have 'regular" yogurt over here, but, I think its too thin compared to what I'm used to as regular yogurt in America. hehe.
Sometimes I love skyr and sometimes I can't deal with it. The real way to eat it, is to get the plain kind, add fruit, sugar (or honey), and then pour milk over it. THAT is super yummy :-)
I am hoping this kid actually cooperates at my appt today. We have an NST and last time she slept through the whole thing so it took almost an hour! Then of course the little devil started moving like crazy the minute we got in the car! I know I am in for it since she has been so defiant, even in utero!
I'm soooo annoyed at how redundant other threads are. You'd think that once someone answered a question and it happens to be the same as your answer you wouldn't bother answering it right? Wrong!!! I know sometimes people post before reading comments but aside from that why waste time?
Thanks @Stace0616 and @aviola329 ! Calling my dr is pretty pointless most the time, so appreciate your experience! It's still within 24 hours so I'm not worrying yet
Thanks @ColleenSwerb! I'll technically be 37w either Sunday (LMP) or next Friday (8w ultrasound date), so I guess I'll hold off on the eviction notice. Plus, we DO have a wedding to go to and I promised the grooms I'd keep my legs closed until then.
My OB at my appt last week make me feel like such a wuss. I was almost in tears telling her how miserable I was and she responded by saying, "everyone at this point in their pregnancy is just as miserable as you are, whether it is one baby or two. Take some Benadryl and get some sleep. You do not want to have these babies right now. The worst feeling in the world is going home with your baby in the hospital nursery." (She had pre-e with both babies and they had NICU time.)
So, I have stopped complaining and feeling so bad for myself this past week! It feels great. And I have been sleeping better, which I am convinced makes all the difference in the world.

Ouch.
