  We had a play date this weekend with DH's BFF and her 12 month old. She could believe how clean DD's exersaucer was. I was thinking it does get dusty but how could it even get dirty? Hers it dirty because her DD eats it in. She said that we are "strict" with DD because she only eats in her highchair. Really? You would call that strict?

  SO got Grayson to sleep a little after 11 last night and brought him to me. It was so weird not having to get him to sleep! We haven't gotten a chance to talk yet because I was dead tired last night but we haven't argued or bickered at each other. Hopefully we can talk soon before we both forget and move on. My ribs are still killing me so it looks like I'll be going to the doctor tomorrow. I have no idea what happened but it feels like someone kicked me in the ribs.

  This is so strange! Why develop bad habits at that age? Andplusalso, at 12 months they will eat if they're hungry. Offer food when you want and don't stress too much about it. I know sometimes that's easier said than done though.

  I finally started this morning. A week late as per usual. I feel like crap and my hormones are out.of.control. I feel like my day would be best spent watching chick flicks and balling my eyes out to get it all out of my system. Oh, and it's freaking snowing again. Wah.

  @colieann31 I hate to say this, but if he is changing his behaviors positively, I wouldn't discuss it. I would maybe go with some positive reinforcement, write him a note in his work bag thanking him for stepping up and telling him you love him or whatever his love language is. I think that men get mad and say and do things to act out, but when their actions speak louder than their words they should be rewarded. I don't know that dredging it up will do you any good at this point.

  Also I've decided I hate tv. They get you all attached to characters then they kill them off or they leave or the show ends. I'm tired of mourning the loss of people I don't even know.

  No I'm not gonna do it, MH's company subsidizes gym membership to the Y so it's $25 for the both of us per month. I'm gonna start looking into their class schedule though, to see if they offer anything like it

  This is so fucked up.  One, schools need to stop making pointless rules and focus their energy on stopping bullying and increasing students' engagement, available programs, etc.  Also, let's use our brains and take shit on a case by case basis.  This isn't gang related or whatever the hell their concern is, just like a kindergarten kid shouldn't be expelled for "sexual harassment" for hugging friends or because his dad put a plastic butter knife in his lunch to cut his apple because his tooth fell out.  I have lots of feels.

  Everytime we go sit outside in our backyard to enjoy the weather my neighbor is yelling at his dog. He's a big older man and he's always yelling "Tinkerbell, Tinkerbell shhhh". I can't help but laugh everytime.

  I saw this on the B&N website:  Ebook Settlements credits are being distributed over the course of three days, starting March 25th, 2014. Postcard checks will be mailed on March 27th, 2014.

  If I have to get all three kids into winter coats to leave the house one more time I'm going to go bananas.
  Also I just got all 3 kids to sleep and this truck just pulled up in front of my house to start trimming a tree. I'm guessing this will wake 2 out of 3.
  Going to chug some coffee before it's really too late.

  So E isn't crawling quite yet, but she wants to so badly. She has adopted this awesome habit over the past few days of pushing forward from sitting, to all fours, to flopping on her belly, inch worming/scooting backwards/in a circle/any direction but forward, and then yelling for me to help her. This happens the instant I set her down because she is no longer satisfied with just sitting and wants to acheive mobile/follow mommy everywhere status. Sometimes I get on the floor with her and try to help her adjust/push forward and other times I leave her a bit longer to let her try and figure it out. It is getting old though.   Gah! DH worked from home today because of his "allergies" and because he's so sleep deprived. I do all motn wake ups but whatever. He has woken ds up from every single nap today! Either talking way too loud on a call or slamming stuff in the kitchen. We have a tiny apartment, so it's not like he has an office to work in. LO usually naps at least 3 hours over the course of the day. Today he's slept barely an hour. I'm so annoyed.

  @TheTamedShrew‌ no idea here but my dd does the same thing (pushes herself backward on her belly)... I keep putting her up on all 4's, but she just flops back down and then screams. She still hates being on her tummy.
