Wellllllll.....We were in bed and without telling her why, I just put her hand on my belly. He was kicking so hard I just knew she'd be able to feel it. So, at first she was all "what are you doing" and then when she felt it she just froze lol it was so cute because she just couldn't believe it. Haha there was no crying or freaking but lots of smiles and kisses which are just as good. Then she put her head on my stomach and sang to him

it was a sweet moment. Haha I love your story though! Your DH seems like a pretty awesome dude!

ETA: I feel like this needs to be a thread. "When and how did your SO feel the baby move?" I love hearing these stories.

I can't stop baking....Cakes, muffins, cookies, cookies, cookies, pie, apple crips...must be stopped. DH left me alone for 20 minutes and I had a batch of chocolate-peanut butter-pretzel cookie in the oven...he was like what the hell? I left you alone for 15 min! PS the cookies are awesome. :-)

DH is sick, really sick. He has a fever of 101.8 and is vomiting. Never in the 7 years we've been together has he spiked a temp. I want to be with him and take care of him but I'm scared to get sick and spike that temp. Feeling major guilt for being downstairs while he's upstairs in bed.

I'm now on season 4 of SOA. I sort of skimmed through season 3. They really drug out the whole Jax's son situation. But I freaking hate google. I typed in "what season is SOA on" and the first link that popped up in bold letters was "____ death." < google it and look. I was so pissed and disappointed. I'm finding it so hard to watch now.

I am buying paint samples for DD's new room and also colors that will be DS's room. We are planning aqua and coral in DD's room and gray with teal and orabge accents in DS's room.

DH would also like paint a stiped wall in both of their rooms. He's like a man possessed, haha.

Background: In general, my sister and I are not close. We hardly ever talk on the phone and really only see each other when we're both at my parents house (we live an hour apart). I've been kinda bummed out about it because she just did this pregnancy thing TWICE recently (my niece is almost 2 and my nephew is 3 months) and I thought it was something we would kinda bond over. For the most part, it hasn't happened.

But yesterday, we were on the phone for an hour and had a really nice conversation about pregnancy, and she was being so supportive and actually present in the conversation, and it made me really happy.

Dude. Me too. But also, I was at my friend's house this weekend and her baby boy is 6 months old. Apparently his penis can revert back inside him and she has to pop it out to clean it. I was talking to her while she was changing him and saw her do it.
