I want all the junk food. Like... all of it. Egg and cheese McMuffin, Sonic ice, Casey's sausage pizza, Hy-Vee chinese food, hot dogs, Taco Bell freeze with all the flavors mixed in one cup, B-Bop's french fries, KFC mac and cheese, Little Debbie cosmic brownies... I am just craving all of it. And I can't eat any of it because 1. I'm trying to be good, because there's another human being inside of me, and 2. it would all be very hard to swallow right now, with my throat being so sore.

Darn DH for giving me his cold/flu thing!!!!!!!!!

HyVee Chinese used to be amazing at most of the stores here. Now it all sucks. Every last one. It's very heartbreaking.

You need to come to Iowa then. The one my BFF works at makes theirs pretty awesomely, but you have to get it when it's fresh... The stuff MH had last night was a packaged thing that he popped in the microwave and managed to make taste fresh again.

@mndynitetragdy West Lakes HyVee generally has some good stuff; if you're really nice to them, the little asians in back will make something fresh for you.

My BFF and I have been known to charm our way into some fresh General Tso's, Orange Chicken, or Lo Mein.

I need to vent. We got an Arm' Reach Co Sleeper and I just set it up to make sure it would fit by the bed and work; it does!

Well for the f***ing life of me I cannot unlock the bottom bars to put it away. So apparently it is staying up for 5+ weeks until the baby gets here and it won't be traveling with us since it is impossible to unfold!

My OB switched practices and it's been a nightmare. I got a bill from the old OB practice for a $600 charge with a balance of $353 with a hand written "insurance has paid in full" note attached to it.

Ummm ok? How about a detailed bill m-f'ers that shows what insurance actually paid and what about the close to $500 I've already paid you?!

I am officially fifty shades of pissed right now.

We put in our application for the apartment over three weeks ago, had a friend clean it so that we could move in asap two weeks ago, were told that we would not be allowed to move in until the new management took over less than two weeks ago, and now I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THE NEW MANAGERS. No one gave me a new number, there's no updated address for management on their website, there's no way for me to get in touch with them!

What the f**k are we supposed to do now?! Just sit around on our asses until we get a call from some random guy/gal who says they're the new manager for the apartment complex?! This place is all we can afford right now, that is anywhere near to DH's school/both our families, and even then it's more than an hour drive to see either of our parents, and it would be an hour long daily commute for H to get to and from school every day!

::internally screaming because her throat is too raw from coughing to actually scream::

I'm pissed. All I wanted to do was going swimming tonight. DH was finally home early enough on a Wednesday that I could go do open swim for a bit and then try the aqua Zumba class. Nope. Here's how it went down once I got to the gym.

Desk lady - oh are you here for the aqua class?
Me - yes
Desk lady - oh sorry the pool is closed tonight. I figured that's what you were here for once I saw how pregnant you are. Do you want to walk on the treadmill instead?

Thanks for pointing out how pregnant I am and ruining my night where I was hopefully going to get 30-45 of mainly pain free movement. I may have cried the whole way home.

I would have cried too. Can you go tomorrow (if the pool will be open)?

I'm going to call in the morning and try and go to the regular morning class. The sucky part is I will have to take DS with me who has start swim lessons and he's obsessed with the pool. It's going to be hard to get him to just hang out in the kids room while I go. Thanks for saying you would have cried too! It makes me feel a but less crazy!
