Dudes, I travelled three hours to meet Etoille. I love my online relationships with some people. I'm meeting another bumpie in two weeks when I'm at my brothers wedding in AL because we've been "friends" for over three years. I can't wait to see her! I know I will have friends if I go to NY, DC, GA, CA, AZ. All because of online groups. In this day and age everyone is online and it's not just creepers. You can meet a person IRL at a moms group that is a total creeper. It's not HOW you meet. It's WHO you meet. Just use common sense.
I wanna meet you!!! (
because it didn't fucking snow enough for me to build my own

You're right! I totally would. I have friends up and down the OH valley. I just rattled off a few but yeah you're on the list.
@Meimsx... when you say up and down the Ohio Valley... please specify... my husband is from the Ohio Valley, we may know some of the same peeps!! How cool, then when you'd visit them we could set something up!
I have no idea actually. Not off the top of my head. I have a friend in St. Marys. I have no idea where that is. I have another in Lima. FFC I don't know what OH valley even refers to. Lol.
I'm pretty positive I just walked through target with my fly down.. Oops. It had to be the one day I wore a short jacket.. I hope they enjoyed the free shot of my pink Hanes undies
I went to work a few days ago with my pants on backwards. Im able to just slip them on without unbottoning cus theyre stretchy. I got home went to the bathroom and realized I could see the butt pockets. Whoops. I was tired.

Another FFFC: While watching Sister Wives last night I began to think how it could be so appealing. Not with DH, but some of the assholes I've dated in the past. Kick them out to go see another wife, have someone to help clean and cook around the house, and someone to split the BJ duties with...
1) LO ate poop this morning *seesh* I sat him down to start coffee. I didnt notice the poop. How did I not notice the poop? Apparently it got on the carpet, he put his monkey in the same spot and then chewed on the monkey. I only knew he was doing this when DD says "what's that weird thing on his mouth?"
2) LO is sitting with me eating Cheez-its
Ewww, gross! Try telling him this story when he's a teenager!
I never participate in the UO or FFFC threads, but thought today would be a good day to start.
My FFFC: I used to write a blog from my dog's POV. I started it to document and share puppy pictures with our breeder and family, but then strangers from all over the world started following my dog's life. I stopped writing when a stranger approached me at the park completely starstruck and asked to take a picture with the "famous Miss Laila."
Now that I'm getting ready to move back to New Mexico and will be job searching soon, I'm realizing that my stubbornness about not taking Spanish in high school was a poor, poor decision. Seriously, it's almost like you can't survive back home in the working world without being bilingual. Lammmeeee....*sigh* Time to get some Rosetta Stone...
@maryannespier I'm sure there's plenty of awkward in all of us. If you are truly awkward, I would not notice, as I would most certainly be too busy with my kids to register any uncomfortable exchanges. Either that or I'm too awkward myself to even notice the awkwardness.
Kitten80 why wouldn't your DH use the frozen BM when you were gone?
"She asked for milk, I poured her what I gave DS, she never asked for the other milk or the bottle. She went to sleep without it every night/nap.". Now, the second big trip was when she was, Idk, 21 months oldish. I think he thought it would work to wean her this way during the end of my pregnancy because that's how DS weaned. BUT I wanted her to get some because I pumped it all and she had major surgery at 2 weeks old and is still healing/impacted by it.
He just could never understand how frustrating it was for me to pump and have bottles go to waste or a freezer stash he didn't bother to utilize. Laziness, for the most part and lack of comprehension of the blood, sweat, and tears that went into it. He pretty much never gave her bottles. Even during my trip when she was 16 months, he used very little. But he loved giving them to DS as a baby, so who knows that logic.
Kinda jealous of all this @valstulas and @ maryannespier love fest. Can I be the awkward odd ball in the corner? Clearly I'm not cool enough for the two of you

I would gladly hug you. You and citrus are my inspirations that you can survive 3+ kids. That alone is hug worthy. And I kind of bump love you.
@Kitten80 I'm not being snarky and I'm a FTM but your LO had a bottle at 16 months? I remember it used to be that way but I thought you were "supposed" to wean earlier now?

Great minds, duder. Plus, you took it one awesome step further and asked for pics.
Once I met someone I'd talked to online and the entire time I was on my way to meet her I was thinking, "Would it be awkward to hug her?"
no hugging happening on the west coast ::cries:
