I'm gonna put this here...we have changed our sleep training strategy and I actually like my husband again! If Ty cries, H goes in and tries to soothe him, I go in and feed him at next wake up or if he gets too frustrated (hasn't happened yet).

Last night Ty ate at 6:30, 12, and 5!! Which means I got some decent sleep. Once I get back to not feeling like a zombie I'm going to try soothing him instead of feeding him!!

I have a quick question about my dogs fur? Here it goes! My dog Gracie chewed her old pink harness and my dad bought a new pink one for her (same manufactuer) however it has dyed a part of her fur pink. Is it just because the dye is stronger in this harness compared to the last one? Also does anyone know a good shampoo to help get rid of it?

No shampoo suggestion, but maybe wash the harness a couple times to fade it a little.

Also, J just arose for a diaper change, so I changed him like a nascar pit stop, stuck him back in his crib and he closed his eyes. Let's hope he stays asleep! He's teething, and the past two nights he's been up partying until almost 2! Rosey cheeks, drool that could fill an Olympic pool, but not crying, just awake. Color me confused. I never even knew when Q was teething, other than seeing her red cheeks.

O's cheeks get so red, everyone thinks I'm being neglectful toward him. I've been slathering Vaseline and aquafir on them but the color comes and goes throughout the day. I feel bad for the little guy

j decided he needs to move all around in his sleep and get stuck In Weird ways in his crib; then he needs help once he's stuck! He never moved in his sleep until about a month or so ago!

My LO woke up multiple times as well. He was just waking 1x or STTN but I don't know what's going on maybe seperation anxiety? He falls asleep the instant I pick him up I rock or nurse if its been awhile the second his head hits the sheets he's screaming bloody murder. He's never done that and we are going on night 3.

I wrote notes for all gifts. ALL GIFTS. I even write a thanks for people when they have us over, if someone treats when we are out for a meal, etc. All those things take effort and thought, so they deserve a thanks! (IMHO, obvs.)

Am I the only one who isn't into Thank You notes? I wrote them for my baby shower and that's it. I've never done one for anything else, nor have I received one for anything other than a shower gift. I feel like if the person Thanked me when we were together, a note is unnecessary. Save yourself the stamp and save me from feeling guilty for throwing it away immediately.

My friends are into etiquette so they send thank you notes for just about everything so I feel compelled to do the same. I can be a horrible procrastinator and sometimes send notes a month or two later. I'm proud of myself for getting out three thank you notes for Christmas for gifts we received for KJ just two days after. Damn, that reminds me I actually owe four more…
