Sooo.. apparently I am the ass not my H. In all my sleep depravation I misread his text (and the tone of what I misread), so basically I got all pissed off over nothing. He got home and we realized it and both ended up in tears hysterically laughing. We are now making the day better with beer and a super fattening cajun crust pizza. And, probably sex later too. Definitely sex.

I have never posted before on the TOAT but this seems like a place to bury my weird confession.  I have taken pics of LO nursing at various stages of his life. Including once when he was upside down nursing in a futile attempt to get a blocked duct.  I never thought it was weird until a friend of FIL was looking at all the pictures in my phone. (Awkward). 

Kinda hoping someone else admits to pics of LO nursing too!!

I cut up an apple and put it in the mesh feeder. LO loves it, and I live that it keeps her occupied. It's a win win. Beware: it is impossible to get banana out of the mesh feeder. I ended up just throwing it away.

Luckily I'm not a football fan so I don't have to claim the Lions. But, I claimed the Tigers long before they got themselves back into the World Series. I got judged and mocked for that. Lol.

I didn't end up weaning but I'm glad I took the pics!

FFSC i judge how big my LO has gotten by comparing her to the size of my boob and the length of my boppy. .... My boob used to be half the size of her whole body, and I remember thinking well no wonder she won't latch the poor thing will drown in my boob! Nipple shield user for lyfe.

Just caught up on 200+ new posts. Keeping up on here is hard!

@subliminalrabbit thought I'd share how I transitioned DD to napping in her crib (but our situation was VERY different, so I have no idea if this will help you). I laid her on DH's side of our king size bed and I lay down on my side and comforted her until she fell asleep (patting & pacifier). I figured getting her to fall asleep on a flat surface was a huge step. Then moved on to sitting beside her crib while she fell asleep.

I probably thought the pics were super weird before I had a baby. Now there are lots of things I do that pre-baby me would have side eyed

My kid's shot record expired so he can't go back to school until I get a new one and I have a project due by EOD Monday so I can't go and get an updated form. I have to find alternative childcare until I can take care of it AND pay for the daycare that we can't attend. FML/SMH

This just happened!!!! -

Ds woke up and I was rocking him to sleep as DH lay in bed. All of a sudden DH puts his hand in the air and starts waving it back and forth in time to my rocking. Naturally I put my hand up snd started waving it and it's like we were rocking out at a mini silent concert! Lol!! It was all I could do to keep from busting out in laughter!
