omg i've done NOTHING productive since after work. ok, so i did make homemade noodles so we could have turkey and noodles tonight, and i worked on the registry. and i got dairy queen. but other than that... 3 hours, wasted. agh.

I had the genius idea to rip out the uber-tacky screen on our fireplace three days ago only to realize that besides protecting our carpet from sparks, it also served the very useful function of not allowing smoke to leak into our house. Three days ago and it still smells like a smoke monster threw up in here. Blech.

I really wish I could stop opening any thread related to the baby shower snafu because it is fanning the flames of my inner bitch, but I just can't resist a good reason to use GIFs.

Lord, in the last 2 days I have been spending money like there is no tomorrow! And there most definitely is a tomorrow and I have lots of bills to pay! I always feel buyers remorse when I spend so much money all at once! On the bright side I am 80% done with our Christmas shopping, found some maternity clothes at BRU for 70% off, completed my SS exchange, and groceries are bought for the week so hopefully I will stop pillaging my bank account for at least a couple of days!

And that is why I love my garage. Lived in a condo and had to do that all the time. Once we moved into our house, it was paradise! (The bonus of having a three car instead of two makes it sweeter - DH will never go back...)

I miss having a garage but for different reasons since it doesn't snow here but most of the house is our area are old FL style houses and they don't have a garage...I miss all the extra storage.

Nothing makes me happier than a ninja kick to the bladder that instantly sends me to the bathroom. Especially after it takes twenty minutes to get comfortable on the couch. I'm keeping tabs kid.... Every bladder punch is a no for a toy in your future.

I honestly don't think you'll be able to. I've reached the point where regular bending over (well, when sitting) is no longer possible, and I'm pissed, lol.

I found a fake, pre-lit 4.5' tree at Menards and old self wants to buy it, set it up tonight and surprise DH (who loves Xmas trees but haaaates decorating). But then my pregnant self is like "why can't I just pay someone to do this for me".

On a related note, my idea of sewing ornaments for SIL may get put on the back burner or outsourced to Etsy. Jeez this baby makes me so lazy!
