Oh, I meant the total lack of patience I have grates my nerves. Ha! I get on my own nerves all the time. I don't really care what people do during their pregnancies, unless it's doing drugs and hitting their bellies with a hammer when they're 38 weeks pregnant.

Me too! MY lack of patience is making me want to punch myself.
ok so there used to me a feature on etsy where i could request an item be made and sellers could decide if they wanted to take on the challenge... i dont see it anymore...(its been a few years since i looked) is this not an option anymore?
June Siggy Challenge My little Princess BFP#2 7/28/13 EDD 4/9/14 Birthday : 4/10/14 Adalyn Nanette
Taking the dog on her first ThanksLiving outing (big community thanksgiving meal)...hoping she doesn't attack anyone (its a real fear). Got her muzzle, got some treats...just need to be thankful for a well behaved dog at the end of the day!
I just got back from the "night watch" doctor. My midwife was still there also. I had this searing pain in my upper left side for HOURS that just wouldn't go away. I started to panic. She found the heartbeat after a few tries. Turns out it was probably a stomach acid thing. So, I finally got the prescription for the acid medicine! No more extra chewing gum for me! (was glad to hear the heart beat even thought we just saw him two days ago. Pain rarely scares me, I felt like such a wimp!)
Me too! I feel a million times better already. Which is good, since I have a concert in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Nothing worse than sitting on stage with searing pain!
@katiehatpiceland So glad everything was ok! Have you had heartburn pre-baby? It can feel like you're dying if you haven't had it before.
I have NEVER had it before. I had been getting lots of acid reflux lately, but, I guess today was the first heartburn. it scared the crap out of me, to be honest.
Really pissed about this bath I'm taking... My boobs just float to the top. Everything is warm and toasty, and then there is that. It's ruining my hour of peace and relaxation...
I was hoping to get buy with only buying cheap bras to contain my new boobs since they won't fit in a year from now but apparently Target and Walmart only go up to 40band size, but Im already in a 40D and the cups are too big but the band is too tight.
Also can't find the stupid bra extenders everyone keeps talking about. The lady at target looked at me like a crazy person when I asked if they had anything like that.
They have bra extenders in the bra making/accessory aisle at Joann Fabrics!

@katiehearpiceland I've had it since 8th grade and I thought I was dying the first time I felt heartburn. And I dry heaved all day long as a reaction. Scared me to death. Now I'm just used to it, and it doesn't hurt as much as it is annoying when you've had it a few times. I've said this before, but my nurse BFF just got heartburn for the first time a few weeks ago. She was asking people at work to run tests on her because she was sure something was seriously wrong. Nope! Just never had heartburn before. Welcome to the crappiest club in the world.

It used to be called Alchemy, but not anymore. You can go to a sellers page and if they accept 'custom orders' it'll be there under contact info.
@BiggerinRealLIfe That's rough having it since you were so young. I think pain and fear is the WORST combination. Fear makes the pain like a million times worse, or, that's what I think. I can definitely see why they talk about keeping your fear of the pain in check during labor.
Its late and I'm wide awake. As opposed to the last 4 nights where I fall asleep at like 9 something. Uuuuugh. Also, I'm a little grumpy because I'm slightly homesick.
The dog is exhausted! She successfully made it through a public outing without killing anyone! And only 1 know-it-all-ms-nosy had to give her unwanted 2 cents about how putting a muzzle on my dog was animal cruelty! Guess what! Its probably more cruel when she gets put down because she bites someone! (I was very tempted to remove the muzzle and allow the dog to bite her first!). MIND YOUR BUSINESS PEOPLE!
Dramatic sigh of the day award goes to: the surprise tinkle. Laugh, sneeze, or cough, and it doesn't matter if you peed five minutes ago. For the love!!!
Fortunately, @tallab has a real cute sleepy pup to ease my urine induced angst. Carry on!

Seriously! I haven't had this before yesterday, but now it's the bane of my life.

For having two stomachs, I didn't put away nearly enough mashed potatoes.
I KNOW!!! I was extremely disappointed in the smattering if a thanksgiving eats I was able to have. And even more bummed that we're not taking leftovers home and when I'm inevitably hungry in an hour I'll be out of luck.

I hate unwanted pet advice. My mom won't let it go that I am "cruel" to my dog because he is crate trained and we crate him (in a crate totally appropriate for his size, and not used for punishment) when we have to leave the house. We have to! We rent a home from my cousin and he has already done some damage to the carpet in the basement (chewing) that we will have to replace when we move out. Dogs are den animals and we are not made of money. It drives me nuts because she has three dogs, none of which are trained. One bit DH, growls when she wants something from people, and pees all over the house. How is she fit to give dog advice? :-w

I completely agree. Everyone always has their 2 cents...but guess what? I think most dogs are incredibly poorly trained and totally control the household. My dog is crate trained and spends the nights and anytime we aren't home in her crate - she isn't bothered by it, and its safe and saves my home. We got her as a shelter dog at 10mos old in May...and by a year, she exhibited every sign of poor socialization as a puppy. My family told me to get rid of her. My friends rolled their eyes that I would keep her. She was attacking dogs at the park, lunging at people in public and snapping at anyone who entered the house. We have spent $$$ on dog training, but more so we have put in TIME and ENERGY into training her - and she is like 75% improved. People can enter my house now without worrying about getting attacked!! But if I go to a friends with a stupid Chihuahua then my heels are constantly being bit. Just because your dog is small is no excuse!! Don't judge me because i'm controlling my dog and working hard with her to have a good canine citizen! You can let your dog destroy your house, nip at heels and steal food off the counter - i don't care. Just keep your mouth shut. OOH! And don't get me started on lack of exercise!!
/end rant. Look what you made me do @BlueBird2318!! All just to say, I agree with you!
@tallab Preach. People are as bad about dog advice as they are about baby advice.
I have been watching far too much Cesar Milan. Is there a baby whisper show where I can start getting advice??
---------------- I wish! After awhile you become a baby whisperer for your own baby though.
I do think it's funny than we put more time into making our dogs into good citizens than anyone who feels fit to judge our dog training probably does. I spent a lot of time crate training, potty training, and even treadmill training (for exercise when the weather is bad -- Michigan winters can suck).
My mom also feeds her dogs hamburger mixed with cream cheese because "they like it" and it's "the only way they'll eat their food." CREAM CHEESE! Seriously. That is cruelty. The dogs don't know any better. The two labs she had before her current dogs both died young and overweight. I love my mom but that kind of garbage seriously kills me...

I hate my fiancés cats. Hate them, hate them, HATE THEM!!!!!
I have what I like to call my "Step Cat". DH had him before I met him, it was actually his ex-girlfriends cat and when they broke up she never came back and got him. I can't stand him! I have never been a cat person and have never understood the appeal of them. I swear all he does all day is run beneath my feet and VERY LOUDLY bitch for food!
