  I had a long crazy day. Nothing makes me happier than taking two tylenol (aka Paracetemol), drinking a coke, putting my feet up and absolutely NOT responding to any emails for any reason. Unless its my mom sending me pictures of stuff because she's out shopping.

  I'm trying to make a cheesecake!! The re'cipe says to cook my crust and "Wrap bottom and sides of springform with 2 layers of foil" WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!! Do I wrap the outside of the pan? The inside? The crust? I DONT KNOW!!

  Re: thanksgiving- the only thing I've heard no about is the stuffing that is cooked INSIDE the bird. Sometimes it doesn't get hot enough inside the turkey to cook off all the germs and you have a higher rate of listeria. I haven't heard of anything else though.

  Yeah, so not going to be paying attention to that.  Or maybe I'll just put my stuffing in the microwave for a few seconds to get it hotter and then load up the rest of my plate.  Either way, I will be eating stuffing!

  Last pregnancy my mom made my stuffing in a separate baking dish than everyone else's inside the bird. It was
  Nbd. Delicious and I like it a little crispier than when it's inside the turkey anyways.

  I just took the funniest picture of DD and fur baby.  I am literally in tears laughing. Also, i'm going to make a homemade white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. I may do it, hide it while DD naps and eat it secretly..all of it, perhaps.

  Yes, wrap the outside of the pan in lots of tinfoil -- try to make the tinfoil go up to the very top so water doesn't leak in.  Then you put in the bottom of a large pan (like a turkey roaster), and fill it with boiling hot water so the water goes halfway up the pan.  Then cook it.  Best way to get a perfect cheesecake!
  
  
  I shun springform pans, a deep cake pan works just as well if you line the bottom with parchment paper. Also a cake pan is a multi-tasker.
