I was in bed last night reading an eating M&M's. SO came out of the shower,walked over and reached over at me. I flipped and screeched "I'm not sharing my M&M's!!" He got a sad look on his face and said all he wanted was a kiss goodnight.I also got mad earlier this week while writing a shopping list and the pen kept running out of ink. I got mad and stabbed the pad of paper that was on my lap and ending up stabbing myself in the thigh. I seriously need to calm my tits this week and not get so annoyed by every little thing. I've been a real dick and need to make it up to my family this weekend.

I'm sorry you're having a rough week but this made me laugh. I don't share my MnMs either and I'll go to great length to make sure I don't have to!

@amberdb72 sorry you've had a rough week. Today is apparently my day to be a cranky snatch about pretty much everything. I feel bad for my kid. He just wants me to sit and play and talk to him, but I'm just cranky and tired and don't feel like entertaining anyone today. My patience is close to nothing today and I have no clue why. I need to snap the fuck out of my snatchiness.

Eek @jack19 is your legal name John? So sorry if it is, I didn't want to insult anyone. I do like the name (a lot!) I just find it doesn't suit a baby, hence Johnny being much cuter:)

@MrsT0514 Our babies are the same age. Mine was a late crawler and just perfected it this week. He is into every damn thing,and he has also learned to shake his fists and growl at me. I feel like my mood has rubbed off on him.

not insulted at at, lol. I agree it's kind of uptight for a baby. I am named after my grandfather who everyone called John but my parents were JFK fans so I got John=Jack. I answer to all three

Ok this makes me feel better. It's a very versatile name and I think he can switch NNs when he's older if he wants. You're a cool John so there's hope for him too!!

@nixieknox3 DS1 is Benjamin (Ben). We love old names as well.

@ghostmonkey do you have a John as well?

We also call him Jonjon, Jay and JJ. It never stops, Mh has a new NN for him everyday.

I love the name Benjamin and SO suggested we use it for Connor. I couldn't though because I used to have a friends with benefits situation with a Benjamin and he farted whenever he got "excited". So that one was off the table for me. A lot of names were not useable for reasons like this.

I have regrets over DD1's name, first and middle but mostly middle. She has many nicknames, I rarely call her by her real one.

DD2's first name was decided before she even existed. I love her middle name, but really really wish I hadn't let DH talk me out of my first choice of Joy.

My only nicknames are Reese (duh) and Peaches. There are exactly 4 people in the world that are allowed to call me Peaches.
