Thanks to everyone for the support. It looks like I'm going to have a very quick turnaround in this group, as I just started bleeding significantly, with cramping. Looks like the writing is on the wall. I'm so devastated. xx

@mdwiny I am so sorry you are going through this! Prayers for an unexpected surprise at your next ultrasound that everything is still ok, but if not prayers for peace for you and your DH as you go through this really hard time. I had 2 losses before we adopted our first son, 1 loss when he was 1 years old and then finally was able to carry our second son to term. Now hoping for our final biological miracle this time around. I hope that if not this baby, one day soon you’ll have your next little miracle too! Give yourself lots of grace as you journey through this and please feel free to keep reaching out for support on here while you are in this really hard limbo! Not sure how heavy your bleeding is- but I had a fair amount of bleeding (and cramping) this time around and so far things are still ok...
Thanks so much, everyone. Ultrasound confirmed miscarriage, my second one in six months. So now I'm going down the fertility journey, I guess. Going to talk to a specialist to see if my OB is overlooking anything (her suggestion), besides just the fact that I'm 38. Wish me luck. This second and final baby is *so* wanted. Just have to figure out how to bring him/her to term.

@mdwiny I am so sorry for your loss! Miscarriage is hard no matter what and when it happens more than once it can be so shocking and devastating. Prayers that you and your husband will find the answers you need to get to that miracle baby soon!
I had a follow up ultrasound today. I had one last week and the baby was measuring two days behind with a heart rate of 105. Today the baby measured 7 days behind with a heart rate of 85. The doctor told me I am most likely going to miscarry. This pregnancy was not planned but we became so excited for it. Now I sit and wait. 😔

Back on BC for a year to decide what we want to do.
Had a scan Friday at 9w5d, HR 158 and saw lots of movement. Was released from fertility clinic. Today, Monday, went in to meet OB and there was no longer a heartbeat. This was an ivf, pgt tested embryo. Baby was measuring a few days behind from the start and had a slightly low heart rate each scan.
I just started bleeding last evening with some bright red and pretty heavy bleeding. Was able to call my RE this morning and got an appointment for tomorrow morning even though they released me last week. I spent last night crying because in my mind it was too much blood to be anything other than loss, but I’ll know tomorrow for sure.

Had my ultrasound this morning at my RE’s office, baby is still in there measuring 7w3d and FHR is 131.5! My tech said it could be anything that caused the bleeding but she did not see anything. For history, I had 23 fibroids removed in September of 2019, so she said it could even be that causing the bleeding. She also said I could come in anytime from now until my OB appt (3/22) if I just wanted to check that everything is ok.
Still praying everyone has a safe and healthy 9 months.

Our first ultrasound was yesterday morning (7w). The gestational sac had developed to about 6-7 weeks, but no embryo or yolk was found. I'll have a follow-up blood draw tomorrow to diagnose a miscarriage.
I started having a lot of brown spotting today. I know brown is old blood but it was more than I’d like to see. I had this last pregnancy at this exact same time and I’m panicking all over again. 😭😭😭
