If you're into ponchos, this is the best and most cozy I've ever owned. It's versatile because you can wear it with the long piece in front or to the side as pictured. im pmsing HARD and have been so irrationally mean to my bf and I feel bad about it. But in my defense, i did warn him that this was coming on and that I could tell it was going to be bad. 
Also, I love hocus pocus !! I cant wait to watch it after thanksgiving ! 
Speaking of thanksgiving, in canada its this weekend and im dreading it. I just know the family is going to be asking us when kids are happening and it just hurts. 
I'm debating getting a new cellphone with a bigger screen but cannot decide on android or apple.

Ladies, I know some of you watch it. Can you please talk to me about This is Us. I know some of the general themes and storylines, including the most recent one about PCOS. Everyone keeps telling me I need to watch it but *TW* one of my close girlfriends had a stillbirth right around the time the show premiered and I just couldn't get through the first episode. *End TW* I find the themes touch on too many triggers, which I understand is kinda the point and is why it's so critically acclaimed. I like that they don't shy away from the difficult topics, and that the show is about so much more than that, but I watch tv as an escape to forget about my daily life and lose myself in shows that make me think or make me laugh. I love Madam Secretary, Suits, any of the L&Os (and previously The Good Wife) because I find them intellectually stimulating, and we love sitcoms just for the laughs... Oh, and the Voice. 

I get that it's an amazing show but give it to me straight, am I going to bawl 90% of the time? Especially from a TTC/IF POV?

MH just left for a quick business trip to Boston and I am actually really happy about it lol. Sometimes ya girl just needs netflix, facemask, and an Annies microwave meal night.

@chichiphin enjoy your solo time ! Sounds like an amazing night. I always feel guilty for how much I enjoy when DH isn't home. I kind of miss his old job when he used to travel a decent amount.

lol @b_1029 @lillywonderland do not feel bad!! hahaha I think its healthy to get some space no and again for MH and I. I think MH enjoys it because it is one less night of me asking "what do you want to do for dinner"

@chichiphin - OMG YAS. Same-same. Every one pities me as a milspouse since MH is gone all. the. time, but honestly, I really don't mind it. Love being by myself!

@kiki047 I love This Is Us. Are you going to cry, absolutely! But the story is beautiful, the acting is fantastic and it tugs at your emotions from every way. I would say give it another chance. I did not find that it was too triggering ttc wise until the end of this last season, and I have only watched the first episode for this season so far. 

@marebear15 I am still in shock that they are doing that!! Glad to be Canadian today.

I saw in the news that the alert was supposed to go to everyone with a smart phone, but I wonder if they can feasibly roll them out all at the same time without crashing the network?

@kiki047 -This is Us is an emotional show even excluding all the triggers. DH says it's the most depressing show on tv. I personally love the show, but yes-you'll probably cry. There is a lot of sad moments including those you mentioned. However, the show is about way more than that. If you like to laugh at tv, I don't think it's the show for you.

So my iphone has the option to turn off emergency alerts, I wonder if that is why some people got it and others didn't.
