I really need to try to eat more healthy foods, but I crave all the things I shouldnt eat. DH made bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, baked sweet potato, and a salad last night for dinner. It was amazing! Now all I want are some braised short ribs and mashed potatoes.
I still don't get how you guys can eat food willingly. Some things put in front of me are heaven, mostly creamy, cheesy pastas. But most things are just evil.
@lyse01 Do it! Ice cream has fats, sugars, carbs. It's almost like a food group of its own.
I've been into sauces with this pregnancy; like fry sauce, mayo, blue cheese. I never ate those things before but now watch out. And French Fries, fries taste heavenly. I guess all the bad things. Good thing I'm still really active.
I could eat a whole dang deli tub of it, but of course it’s a pain to find here. I’m dragging DH out for brunch this weekend and am going to eat an embarrassing amount of this stuff at the restaurant. Along with bagels- the perfect carb.
