  • My yoga ball was a life saver at the end of both pregnancies. I bounce on that thing all the time already to relieve hip pain and back pain!

    This is one of the circuits Ive been doing. I totally agree with @kayjay44 that walking everyday is super helpful, too!
  • Just throwing out there one alternative to the pads once bleeding slows are period underwear. I tried Thinx last time. Can’t say I loved them or that they were a huge lifesaver but it was good to switch things up from chafing pads- and some people really like them! I think there are other brands too.
