I just discovered coconut cream wafers from Target and I may eat the whole package by the end of the day. I also had Olive Garden for lunch! My taste buds are happy!

    All of this food sounds amazing, especially yours @JLaVO888. Of course I swore of sweets and soda for the month of July to restart my diet. I want to stress eat so bad right now.

    @general_organa that is fantastic! Where can you  do that?

    Maltese baked tuna on top of potato and onion layers with tomatoes, whole crushed garlic, and fresh mint. I have no idea how this will turn out.

    @meggyme It was good but I need to do it again and maybe recreate it a little bit. I cannot tell if the potatoes didn't cook all of the way because I didn't slice them thinly enough or what. It was easy enough to put them in a frying pan to cook the rest of the way, but obviously annoying after spending all of that time preparing and then waiting 45 minutes for all of it to bake. It could've also been my glass casserole was too small and I shouldn't have made so many potato and onion layers. I'm also not sure how I feel about the mint. Maybe I used too much lol Here is the recipe: https://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/maltese-baked-tuna-196221

    I binge watched The Staircase and finished it last night. I went down the Reddit rabbit hole afterwards. Did you guys read about the “owl theory”? I don’t want to give anything away for those that haven’t watched, but I thought the entire series was so intriguing! It was amazing to see the behind the scenes and it was footage from almost 20 years ago.

    I heard Evil Genuis in netflix was another good true crime series to watch.

    @nanner26 I had not heard of the Owl Theory before, but I just googled it and it kind of makes sense! I've seen Evil Genius too and it's good, in a crazy/creepy/weird kind of way.
  • Options
    @nanner26    @luckywife10 Yes, I heard about the owl stuff on a podcast (I can’t remember which one right now). I found it super intriguing and I still don’t know what I think. That whole family was extra weird, so it was hard not to judge him based on being creepy lol

    @nanner26 @luckywife10 @TJtheGoat

    The owl theory is definitely intriguing for sure. Hubs is kind of obsessed with it lol. The weirdest thing about it all to me though is that it's not like making a murdered where it was all done like after the fact basically. This guy should be concerned about his wife being dead, and his poor kids and all that.... but instead he basically signs himself up for his own creepy little reality show??? Super fishy.... also, why the heck did that terrible lawyer stand for him having the same dang judge at all the appeals?!?! I could go on and on about all the things wrong with that whole case lol
