How many months have you been TTC? 1

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? I am learning so much about TTC. I started tracking my ovulation through an app. Right now we are just having fun and hoping for a positive outcome.

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I am a 4/5th grade teacher throughout the school year and I nanny in the summer. We have one dog, Loki. My husband and I have been together for almost 13 years and married just about 2. He is super nervous about starting a family while I am over the moon! When I am not grading papers or falling asleep on the couch I enjoy crocheting.

  • @eleven_ I am so sorry to see you back here friend. *hugs*  <3

@krissy2241 So sorry for your loss.

  • Ages (you and SO): 32/33.5

How many months have you been TTC? Been off BC since Christmas day, not preventing since then, but this is the first cycle I tracked anything

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? OPK, hio. next cycle i will start charting BBT and CM, even though i've been conscious of my CM this time around, it just hasn't been consistent.

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) Today i've been at my job 6 years, and it's an interesting note because I met my husband at said job.  i owe this place a lot just for that reason a lone. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in Aug 2014 and had a small bowel resection in Oct 2014.  I currently take Humira for maintenance. A recently colonoscopy showed I'm still in remission. All this stuff really freaks me out with having a baby and getting pregnant.  Trying to remain positive about it, but it's hard on some days.

  • Ages (you and SO): 26 and 27 How many months have you been TTC? Right now we are TTA. This is my last cycle on hormonal BCPs, but we are letting everything get back to normal before we begin trying in September or October. What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? I’m coming off hormonal BCPs. Starting to track my cycle Marquette style. I plan to use OPKs to make sure I’m ovulating regularly between now and Sep. Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We are both teachers at the same school! This will be our first LO! My husband has a job opportunity as an educational consultant in Europe. We are flying out there in February for an interview - I am hoping to be in my second trimester (or not at all) for the flight.
  • Ages (you and SO): hi all! We are 28

How many months have you been TTC? We are just embarking again!

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? OPKs. I’ll also start charting next month

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) im a SAHM to our 3 littles and we have a fur baby. We love to be outside and I love to read!

Baby Boy 3 is on the way!

  • Ages (you and SO): I’m 36 and he’s 42

How many months have you been TTC? We’ve been ntnp for 7 years and actively trying for 2 years

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Right now I found out back in April that I have a 11 cm fibroid in my uterus and just recently re saw there was another one after they thought there was one. So, right now we tta at the moment until the fibroid is taken out. I also have a overactive thyroid which trying to get the levels on that under control so I can get my fibroid out. Then after that figure out what we want to do with my thyroid so we can start ttc again. I have a lot going on.

Recently, I’m not sure what you call it but I had a dye test cause the doctor wanted to see if there was more fibroids and see if my Fallopian tube was blocked. I only have one ovary. The good news there from what he can see is I’m not blocked so I’m happy about that. So right now my steps is to get me back under control so we can try again. Hopefully with the help of our re as well.

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) dh and I have been married for 10 years April 5th 2008. We don’t have any kids together but he does have two sons from another relationship before we met. We have one fur baby whose is part chihuahua and something else we are also getting a kitten soon. I work in insurance for cars and homes stuff like that dh works in a factory that bakes bread. That’s about it.

    Married for 10 years
    April 5th, 2008
Me: 36 years old DH: 42 years old
ntnp 7 years ttc 2 years

I have a 11 cm Fibroid and a smaller fibroid that is causing infertility and I also have an overactive thyroid.

Months TTC: 3, stopped bc in march
WAYDTGKU: Just started temping and tracking CM
Tell us about yourself: DH and I have been married since 2013, we have no children, and it's our first time TTC. DH is not interested in knowing anything about my cycle while I am very type-A and have a hard time not thinking about tracking on a daily basis. We both work full-time so having energy to BD frequently can be a challenge. I have been on bc for the last 10 years so hoping my hormones are all in the right balance to be able to conceive without it taking too long.

Hi ladies, I introduced myself months ago because I thought we were ready to start trying but my husband wasn't as sure so I stopped participating. We're on the same page now and ready to go! Ages: I'm 31 and H is 36 Months TTC: NTNP 2 months, actively trying now WAYDTGKU: Just HIO for now. I tend to get obsessive over it so I'm trying not to track every thing I do. Tell us about yourself: We're from Canada, been married 5 years and have 3 year old twin girls. They were born quite early and it was a very rough pregnancy. I think that's what H is afraid of again but we'll take it as it comes. I've recently just passed my personal trainer certification so I'm hoping to slowly change my career over to that rather than the desk job I have now. Looking forward to jumping in again.

    Hi mermaidca,

Congrats on your personal trainer certification! Good luck TTC.
  • Hey everyone! I'm so excited to be here! DH and I recently started TTC #3, I'm currently halfway through a TWW!

Ages (you and SO): me-31, him-40

How many months have you been TTC? First month!

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? lots of BD, fertility monitor to predict/confirm ovulation

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We have 2 kiddos together - DD(2), DS(3) - and DH has 3 from before me - DD(4), DS(8), DS(9). No pets (who has the time with 5 littles?). DH and I both work in fields we absolutely love -- I'm in medical devices, he's in sales. Our kids are very actively involved in sports, and in the summer we spend as much time as possible out on the lake!

    Glad to be here. :)

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) One daughter (2 yo), three dogs (2 weimaraners and a chocolate lab). I was here roughly 3 years ago and really enjoyed the community, the good laughs and the support. A little nervous being two years older at this point and hoping for the best.

  • Ages (you and SO): 31 & 34

How many months have you been TTC? Just started this month

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Tracking app (Glow), BBT tracking, OPK

  • @ashorkey welcome! Fellow Utahn here  :)
  • Ages (you and SO): Me: 35; Him: 37

How many months have you been TTC? My TTC story is long and convoluted. I started TTC with my DH when I was 29. TTC for 1 1/2 years, got sent to RE due to my PCOS and anovulatory cycles. Clomid cycles were a bust. My excess weight prevented me from going any further so we took a break from medicated cycles while I worked on getting healthy. Two months later, DH passed away unexpectedly. Almost 4 years later, I lost 100+ lbs and I have found love again and my boyfriend and we started TTC 2 months ago. I still have PCOS but after losing weight I have regular cycles again. Dr. said to try for 6 months and if unsuccessful to come back in since I'm reproductively aged (blech) and there's not too much time to waste.

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? OPKs, temping, charting, TI

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I work in BioMedical Research, have 4 cats and a dog, love everything retro, have many tattoos, and am an avid reader, writer, and baker. Last time I was TTC and 3T I was on The Nest and the community saved me when I was going bananas with fertility. I hope I can provide that sort of support in this journery again!
