I never bought a swimsuit with my first pregnancy as it was mostly a winter pregnancy (and Canada and small town no pool).  But with my second pregnancy I just bought a "cheap" Old Navy swimsuit as I wanted to go swimming with  my oldest.  Let me just write that swimming is WONDERFUL at about 37 or so weeks pregnant.   I still have my maternity swimsuit so it will be used again..
