My parents have been talking about going back to Hawaii for a long time and I know they keep putting a trip on hold because of me and the boys. Would it be completely insane for me to check with my dad's assistant and find out if he could take off a couple of days in March and book a hotel and flight for them? I'm not rolling in money by any means but I could make it work and it may help them to get some time away from us, we do kind of impede on every aspect of their lives.
awe that's really sweet @calimom2524 Do they like surprises though? Cause I'm a control freak and I hate surprises. But DH loves them. that makes a difference IMO

They do! I'm the exact same as you, I HATE surprises and I don't handle them well. I'm waiting to hear back from his assistant.
@lolog531 fyi mine still say pending review in the Natera portal, but my doctor called this morning with the results. So maybe your doctor will have them monday.
It's a healthy boy for me! DD1 is going to be super excited.
Last night I had a dream that I went to a baseball game and bought a hot dog, but there was no mustard. I was looking everywhere for mustard. They had every condiment you could imagine but mustard. Such a weird dream.
@melissaf22 mine said ETA 2/27 until just this afternoon, so FX yours come soon!
@delujm0 congrats on the baby boy! I got my glucose results yesterday via my dr/hospital online portal, but my dr never called today about them. I may call Monday morning to discuss those with her and ask about the Panorama at the same time.
I got my Target registry gift bag today. It is underwhelming, but I'm still glad to have it. Three diapers is 3 diapers, after all. I also got a bottle and 2 pacifiers. I'm hoping the Amazon gift is better, but I've heard it can be hit or miss.
I went skating, but forgot my skates, and since rush hour was starting up I used a pair of rental skates for the first time in over 20 years. They suck, but I sure got a workout! It was like skating through mud. Happy to report I stayed in my feet.

SO’s sister’s BF sent me a PM on FB of a woman giving birth. Like full vagina shot. 2 minute video. With a note “good luck” and I’m ticked off. Like. I don’t know you like that. You’re weird. Thanks for your concern with my vagina. Douche.
We're on a family trip so I mostly read up on what everyone's up to without much time to respond. Happy weekend!
With my first I had recurrent nightmares of forgetting to feed my newborn. Like, for days. They were haunting and oddly I had some tough nursing issues so I feel like the dreams were foreboding. Well, last night I had a similar nightmare. Similar, but different and I don't want to go into details so no one else has that nightmare but it made me so so sad and a little freaked out. (
I can never look at the "what my pregnant self is eating" posts. The idea of food still makes me soooo nauseated.

@dirtanddiamonds did he think you didn't know what birth was like? Isn't this your 4th? That's so effing weird.
I think he thought he was being funny. He’s just an idiot. I blocked him on messenger. If it had come from a close friend or something. It would’ve been funny or something but it was weirdly inappropriate. I don’t really know him. Boundaries people ;-)
