Had my NT scan today and everything looks great. The baby was being stubborn and not showing us it's face. Had to poke around, dance around, eat some sugary granola bar. Hahah we got to see it drinking and sucking it's thumb

Baby at 13 weeks 6 days! Doctor said everything looked good. The baby was kicking and the legs were long (pic doesnt show full leg) glad my doctor does the in office ultrasound during a lot of appointments. Get to see baby in 3 weeks for the gender at a separate ultrasound place. Then at anatomy scan is 6 weeks.
@momoflogan20 They do a separate scan to tell you the sex? I already know mine from blood work but they usually do it all at the 20w scan. (which is when I will confirm)
@Laumb11 no its a place called miracle in the womb a local ultrasound for sentimental purposes they have CDs, 4D imaging and heartbeat bears. I did it with DS and my doctor said she'll try to find the sex but im having a gender reveal a week before the next appointment. My OB appointments I get called back they take urine and she looks at the baby in the ultrasound room for 5 minutes, measures belly when you get farther along and shes done. I had 6 or 7 looks at the baby last pregnancy with this doctor and 1 being the ultrasound place. She is younger so I dont know if she is newer or what I'm not at risk for anything.
This is where we started. Had some very light spotting for a few days before my 8 week appointment and cried when we saw the heartbeat fluttering away in this ultrasound. DH bawled like a baby! We had both been so worried we were losing this one, our second. Baby measured small 6wk2d, but since I have a longer and less regular cycle than average, doc chalked it up to a late ovulation and adjusted my due date from October 2nd to October 15th. But, with the spotting and measuring small and having absolutely NO morning sickness this time around I was terrified to hope for this little one. Now that I've seen everyone else's blob babies, I don't feel so bad about this u/s. Baby on the left, big yolk sac on the right.Went back 4 weeks later and baby was still going strong in the ultrasound, heartbeat of 180. No pics to keep that time though. Since I am 38 (advanced maternal age!) and had gestational diabetes last time, I was referred over to Maternal Fetal Medicine for monitoring. No worries! More pics for me!Here we are now at 12 weeks. This is from my nuchal translucency screening. Specialist says everything looks great and we'll get the gender back with the NIPT blood test results this week. (Another perk of advanced maternal age, finding out the gender sooner!)
Sorry for the long post. This pregnancy has been an emotional roller coaster, but it looks like this is really happening. We will be welcoming our baby into the family in October!
Finally got to see my baby for the first time. Measuring 11w5d which is pretty much bang on according to my LMP. Baby was very still but would wave at us every time the tech pushed on my stomach. I loved seeing the little heartbeat (162 bpm) it makes everything feel so real now and can’t wait to hit the second trimester so that we can start telling people our wonderful long waited for news!
@mrssylvester Congrats! I know what an emotional rollercoaster this is. We have been there and didn't try to think about this baby until our first scan. And then still was anxious until the 12 week scan. Everything has looked perfect though!
11w4d today. Had my NT scan (which was all normal) and got to see my baby being all cute and wiggly and little fingers and toes. Had blood drawn for the Panorama test
Here is our lil pee wee at 9.5 weeks (a while back now), Monday is our next app!! We are so excited to hear the heartbeat and see our little peanut again
This was last week at 11w 3d for my NT scan. Baby jumped a few times and we heard the heartbeat. I teared up, I didn't realize just how much I missed seeing my baby after 4 weeks. Can't wait to know the sex in a week! ❤❤
The midwife was having a hard time finding the heartbeat so she brought out the US. I had just finished the glucose test so the little Egg was jumping all over the place which is why she couldn’t find it. Measuring a few days ahead, currently 13+3.
Our ultrasound on Monday, measured spot on at 12w + 2. Huge relief as I have hypertension... so it was great to see her growing so well. Also first time I met my High Risk doc and I love him. It was a good Monday!
This was done at 11 weeks and 3 days, it’s nice to see my baby is there- with no actual symptoms I sometimes feel like I’m not pregnant. But the baby is healthy with a heartbeat of 120! Im kind of cheating and going to an early gender session at a facility near me, so I’ll report back with another US this Thursday!!

Our little one at 12 weeks (Monday) the day after my 27th birthday. Dancing around and waving for us, good heartbeat at 160 bpm. We’re so excited!
