So glad to be here! I'm a nonbinary freelance writer with a wonderful DF, 4.5 year old DD, 2 angel babies, and 3 fur babies. I spend most of my day writing informative articles, blog posts, and product descriptions but my goal is to be a published author one day in both the YA and romance genres. Nice to meet everyone!
Edit because I forgot to add: I'm due with baby #2 on October 18, 2018. Which is only a few weeks before my wedding so wish me luck lol.

@lday1983@blee530@sammierose464 Hi Michigan mamas! The O16 board had like 7 of us and it’s been awesome having friends close by with kids the same age!
Hi Everyone This is my very first pregnancy, I am 6 weeks today and due 10/1. Im 24 and I live in MA with my husband, cat, dog...two bunnies. Pregnancy seems like a super scary thing right now as I do not have much of an experienced support group but hopefully we will fix that! I work in the medical field and spend my free time binge watching Netflix, knitting, and when I'm feeling particularly creative I paint. I've had my first OB appointment and my next one is Feb 28th at 10 weeks. No ultrasound until 2nd trimester
I'm 32 and DH is 40 and we have been together for 10 years and trying for the last 2 years. We went to a fertility clinic in October and was told I have PCOS and DH has 29% DNA sperm fragmentation. I was put on Metformin and DH on fertile vitamins. We continued to try naturally with cycle monitoring with the plan to do IUI in March. Well turns out the metformin and vitamins helped because we got pregnant on our first cycle monitoring!
We enjoy travelling and have taken 3 months off to go around the world just before TTC. We had just been talking about if the IUI route didn't work we would quit trying and our jobs, get an RV and travel across North America. So it's true when you start to think about other plans or stop trying it happens!
Due date is October 12th! We are over the moon excited and nervous. I tested 5 times in disbelief! We have wanted this for so long so we hope all goes well!
We live in Toronto, Ontario

Me 33 DH 41 TTC since 2016 Due: October 12, 2018 Location: Ontario, Canada
Hiya! I have a 3y/o DS and was active in the July 14 BMB. So excited to do this all again! Conceived after 16 months of TTC, successful after HSG, Clomid, and Ovidrel trigger. Hoping this pregnancy goes a little smoother than with DS. I was diagnosed with polyhydramnios and had preterm labor with him, but delivered a healthy full term boy at 41weeks. So so excited to get to know everyone! ❤️ EDC October 19th!
Hi! Happy to be here, though it’s also bittersweet after seeing some I have come to really enjoy leave the BMBs recently.
I guess due date is around Oct 15? Will find out more from the doc shortly!
First pregnancy. H and I are both in our early 30s and work for the same company out in the PNW. We love to hike, camp, go to the coast, and snuggle our pups. I also love drinking with coworkers and going to the vineyards, but I guess that’s going to have to wait a bit.
Hey all, I was a big time lurker on the July 2015 board when I had my daughter. Hopefully I will feel more up to contributing this go round.
I am 33 and my DH is 36 and we live in South Central PA. I am due 10/7 by my LMP but I ovulated late and had a late implantation so I think the EDD will move back a few days. I announced my pregnancy to him right after his beloved Eagles won the Super Bowl. I didn’t think he’d be drinking that night ( neither of us drink super frequently) but as it turns out he was pretty sloshed when I told him the news— but also very happy. He thinks if we have a boy we’re naming him Nick Foles * insert last name* ha ha
I got cut off... boo. Too tired to finish my train of thought, other than I am nervous since I’ve been trying to lose weight and don’t want to deal with Gestational Diabetes or hypertension. Hoping this first trimester is kinder to me than the first so I can keep active! Nice to meet all you ladies!
Hello all! I got the faintest positive Monday am, pm, and again this morning. Feeling cautiously optimistic. This would be my first, and it kind of feels unreal!
Husband and I have been together about 3 years, married last September, and we're starting the process of moving from the south suburbs of Chicago to NW Indiana. We have a BIG dog (his) and a FAT cat (mine), and I also have two saltwater aquariums. He's in his late 20's, and I'm in my early 30's - Today is actually my birthday!
@kimberbeep Congratulations! It's nice to see so many familiar people over here. My BFPs were faint for a few days at first then started darkening pretty quickly after that. Happy birthday!
Hi!! I’m Sarah. I’m 31 and this is my first! My EDD is Oct 11.
**TW Loss** I had a chemical this past August and a miscarriage at 8 wks in Dec. We were shocked and thrilled to see a positive pregnancy test the first cycle following my MC! **TW end**
My husband Dan and I live in Colorado. We have been together for 7 years and married for 2 and a half of those.
We have a german shepherd mix named Kona. We call her our "mini shepherd." She has the coloring of a German Shepherd but her ears are floppy (like Dobby from Harry Potter haha) and she never got past 36 pounds bc of her mixed breeds. It's adorable
I love Halloween, scrapbooking, camping, and baking, and I ran my first (and probably only lol) half marathon last summer.
Looking forward to getting to know all the Oct moms! Congrats to all!!
Me: 33 DH: 31 Location: Castle Rock, CO DD: 10.13.18 baby #2 due: 7.14.20
@LostinUtopiaOmg my husband is a huge Eagles fan too (he's from PA and lived in Philly for 5 years during/after college) and he said the same thing!! "We should name a boy Nicholas, after Nick Foles."
And I, being a Giants fan, sarcastically said, "Sure... but his middle name will be Eli" haha
Me: 33 DH: 31 Location: Castle Rock, CO DD: 10.13.18 baby #2 due: 7.14.20
Congrats mamas! I’m so excited/nervous to be here!! DH (30) and I (26) have been TTC for 3 years.
**TW Loss mentioned... 2 losses 5 and 6 wks with one month in between losing the first and getting PG the second time almost did me in. It’s been 3 mo since the last loss so I’m freaked out it’ll happen again but praying our little bean sticks this time! **End TW
We live in Colorado Springs and own a tree planting business. (any neighbors??) I love hiking/rock climbing with DH and my spoiled child/German Shepherd (can’t wait for him to be a big brother!) EDD is Oct 19 - can’t wait for every last miserable second of the next 9 mo!!
@hapymama we are neighbors! I am in castle rock and my parents live in fountain! My DH and I have a german shepherd mix! I also had 2 losses in the last 6 months (one in aug and one in Dec and we got pregnant the first cycle after the last miscarriage which was so exciting (and nerve wracking) so I’m also hoping for the best for this one!

Hi all!! I'm excited to be here, I'm an IVF mom of 3 (almost 7yo DS, 4yo B/G twins) pregnant after another embryo transfer. DD is Oct 14 by transfer date. This will be my last pregnancy. I'm 37, DH is 36 and we've been married 15 years, and we have a dog and 2 cats... This will be a high risk pregnancy, DS was born at 27 weeks (he's all good!), and the twins were 33+2. I'm a nurse with 9 years L&D experience, and some post-partum and NICU gigs as well. But L&D is my jam.
I tend to be a bit sarcastic (I apologize in advance), and kind of blunt, but I play nice
I was on here like a million years ago when my big kids were babies but I'm back again! I'm 35, have an 8 year old boy, 7 year old girl and hoping for our rainbow baby in October!
Hi ladies! So excited to be here! I'm from WI and have two girls - 5 and 4. It's been a while since I've been on here but I love my other boards and looking forward to this one too!
I am looking forward to being a first time mom, and a single mother by choice. My EDD is Oct 3.
I’m 38, and just recently made the decision to start a family “on my own.” However, I don’t think of myself as alone in this journey- Blast has a guncle who is celebrating enough for both of us and I have a handful of other friends who are excited for my journey. (I’m still in shock- I was successful on my second try with at-home ICI.)
I will probably mostly lurk, but I wanted to let you all know that I am glad to be here and to know that I’m not crazy just because I am ravenously hungry all the time and want to go to bed at 8, but can’t sleep worth anything.
Hi everyone! I'm a first time mother from Texas, 5w5d today. EDD 10/5. DH and I have been TTC for about 3 years now. Got success with our 5th IUI. I'm an RN and DH is an RT. We have a Great Dane and a kitty. Love to read and hang out with family. Super excited to be here!! I go back to the RE later today for another check up.
Hi everyone, happy to be part of this chat. I'm pregnant for the first time and my EDD is on the 6th of October. I'm French but living in London for the past 3 years. I'm very excited and look forward to sharing this experience with you all.
