OMG I miss posting you guys. My job has been uber intense the last few weeks and I hate ghosting A18.
@sapphires-and-diamonds I'm so sorry to hear about being laid off. Hopefully a new door will open.
@lindsye my husband travels for work A LOT. I hate it. There is no shame in my game though, my mom usually comes to stay with me to supplement care. I could not handle doing it alone. Well I probably could but my house would look like a bomb went off and we'd have no clean clothes or food.
My husband doesn't travel but he's a resident at the hospital and is NEVER home. He hasn't been home since he left for work Monday at 5am and probably won't be home until next Tuesday after work. What kills me the most isn't the lack of help around the house (let's be real, I do everything anyway) it's the lack of companionship and someone to talk to. I don't know how single moms do it every day forever. It does make me sad DH hasn't seen our daughter since Sunday though.
Oh man, we have family photos tomorrow morning and I'm stressing out about it big time. What the hell was I thinking when I scheduled it for 9am, and it's 40 mins away? There's not a chance I'll have a 2 year old, a 1 year old, my husband and myself all clean and in nice clothes and out the door by 8:15. It's just impossible
Wow! I just finished June! That board got all the crazies! I personally like the snarky, strong ladies, but I never feel like I'm active enough to be snarky/protective of the board.
Like @hedgepig, I've also been waiting for crazy drama, but our board is surprisingly mellow! I'm shocked!
@kmalls, at least you can wake up early and get yourself together/ready before anyone else wakes up, you have (hopefully) much less a chance of tantrums early in the day, and you have the rest of the day to relax and recover once it's done. But yes, definitely sounds like a challenge. Good luck!

Good Luck @kmalls I hope get everyone out the door and ready on time.
@psuxray07 I just couldn't stop reading. That was their first UO too! I mean I know in our early months I was on the snark side of a debate (which I know what I was saying was wrong, I missed my point completely) but I felt we handled ourselves way better then that. I got called out,we debated, then took a breath (at least I did for minute) and went back to normal day to day. I wish more people can handle themselves like that. Also if June 2018 hates lurkers they better be prepared they are about to get a whole bunch because I think everyone knows they are the drama filled board.
@Dumbgurl04 I might go back and finish later, lol. I think I remember that...I agree this board handled things better! Most times on things like the UO's, I get extremely annoyed at the snark (to me it's more than snark usually), because I usually (not always) agree with the person getting attacked. I just never join in because I don't want to deal with it. I'm probably a UO fountain, but my thing is, I just don't care about anything really. I'm pretty drama free, so then I get stressed out/angry reading all the garbage people spew on for pages, lol. I'm trying to decide if I'm gonna continue June UO, haha.
It was our wedding anniversary this weekend. I put out and was a halfway decent lay (I think). I got some lingerie for him to open and asked him (with a straight face) if I should go try it on. So yeah, my work for the weekend is done (except, it's actually not, because laundry and Mom work never end).

@keeksie84, I totally get it. I think that literally the only action my husband got my first pregnancy was at the very end of it, when I was trying to induce labor. (It didn't work. ) But when I really wanted this 4th baby and he really wanted to be done after 3, one "condition" of it was that he not have another 9 month dry spell.
@g_amoss, I bet your DH didn't feel that way! I'm sure but he was very happy with your anniversary celebration.

@g_amoss my poor DH just got jilted on our anniversary. Last year we did a romantic cabin getaway, ate amazing meals, and had amazing nights. This time we sat on the couch all day and I went to bed at 9. Lol, not what he was looking for.
@ngolimento - we must have understanding husbands! DH was actually harvesting that day and I went shopping for maternity clothes, so it was going to be low key anyway @rklinge0 - I think it’s the effort that matters. MH definitely is understanding of how crappy I have been feeling. @keeksie84 - I’m sure he knows you haven’t been feeling up to it and will make up for it another time
I stayed out of bed throughout the day all weekend. Still feeling a little rough here and there, also went to bed at 8:30pm Friday and Saturday but I will take it as an accomplishment.
Just a vent: I'm frustrated that DD is sick again in the span of a week. Monday was croup like symptoms. Wednesday UTI, and today fever of 102+. We cannot win. Then my daycare provider (in-home so we communicate via text) acts like I don't know how to take care of my child and gives me the third degree about her symptoms. Yes fever, no, no other symptoms and then I'm questions whether or not she has sores anywhere. I think I would see that and report it if it were HFM.
@tooraloorah I feel ya! DD has a stomach thing and everytime we think it's gone, I'm cleaning up her "sickness" again. Maybe it's sympathy sickness lol. At least when I'm sick I make it to the bathroom (most of the time).
So we're going to GA for a week in a couple days. I've been pretty miserable that it's October and still freakin' hot, and more miserable knowing GA was more than likely going to be the same, if not worse. I just wanna stop sweating and cover up my fat now since I gained too much already.
Anyway, we found my maternity clothes today (mainly summer - DS was born Aug), and I totally forgot I had maternity capris and a couple shirts. I feel so much happier now, lol. The pants felt sooo good on not having anything push on my stomach. I've been using a hairband, but it still pushes, especially when sitting. Ahhh, relief!
Another random - DS is going back for his 4wk xray tomorrow. I'm hoping he's all healed so he can get the cast off tomorrow 1. Because I want him better and able to use his arm again and 2. We leave for GA the next day and he is a ring bearer, lol.
