In my last BMB we had a mom who delivered at 26 weeks spontaneously and it was so eye opening to read her blog through the nicu experience. I'm looking at it as a therapeutic way to organize my thoughts. I also feel like I took for granted my healthy pregnancy with our DD.
I also don't plan on going anywhere from this board anytime soon. It makes me really happy when I read about all of your healthy anatomy scans. And I don't want to miss out on anything good (aka the lurking of other boards).

FFS. Passed te glucose test with flying colors. I’m 21 weeks today. Nurse tells me on the phone today that I’ll have to retake it between 24-28 weeks during the normal time frame.

I had to test at 11 weeks due to my higher BMI. I will have to test again around 26 weeks. I failed that one with DD and then passed the 3 hour test. Gosh I hope I don’t have to take the 3 hour this time around!
Ive already taken the one hour and the three hour this pregnancy. The three hour wasn’t taken are 20w4d.

@meatballs37 thank you. I was thinking about you guys all day yesterday. I told my parents and DH about the twins. Anyway we are all praying for you. My family is pretty religious so my dad lit a candle for the twins. We have one for my LO too so my dad said another candle and another prayer wouldn’t hurt anything. Your family is in our hearts.

This seriously made me tear up. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. We are getting messages from people we don't even know who are praying for our little ones. I don't know how to explain it, but it calms my nerves little by little knowing how many people are routing for them. And how many other parents believe in the power of God's healing hands.

Yeah. I started reading it and got distracted and it looks like it’s gone now. I’m so sad. There was one in March that had the potential to be good but everyone backed down and became adults again. My football game doesn’t start for 3 hours and my kids are asleep...now what am I supposed to do to keep myself entertained?
I'm sorry I'm just popping in as I haven't been active lately. @meatballs37 I'm sorry about everything you are going through. I couldn't imagine the stress but I am happy to hear you are finding ways to stay positive.

Mine will be 2 at the end of the month and I'm currently in a nice warm bath listening to her scream for me to come back and get her. Its very relaxing. I really miss her being a great napper!
@seitzy3 and @Melissa9481 in the same boat with my almost 2 year old! Everyone says "don't give up!" We've resorted to letting her scream/play in her room for an hour then I have to drive her around in my car until she falls asleep and therefore isn't a nightmare the rest of the day.

@Ashoes123 that’s a lot of effort for a nap! when DS stopped taking naps I just put him to bed an hour earlier and eventually it evened out where he wasn’t a cranky monster. His bed time is 7/7:30 and he sleeps until 6:30/7 every morning. My household also wakes up at 6 am every morning so this works great for us.
@meatballs37 - I was away all weekend and just caught up on everything. Good luck today. You guys are in my prayers. Please send us an update whenever you are up to it.
