@natehk. Welcome! Glad to hear you have 5 tested waiting! It must be so much more stressful when people get down to their last one(s)... :# we didn't do PGS, but we ended up with 3 from our first cycle and 4 from the second, so we feel good now about moving forward with seven shots at this, rather than 3. This will be our first FET! I learn so much from the vets on the board, but at the same time, I'm very sorry for all the heartbreak that experience comes with. (((Hugs))) GL to you this cycle! Hope November brings us all good luck! No bad superstitions!!! Lol
The Bump was being The Worst!!! So glad to finally be able to catch up with everyone! @Jamieh2000 So excited for your donor's ER Tomorrow, right!!????!?! Squee! Fx you and your H end up with all the babies your hearts desire. ❤
AFM - Been very light spotting since polypectomy, but I'm sure it's fine. Took my last BCP this morning, meds arrive today (except for PIO on backorder), and baselines Saturday. Squee!!! It's finally happening!!!
@artemis618- hope you have a great appointment today! My friend just did the intrauterine HCG wash for her second DE transfer. It did work for her, but she had polyps removed before this transfer, so that is likely what made it work this time for her.
@coco305- Thanks! tonight is my last night of lupron, so hopefully I will feel better. But maybe not since I start progesterone tomorrow! I hope you have a great scan today! My estrogen was up to 2400 yesterday, but I think it just needs to be above 200-300 for an FET. Maybe you can call and ask to chat with your RE? I left my last RE because I never heard from them, so now my new RE has been great about calling me throughout. I haven't heard from her since our last donor snafu with her being pregnant, but I am hoping she will call after ER tomorrow. We are paying alot, so i don't think a few phone calls for 5 mins is out of the question to ask for!
@adirat- thanks chica! I'm really hope we can get two out of this!
@funkykey- 4 is a great number! Are you transferring 1 or 2 this time?
@businesswife- good to hear from you and glad the polpypectomy was a success! Yay for getting meds and stopping BC! Its getting really close now!

*lurking* @jamieh2000 Yay!!! SO glad it looks like a bumper crop of eggies!! @BusinessWife OMG! Its happening so fast now!! Glad they got the polyp and now its go time!!
@bababatty I wanted to write back so badly yesterday to say
YYYYAAAAAAAYYYYY that you don’t have delays from a polyp or whatever it
was. I couldn’t write because the site
was being weird for me too. I’m so happy
for you.
@dragonette505 I miss you being on this board too. I vote you come back J
@adirat I didn’t even think of a yeast infection! Estrogen
gives me yeast infections too! That’s so uncomfortable.
@natehk Welcome! It’s amazing you have 5 embryos!!! That’s awesome. I’m on Lupron too. How’s it going for you?
@jamieh2000 Sorry you were nauseous from the driving and
estrogen. It’s sounding like more and
more people are suffering from estrogen! Your donor’s numbers are great!! I bet
you’re so happy. Wednesday egg retrieval!!
Sounds like there will be at least 15 mature eggs. The trigger matures them faster. 7mm for uterine lining is great and it will
keep getting thicker with your estrogen level.
How are you feeling?? I don’t think you are greedy under any stretch! I
think you are wonder woman and all these numbers are great. Transfer MONDAY! Yay.
@artemis618 I’m not sure about the intrauterine HCG wash. How
was your appointment?
@coco305 I totally hear you about seeing the RE. I last saw mine at our consult in June. Another doctor at their practice did retrieval
and is doing transfer. I know they do a
lot behind the scenes. The thing about
estrogen is, it goes way up and it’s usually pretty fast. I wouldn’t be surprised if you are over 1000
right now, especially if you are on patches. This is such a stressful process and it’s so
hard to count on a body that has failed you in the past. Remember that you are built for this, your
body can and will do it and your doctor is there, even if he isn’t meeting with
you. (Trust me, I’m saying those words
to myself too and it’s way easier said than done). You’ve got this J
@funkykey Yay for a tentative transfer date!! I hope
estrogen goes smoothly for you. I’m so
happy for you. You’ve been so patient
this whole time. It will pay off, I know
it.
@businesswife It’s finally happening! All this time, TWO retrievals
AND a polypectomy! Isn’t it the best getting to the end of medications to start
the next ones? Sometimes it feels like time is standing still but it isn’t!

Boo estrogen! This morning my PA recommended DIM and bee pollen - I guess they’re supposed to help your body get rid of the extra? Lining’s still at 10.7 and ovaries are quiet. At least the estrogen is working to suppress. Apparently last week after one week of estrogen my E2 was at 524 or something. So still on track. Next lining check appointment isn’t till next Wednesday because an earlier appointment time was available than on Tuesday.
I got my instructions this AM to start progesterone and doxy this Saturday (today’s blood work will confirm). It did not occur to me that I’d quickly work my way up to 4 Endometrin/day. Ick. I’d only done two a day till day 3 for my second cycle this year when we decided to let them go to blast. Not sure but I *think* I’ll still prefer this over shots.
Apparently my clinic doesn’t do the intrauterine HCG thing. The PA hadn’t even heard of it.

@dragonette505- thanks girl! SO wish you could be transfering with us, but it sounds like you are getting started! You should be able to get a transfer in by christmas right?!
@irisheyes81- thank you so much for your kind words I think all of us on this board are seriously wonder woman. The only pro of infertility is how strong it makes you and the compassion it gives us. I'm feeling a little bipolar right now... which is how I feel during the tww usually. One minute I feel hopeful/excited and then the next I feel anxious/terrified and like its never gonna work. if there is one word I could use to describe IF besides THE WORST, it would be rollercoaster haha.
@artemis618- that is a great lining! I'm jelly so if you start progesterone on Saturday, your transfer is Thursday 11/2 right?! So exciting! I hear you about all the meds tho.. I am doing crinone twice per day and 1ml of PIO. I also keep doing 2 patches every other day, 2 estrace vaginally and 1 orally. Its going to be a mess and worried about how I will feel since I already headaches daily and progesterone is supposed to make you tired/bloated. Can being actually pregnant feel much worse than this? lol I'll gladly take this all though for the next 9 months

Ugh I missed so much. I have been MIA the past few days due to feeling like crap from the estrogen. It's all I could do just to keep up with work. I'm having nausea, headaches, stomach upset and cramps and I just went up to 2 patches today . I'm scared of what it will be like on 4 patches. I didn't feel this bad even at the end of stims for IVF so this really sucks. I have my next check up on Monday and hopefully then I will stop Lupron and start crinone. I hope that makes a difference with these symptoms.
@JamieH2000 so happy to hear your progress. Sounds like you will get a good number of eggs from the donor and transfer is so close now. FX all the eggs are mature and you end up with lots of embies!
@natehk so sorry for your loss and sorry that your journey has been long but we are happy to have you with us. I hope this transfer will bring you your ake home baby. I've started working part time due to this process and don't know how I would do this working full time with my job either.
@BusinessWife I'm so happy your procedure went well and you are on track for transfer! So close now!
@coco305 I totally hear you about the RE thing. Maybe it's a Florida thing. I can't remember when last I saw mine and he didn't do my retrieval and he won't do my transfer either even though he did my mock transfer. I see all these ladies talking about their REs doing their ultrasounds and meeting with them so often and I am totally jealous. It seems at my office the nurses run everything and the REs are just working behind the scenes.
@Bababatty I'm really happy that polyp or whatever was nothing and you are still on track!
I had surgery today on my foot. I figured since I had a bit of time while I’m definitely not pregnant I’d squeeze it in rather than delaying it again. I have a temporary pin and a walking boot. I’m off work for the next few days due to taking Norco, then I’m to stay off my feet as much as possible. Thank goodness for an office job. The pin should come out around transfer time.
I dropped my car off at the shop last night for some maintenance and they’ve been texting me all day the repairs it needs. I heard an intermittent metal on metal grinding and now it looks like I need to drop 3k and they still haven’t found the problem. Apparently I need new tires due to uneven choppy tread wear, my exhaust is leaking and my shocks and struts need replaced. That’s what I get for trying to take advantage of the time that I wouldn’t be able to drive anyway.

@sunnyrain2- sorry about your car! That is not what you need right now... hopefully you are getting all the bad luck out of the way now
@laurad75- thanks girl! I think its reasonable to expect 15-20 mature eggs from a good donor. Any more, and I think they are at high risk of OHSS, and I know they want to consider the donor's health.

Welcome, @natehk! I'm very sorry about your loss and trials to date. Glad to have you joining us this month.
@JamieH2000 I'm glad you had a great vacation in the Smokies! That is fantastic news about your donor's follies. You're definitely not greedy to want as many eggs as possible from this cycle. I really can't wait to hear your fert report today!
@funkykey Hooray for AF! (It still seems really strange to celebrate her arrival, haha.) I am so excited for you this month. No more delays!
@BusinessWife You're back!! I was wondering where you'd gone. TB website was horrible this past week. I use the website at work to type up all my replies, and I ended up having to do some convoluted thing where I typed into Notepad, emailed it to myself, and then copied it into the mobile app. Congratulations on officially getting started on the cycle! This is going to be a fantastic month for us all.
@Irisheyes81 Awww thank you so much for the congrats on the polyp or whatever it was! I'm so happy my RE said he wasn't concerned about it and that we'd deal with it later if this cycle fails. What day is your birthday this week?
@Coco305 I also hardly ever see my RE, but I know he's working in the background because as far as I can tell he's the one setting my protocols after every lining check/blood work and then the nurse is relaying them to me.
@artemis618 What's DIM and how do you take the bee pollen? Great news about the lining and ovaries! I think we'll be transfer buddies next Thursday. :-D
@safire3 I'm sorry the estrogen side effects are so horrible for you. I do hope the crinone will maybe counteract some of the effects. Good luck--you can do it!
@sunnyrain2 OF COURSE when you try to do something proactive it comes back to bite you. I'm glad your surgery went well today. How many of those car issues do you have to take care of right now? Can any of it wait?
This estrogen really is a pain for all of us this month. Sorry we've all got some kind of annoying side effect, but I'm happy to suffer through it with all of you.
Thank you everyone for your warm welcome to this board!
@sunnyrain2 ugh on the car maintenance! On top of your surgery - hang in there! We got a car for the 1st time in 10 yrs (we live in NYC) and 1 month after we got it someone hit the front and there is a big dent and broken fog light. I'm scared to find out how much to fix it
@safire3 sorry to hear about all the trouble with the estrogen. Really hope the symptoms lessen. I was on 4 patches too for prior FETs but it's all a blur and I can't even remember how I felt. We're all hopped up on so many different things - it's no wonder we don't feel like ourselves!
Im on lupron at the moment - not too many side effects. I get really sleepy towards the end of the day - when I was on it and working I'd be wiped out by the time I came home. And I discovered that even if I have a few sips of alcohol while on lupron, it's as if I went on a bender. So unfort no wine for me at the moment!
I start with 1 estrogen patch this Friday, and will gradually go up to 4. My RE is putting me on a longer protocol this time to try to build up my lining more. (Transfer 11/21)
Now for a silly question - for the pineapple thing, since it sounds like people normally do the pineapple core thing for DPO, would one (hypothetically, of course start this on/after her “fake ovulation” day (at start of progesterone) or on her transfer day?
Edit: I guess per an Amazon reviewer, other “DIM supplements contained 100mg, where as this one [the Life Extension veggie extract] contains 14 mg.” So maybe not enough for this purpose.

@artemis618 Huh! I think I've taken a similar supplement before. If it actually helps with the estrogen side effects, a few more veggies in my life couldn't hurt. I noe also recall eating bee pollen on an acai bowl in Hawaii last year.
We got 25 eggs!!!! I'm sure all aren't mature, but I'm hoping at least 15-20 are and that most of those fertilize! They are having me come in for U/S to check my lining tomorrow just to be safe rather than sorry, so just praying it looks good for a fresh transfer on Monday!

@artemis618 you know actually I didn't even think about that with the pineapple. I was going to start it after the transfer but you are right in a natural cycle it is usually taken after O and before implantation would take place. Now I'm confused lol.
Thanks for all the support. I called my clinic today to talk about the side effects. They said that it is not likely due to the estrogen because that would be 'unusual'. I don't know about that because it started when I started estrogen. Anyway they want me to continue and see what happens so I go up to three patches tomorrow and just praying that my body gets used to it or something.
FET friends, question for you. I had another lining check this morning. I'm on the estrace 3x/day protocol. I saw the ultrasound tech instead of the RE so I couldn't ask this question.
Last week: 8mm lining, trilaminar Today: 9.5mm lining, "hypercoag"
What is "hypercoag"? Is it a bad direction that my lining was trilaminar and now isn't? I know that 8 or 9 or 10mm lining is all fine, but I don't really know what to make of the fact that I lost my triple stripe
@coco305 Thinking of you today. You are so strong and powerful. This is your day!! I hope everything goes so smoothly. Take it easy and let us know how it went!!!

FET November 2017 Transferred one 6 day blast (a little GIRL) BFP EDD 8/4/18
@artemis618 how’s the progesterone and doxy going? Any issues with patches?? You have amazing lining!! I don’t know what
the hypercoag means. Seems like going
from 8-9.5 is great though. Thanks for
all the great information about the veggie extracts. I heard the pineapple thing starts at day of
transfer but I could be wrong.
@jamieh200 When do you get the report on mature/fertilized??
How’s your lining?? Pins and needles!! Looking all day for a report. I can’t
really post much during the day because my mobile app is still really weird. I
feel bipolar a lot too. I started toing
a fertility meditation that his helping.
They talk about the ‘fertile body’ and I struggle a lot to consider
myself fertile.
@safire3 sorry you feel so sick from the estrogen. So many people have been struggling but that
doesn’t make your nausea any better. I
hope you’re feeling better. Has two
patches been a lot worse? It’s weird they don’t think the side effects are from
estrogen. A lot of others have been having the same thing. Weird.
@sunnyrain2 how is your foot?? and the car situation??
@crystal321 yay for a
great appointment! November 3rd is just around the corner!! Did you
get your final results?
@bababatty how are you feeling from the estrogen? How often
do you go to Hawaii? I’ve always wanted to go.
@natehk It’s great you aren’t having many side effects from Lupron. I feel the exact same way about the fatigue
at the end of the day. Wine does really
make it worse! I miss wine. Good luck
with estrogen tomorrow!
AFM No more birth control as of today!! AF should be here Sunday
or Monday and Wednesday November 1st is my baseline ultrasound and
bloodwork. If all goes well, I start one
estrace pill, one estrogen patch and continue Lupron, synthroid, metformin,
extra vitamin D and baby aspirin. So
far, Lupron is fine. Those insulin
needles are so dull though! They practically bend when I inject. Has anyone taken melatonin? I took it during retrieval
but was wondering about it for transfer.

@adirat I don't know what the means but it sounds like something having to do with bloodclots? Will your clinic be calling you with next steps today and you can ask the nurse or RE then?
@Irisheyes81 My brother lived in HI for a few years so we went out twice at the holidays, which was fun but pricey! Now he's back on the mainland, so no more tropical paradise trips for us. Congratulations on finishing your BCP!
So I've been avoiding my book club for a few months because of a KU lady, but I've decided to go tonight. I said I wouldn't drink this cycle after AF, but I really want one glass of wine tonight because apparently she just LOVES to talk about being KU and playing the "pregnancy card." Bah. I think I'll try to content myself with smugly eating meats and unpasteurized soft cheeses. Any advice on getting through the night? I'm hoping since it's quite a long subway ride she might not come.
@Bababatty Yeah, I'm going to ask when they call... I also wonder if I should go back to drinking pomegranate juice or something like that from my TTC days? Good luck tonight...I would be drinking too... That is so obnoxious.
Thanks for all the excitement ladies! Its so nice to know you are cheering me on
@adirat- I have not heard that term before.. I hope they give you a call soon and let you know! FX its fine! Thinking of you!
@coco305- Transfer day right?! Sending lots of sticky vibes your way!
@irisheyes81- YAY for stopping BC! This is the start of it all! I hear you about the insulin needles- they are so dull and hurt more then!
@bababatty- that is annoying with the ladies in your book club! I stopped going to mine too because it was just too hard with all the pregnant ladies. I think one glass of wine is just fine
AFM- still waiting on fert report, but I did get monitored again. My lining went up a little, to 7.3mm, but unfortunately they saw some fluid/mucus in my uterus. The Tech said this was common with estrogen and normally goes away when you start progesterone. She said they may have me come in again, or check day of transfer. it sounds like it can be aspirated if its still there on transfer day. Waiting for the nurse to call with more info. Its just always something

@JamieH2000 - Great news!!! Can't wait to hear all the other reports re: fertilization and blast. Keeping FX for you! It is going to be a wild ride before Monday!!! I'm hoping whatever it is in your ute is absolutely nothing!
@adirat - is it "hypercoagulation"? Like, short for that? I don't know anything about the lining terms.
@Irisheyes81 - I started toing a fertility meditation that his helping. They talk about the ‘fertile body’ and I struggle a lot to consider myself fertile. The other day, I was listening to that version of the song Mi Gente that Beyonce did. She sings a line about being "fertile", and I just felt like I'd been punched in the gut. Also, I really suspect she used some AR technologies, though it's none of my business, of course.
@Bababatty - ha! I went out for dinner with some friends earlier this week. Both of them are about 6 months pregnant, and I don't think either talked about being pregnant even once. Sounds like this woman in your book club is kind of boring. I'd avoid her too.
@safire3 Hmm...I’m blaming the estrogen for all of it (fatigue, headache, slight nausea about which I was slightly concerned because I got my teeth cleaned this morning), I don’t care what they say!
@irisheyes81 I don’t actually start the progesterone and doxy till Saturday (for Thursday transfer), but thanks for asking! My lining was 10 after one week of Estrace, and it (and my estradiol at 500-something) have stayed put as of two days ago. @adirat’s lining went from 8-9.5 (hope you hear back soon!), but we are both on the 2mg of Estrace orally 3x/day (from the start - maybe because we had no prior suppression?), so no patches. Yay for no more OCP! I think melatonin is fine to take for ART cycles (I took it for maybe stim cycles), since we’re not trying to ovulate on our own. The concern I think is with it potentially inhibiting ovulation.
@Bababatty Try not to mind her and enjoy the book club meeting!
@funkykey Are you using the Mindful IVF app? I’ve tried the free features from that one in previous cycles. I paid for the Circle+Bloom IUI/IVF program (with a coupon code for 20% off - let me know if anyone wants it). I wasn’t that impressed (although I do keep falling asleep!), and was prepared to request a refund, but then it occurred to me that I may appreciate it more during the TWW since that’ll be new territory for me with this experience.

@artemis618 - No, I'm not using any apps. But I don't think I'm struggling with it? I can see the appeal - I can understand why you'd want to consider yourself "fertile" and to do meditations - IF is such a mindf*ck! So I can see why the mindful apps would be helpful. But I don't feel a need to at this point. (A year ago, I totally did though. LOL. And who knows, a year from now, I might need to again!)
When I hear other people, like people who have children, describe themselves as "fertile" in a bragging, prideful way, it kind of grosses me out. I think that's why I noticed the Beyonce lyric. I know she was just rapping, and that rappers are boastful. But I didn't like it.
I mentioned only because I can see why sometimes people struggle with the word "fertile" itself, totally.
@artemis618 I use mindful IVF! I just started last night with the very first 'session'. I really like it. I'm trying to relax more leading up to the transfer. My doctor is all about meditation so I thought, why not. Do you use it?

@adirat I have no idea what that means. I would assume it refers to some kind of tendency towards clotting. Please let us know what they say.
@artemis618 I don’t care what they say either. I know it’s the estrogen. I was just hoping they would be willing to try something else but whatever. I am up to 3 patches today and ok so far so hopefully I can tough it out.
@Bababatty I so hate being around pregnant people who can’t talk about anything else. I would avoid it at all costs but if you are up to it then go and enjoy it. I’m sure a glass of wine is fine as well. Enjoy it while you can!
@JamieH2000 at least it sounds like they have a plan and hopefully it won’t affect your transfer. Waiting anxiously to hear the fert report as well!
@Irisheyes81 yay for being off bcp! Yes those needles suck. DH still does my shots because I’m a chicken but sometimes I feel nothing and sometimes it hurts so much depending on how sharp or dull the needle is. And yes my side effects are from the estrogen no matter what they say. It did get worse with 2 patches but I’m up to 3 estrogen patches today and ok so far.
Re: November FET
The Bump was being The Worst!!! So glad to finally be able to catch up with everyone! @Jamieh2000 So excited for your donor's ER Tomorrow, right!!????!?! Squee! Fx you and your H end up with all the babies your hearts desire. ❤
AFM - Been very light spotting since polypectomy, but I'm sure it's fine. Took my last BCP this morning, meds arrive today (except for PIO on backorder), and baselines Saturday. Squee!!! It's finally happening!!!

Back for # 2!
@jamieh2000 Yay!!! SO glad it looks like a bumper crop of eggies!!
@BusinessWife OMG! Its happening so fast now!! Glad they got the polyp and now its go time!!
@bababatty I wanted to write back so badly yesterday to say YYYYAAAAAAAYYYYY that you don’t have delays from a polyp or whatever it was. I couldn’t write because the site was being weird for me too. I’m so happy for you.
@dragonette505 I miss you being on this board too. I vote you come back J
@adirat I didn’t even think of a yeast infection! Estrogen gives me yeast infections too! That’s so uncomfortable.
@natehk Welcome! It’s amazing you have 5 embryos!!! That’s awesome. I’m on Lupron too. How’s it going for you?
@jamieh2000 Sorry you were nauseous from the driving and estrogen. It’s sounding like more and more people are suffering from estrogen! Your donor’s numbers are great!! I bet you’re so happy. Wednesday egg retrieval!! Sounds like there will be at least 15 mature eggs. The trigger matures them faster. 7mm for uterine lining is great and it will keep getting thicker with your estrogen level. How are you feeling?? I don’t think you are greedy under any stretch! I think you are wonder woman and all these numbers are great. Transfer MONDAY! Yay.
@artemis618 I’m not sure about the intrauterine HCG wash. How was your appointment?
@coco305 I totally hear you about seeing the RE. I last saw mine at our consult in June. Another doctor at their practice did retrieval and is doing transfer. I know they do a lot behind the scenes. The thing about estrogen is, it goes way up and it’s usually pretty fast. I wouldn’t be surprised if you are over 1000 right now, especially if you are on patches. This is such a stressful process and it’s so hard to count on a body that has failed you in the past. Remember that you are built for this, your body can and will do it and your doctor is there, even if he isn’t meeting with you. (Trust me, I’m saying those words to myself too and it’s way easier said than done). You’ve got this J
@funkykey Yay for a tentative transfer date!! I hope estrogen goes smoothly for you. I’m so happy for you. You’ve been so patient this whole time. It will pay off, I know it.
@businesswife It’s finally happening! All this time, TWO retrievals AND a polypectomy! Isn’t it the best getting to the end of medications to start the next ones? Sometimes it feels like time is standing still but it isn’t!

Back for # 2!
Now for a silly question - for the pineapple thing, since it sounds like people normally do the pineapple core thing for DPO, would one (hypothetically, of course
Edit: I guess per an Amazon reviewer, other “DIM supplements contained 100mg, where as this one [the Life Extension veggie extract] contains 14 mg.” So maybe not enough for this purpose.

Last week: 8mm lining, trilaminar
Today: 9.5mm lining, "hypercoag"
What is "hypercoag"? Is it a bad direction that my lining was trilaminar and now isn't? I know that 8 or 9 or 10mm lining is all fine, but I don't really know what to make of the fact that I lost my triple stripe
@artemis618 how’s the progesterone and doxy going? Any issues with patches?? You have amazing lining!! I don’t know what the hypercoag means. Seems like going from 8-9.5 is great though. Thanks for all the great information about the veggie extracts. I heard the pineapple thing starts at day of transfer but I could be wrong.
@jamieh200 When do you get the report on mature/fertilized?? How’s your lining?? Pins and needles!! Looking all day for a report. I can’t really post much during the day because my mobile app is still really weird. I feel bipolar a lot too. I started toing a fertility meditation that his helping. They talk about the ‘fertile body’ and I struggle a lot to consider myself fertile.
@safire3 sorry you feel so sick from the estrogen. So many people have been struggling but that doesn’t make your nausea any better. I hope you’re feeling better. Has two patches been a lot worse? It’s weird they don’t think the side effects are from estrogen. A lot of others have been having the same thing. Weird.
@sunnyrain2 how is your foot?? and the car situation??
@crystal321 yay for a great appointment! November 3rd is just around the corner!! Did you get your final results?
@bababatty how are you feeling from the estrogen? How often do you go to Hawaii? I’ve always wanted to go.
@natehk It’s great you aren’t having many side effects from Lupron. I feel the exact same way about the fatigue at the end of the day. Wine does really make it worse! I miss wine. Good luck with estrogen tomorrow!
AFM No more birth control as of today!! AF should be here Sunday or Monday and Wednesday November 1st is my baseline ultrasound and bloodwork. If all goes well, I start one estrace pill, one estrogen patch and continue Lupron, synthroid, metformin, extra vitamin D and baby aspirin. So far, Lupron is fine. Those insulin needles are so dull though! They practically bend when I inject. Has anyone taken melatonin? I took it during retrieval but was wondering about it for transfer.
@Irisheyes81 My brother lived in HI for a few years so we went out twice at the holidays, which was fun but pricey! Now he's back on the mainland, so no more tropical paradise trips for us. Congratulations on finishing your BCP!
@coco305 Good luck today!
*TW* (pregnancy mentioned)
So I've been avoiding my book club for a few months because of a KU lady, but I've decided to go tonight. I said I wouldn't drink this cycle after AF, but I really want one glass of wine tonight because apparently she just LOVES to talk about being KU and playing the "pregnancy card." Bah. I think I'll try to content myself with smugly eating meats and unpasteurized soft cheeses. Any advice on getting through the night? I'm hoping since it's quite a long subway ride she might not come.

Back for # 2!
@adirat - is it "hypercoagulation"? Like, short for that? I don't know anything about the lining terms.
@coco305 - GL today! Hope everything goes smoothly!
