@safire3 What size are your follies? I only had like 3 over 18mm before I triggered. The rest were under that. Between 6-17mm. GL with your trigger tomorrow! Very exciting! Think positive thoughts about those little egglets growing in your body!

Thank you @JuneRoseRuby I needed to hear that. I've been feeling down all day but trying to remind myself that it could be worse and these follies need positive vibes right now, not more stress . My largest is 19.8 so hoping we don't lose it. The rest are 10-16.
@madspunk FX your IUI goes well and without any pain @Redpuma119 We are working on losing weight through healthy sustainable lifestyle changes (decreasing carbs and sugars, taking 30-45 minute walks after work, etc). My fear is more like @RVAmom315 that the RE will come in and say there's no reason for you to even be here until you lose x amount of weight. @purplg8r I've heard of Young Sheldon, but I'm not sure about it. I usually don't like spin offs. @safire3 Yeah DH and I are working on losing weight. I'm just more worried about the RE getting tunnel vision and not looking into other issues. @shortstack930 Hope everything goes well this month. As much as I hate busy months sometimes it really is a blessing. @Hollyyyyy I'm sorry for the crazy long cycle @Sailing_Mama Glad that DH will be back for FW! @suchaglencoco FX your appointment goes well!
@safire3 I only had 2 or 3 of 8 follies ready at trigger and they all caught up by retrieval. It's hard to remain optimistic but remember that the trigger is like a huge growth/maturation shot so some of your smaller follies are likely going to have a growth spurt and will be ready retrieval.
Thank you @LadyMillil that definitely gives me some hope. Just hoping we at least get a couple frosties in case the first transfer doesn't work so we need those few eggs to be mature!
@leekat14 Hugs to you and I'm really hoping for sucess for you this time. Have you started stims already? What are you on and is it the same as your last protocol?
We spent the weekend with our families which was mostly nice but also annoying because 1. my in-laws are annoying 2. part of the weekend agenda was my cousin's daughter's first birthday and there were A LOT of babies there who collectively made me feel bad about myself. 3. Some asshat (total stranger) at a different party we were at told my husband and I we should probably 'get going on that' if we wanted kids. I just walked away and he realized what a fucking insensitive thing it was to say and apologized to my husband but ... ugh.

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) I am now on bcp while we wait for our donor to complete her medical screening. This week I should be hearing from our financial coordinator about paying for her screening and then I'll find out when the date is.
How are things going? Thankfully I'm patient and very busy.
Any questions?

@laurad75, what is wrong with people? Who says that to someone they don't know? Actually, who says that ever?? Why is it anyone's business if you even want children at all? Hopefully this next weekend you get to relax at home.
@safire3 Headed to my baseline appointment today and I should start stims this week. We are doing same doses of gonal f and menopur as my second retrieval and we are adding HGH and also a dual trigger of HCG and lupron. There's a pill we are adding too but the name escapes me at the moment.
@leekat14. GL at your scan this morning!!! So exciting for you to get going again. (((Hugs)))
@laurad75. Omg. Maybe I shared rhis here already, I can't remember, but something so similar just happened to me at a wedding over the weekend. <i>"No, it's not that we're, 'too young,' we've actually been struggling with infertility for the past two+ years, and currently waiting so hear how our first ivf cycle went! We'll be sure to keep you posted as to the status of my lady-parts, tho!" </i>;) (((hugs))) people are asshats. So excited for you to be cleared for takeoff sooooooon... ❤
@safire3. GL with your trigger tonight!!! (((Hugs))) we were talking about our whole situation too last night, and DH actually said, even if all we have left is one, or even none, it will be okay because we will have that <i>one chance</i> we never had before - or at least be one giant step, one cycle, closer to victory. He really can be pretty wise sometimes. He also told me, no matter how this cycle turns out, it's not going to alter the course of our lives forever. Sure it could make a difference in the next few months, whether we repeat or move forward with transfer, but ultimately, we'll get there, and whether it takes 1 cycle or more, won't really matter much in the grand scheme of things. ❤ not sure if any of that helps take some of the pressure off for you, but it was comforting to me when he put it like that. :)
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) Nada. Except temping. Doc is making me do that this cycle so we can be 100% positive about ovulation because my progesterone sucks.
How are things going? It's not bad, considering. Now that IVF is on the table and in the works, I am doing okay. We are wanting to start stims in March (when my insurance refreshes), so I have about 6-7 cycles left. I am counting them down, ya'll!
Any questions? Not right now. Once we get closer to IVF I will.
GTKY: What show are you most excited about that is coming back on this Fall? THIS IS US. SVU
@zwink1 - I think we are sorta similar. FWIW, We did the surgeries and everything we possibly could before IVF. Most of the time I regret trying everything. Because here we are, still looking at IVF... if we had just skipped to IVF, I could have a baby in my arms right now. But at the same time, I wasn't really prepared for IVF at that time, since everything is OOP for us. So the surgeries and IUIs sorta filled in the gaps where we would have just been sitting in wait, saving. I think if you have the money for IVF (or it's covered by insurance), I would just go for it. JMHO. The chances of the surgery owrking, especially for your H is pretty minimal, according to my research when we had it done.

@KristoKekerooni, thanks for the perspective. You're right, especially on the male side, our situations are pretty similar, and in a lot of ways, your experiences and insights have helped to shape my opinions.
I agree with you on the surgery. I'm happy to head toward IVF now, and my only hang up would be whether there's something we could do that would improve our chances of IVF working, because I honestly don't think anything else will work. I sort of thought H and I had gotten to a spot where we agreed on this, but then I overheard him telling someone that he informed work that he may need to have surgery in Nov... umm, okay. As far as ins coverage, we're looking at nothing right now, but our insurance is changing in Nov, so whatever we end up doing we'll do after then, just in case we get some sort of coverage.
I'm so happy for you that you're getting closer!!!
@zwink1 Whatever you guys decide, at least you know that you
have talked about everything, and weighed the options.Sorry that your H isn’t quite understanding
the route that you thinkis best.
@hollyyyyy I don’t have any experience with metformin.Has anything else changed the last few
weeks?Like are you taking anything
else? Lots of stress (obviously, this process is stressful, but any new
stress?) And I don’t know how metformin works exactly, but I’m wondering if
your body is adjusting to it and your dose needs to be changed?
@beachbunnyxo123 After the 3 cycles we will go back in and
sit down with our RE. We’ve adjusted cabergoline dosage, so we will check
prolactin again. He said after that we
would try metformin and then maybe femara. So I am assuming we would run
another round of day 3 tests to see how levels are doing.I’m hoping this is your cycle too! Happy
anniversary!
@sailing_Mama I think it’s a good choice to have DH around
for support. You probably would be okay
having the HSG alone, but why if you don’t have to? Has your RE discussed the
next steps after testing?
@suchaglencoco Glad the nightmares stopped.I am always so excited to go to the
appointments. Like, what’s our plan!? I’m ready! Good luck at the consult!
@safire3 I am crossing my fingers that your follies grow!
@leekat14 I am reaching through my computer and giving you a
huge hug.Good luck this week with the
stims.
@KariAnn323 It sounds like you guys are doing your part to
live a healthier lifestyle.I know that
weight can play a big part in IF, but I’m hoping that your dr will start some
testing and/or treatment regardless.
@laurad75 There are no words. People are ridiculous.
@businesswife Your H is so wise. You can tell him that reading that helped me
today. It is so easy to be destroyed after
each cycle. Thank you for sharing that.
@kristokekerooni I am so happy for you that things are
moving for you now!
@zwink1 - So we actually had coverage for the surgery too, so that definitely poked us in that direction as well. My H's counts weren't better at all from the surgery. We had hoped that even if the count wasn't better, at least the quality would be better. That would translate to IVF results, at least. But nope. Granted, his varicoceles were only subclinical. If you aren't as impatient as me, totally go for the surgery. It was super easy for my H, and recovery was pretty much a breeze. I would say give it at least six months after the surgery before checking the count again. You won't see full results for up to two years, but six months should give you a general indication of if it's headed the right direction or not.

@leekat14 sounds good! Hope the appointment goes well today!
@BusinessWife thank you for that! My DH has the same outlook but I can't help worrying about every possibility. We are also all OOP for this so if it doesn't work it may take us about a year to be able to afford another round if we decide to go that route.
I had another monitoring appointment today and 7 out of 9 follicles look ready to go (>16mm). I am super happy with that compared to yesterday's report. I should trigger tonight for retrieval Thursday!
@safire3, that is great news about your follies, GL with the trigger and retrieval-FX for you!
@leekat14 I hope your appt went well today. I'm sending all of my good vibes your way!
@KristoKekerooni, yeah, they only found one grade 1, subclinical varicocele, so I'm super skeptical that surgery does anything at all...buuuttttt, H seems insistent on wanting to try it, and this is a 2 person thing here, so we'll see what we end up deciding.
yeah @safire3 !!!! Load up on electrolyte drinks for post retrieval! Salty foods too! I had a lot of coconut water (which will help with the digestive issues too and keep things moving). I also had miralax on hand to take for two days and I didn't end up with any constipation issues. I found this sportwater drink that was pure water but enhanced with electrolytes which just tasted like regular water. Get proteins too! Good luck!

@Redpuma119 Thanks It's a bit weird here (would love input from any other Canadian ladies) - it seems that REs only work at private clinics here, so they aren't covered other than a consult. The process seems to be OBGYN for testing/medicated, and then RE/fertility clinic if you move to IUI/IVF. Right now I'm seeing an OBGYN who specialized in PCOS - or at least I will be when she is back from her four month vacation. I'm going through the testing with her locum, and then will make an appointment with her when she gets back to come up with a plan. Her locum seems to think medicated cycles will work, although there doesn't seem to be an option for full monitoring, which makes me really nervous.
We went it, it sucked. I'm debating getting a second opinion, but the next closest RE covered by insurance is almost an hour away. The RE's demeanor in general just came off as rushed and that he was frustrated that we were there. We went through our medical histories. Then we went through his summary of what he noted. He wants to refer us to a genetic counselor since my mom had pre-menopausal breast cancer. He thinks progesterone supplements are unnecessary. He also thinks that an HSG/ sono HSG is unnecessary. And then we got to my weight. I fully expected to discuss it, and I understand that it is a factor. What I didn't appreciate is that him telling me that well if maybe I lost some weight I would get pregnant. He also told us that since I'm so young that we have plenty of time, so there's really no reason to rush into anything.
It's just so frustrating to go from an OB who is so supportive of us getting pregnant to an RE that made me feel like we were wasting his time.
Thanks for the heads up @JuneRoseRuby! I have already stocked up on Gatorade and coconut water. I will have to get that miralax. I get backed up with any opioids so I can imagine it will be worse after anesthesia.
@kariann323 Oh no. Oh crap I am so sorry you had such an awful experience. This is such a stressful, emotional time, it's important to have a doctor that is going to listen to you and work with you, not shut down your concerns, dismiss you or blow smoke. If the distance is not too much of a factor, if it were me, I'd go to the other RE for a second opinion. Because when you get into the thick of it (and I am hoping that you DO NOT need to!) you want someone on your side, that you're comfortable with. Hugs friend.
@karian323, I'm so sorry about your RE being so rude. Honestly, I would get the second opinion for many reasons. The no progesterone and no HSG seem super odd to me. And his bedside manner is atrocious.
You should definitely be with someone who is supportive of you and your needs. This process is extremely difficult as is, it'd be even worse with someone who doesn't seem to be in your corner. The hour commute would definitely be a challenge for a lot of the appointments, so I get that hesitation. Ugh. Why did he have to be a tool?
@JuneRoseRuby I'm so excited for you!! @RVAmom515 I love the OBX, have fun! Where do you stay? We go to Corolla every year @50Wife Crossing everything for you that this IUI is it @BusinessWife I'm so excited for you and that this is finally happening for you!! @tamalahoops I would be so honored to walk the journey of adoption together, whenever you're ready for that. I know I'm not quite there myself yet. @beachbunnyxo123 Fx so hard for you with your IUI! @KariAnn323 Ugh I'm so sorry your appt went so bad, I am side-eyeing a lot of what he said. Why does he think an HSG is unnecessary? Side eye. Telling you that you have "all the time, not to worry?" Side eye. None of his damn business at what age you want to be pregnant. Focusing only on weight loss to get pregnant? Side eye. Yeah...I second your second opinion notion. You want someone who will treat you like a person, not a number.
AFM..
Diagnosis (If you've been): Unexplained secondary IF
Cycle/CD: IDGAF
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): I believe TWW. Maybe.
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) We didn't do much this cycle since we were knee deep in our move. I tried to track FW with some OPKs but I had only left out like 5-6 and packed the rest. I ran through those and never really got a true positive, so I don't even know when/if I ovulated. The amount of stress I experienced with the move this month threw everything off. It's ok though, it has been really nice to have my head so far away from TTC and IF.
How are things going? We are nearly unpacked in our new house that we love so so much. You guys, it's literally perfect. I'm so glad we didn't get those other 2 houses we put offers on! I am so happy to live here, and it still feels surreal that it's ours..to keep. Forever! I've been lurking all of my IF ladies. Some days I just can't bring myself to think about TTC at all, even though of course it's always always deep in the back of my mind, no matter how busy I am. I requested copies of my medical records from the RE at the beginning of August and never heard back. I just don't have the energy to call them either. I don't want anything to do with them anymore. At least not for a long, long time. If ever. We will definitely be shifting gears toward adoption at this point. Maybe in October I'll get back into the research I started and look back into the first steps. I just want to feel settled in our house for a bit and not think about it a little longer.
Any questions?
GTKY: What show are you most excited about that is coming back on this Fall? This Is Us!
@TravelingCouple we are still trying on our own for now but we have a few agencies picked out. We will probably go to an information meeting pretty soon at our top pick. It's been harder than I thought finding agencies that suit us because we're not at all religious and that seems to be a requirement for most. So we will see! Glad to have another IFer with me on this journey!

@TravelingCouple Hey girl hey! Miss you! So happy to hear that you are settling into your new house, and it's so perfect for you guys. And kudos for your positive outlook moving forward, I'm working on getting into that mindset myself, but like as you said, some days are harder than others. We are staying in Kill Devil Hills, in a house about 2 blocks from the beach. I'm so excited! I am useless at work today lol
@tamalahoops it was certainly more complicated than I anticipated too. We went to one informational meeting so far in July, but then everything finalized with the house and we needed to shelve it. All the agencies have such different requirements and fees, it's overwhelming. Most of the ones I've interviewed over the phone say don't even work with the state I live in... So I'm pretty stuck using one in my state or going international. I'm thinking once we should make a separate thread in TTGP for adoption. I did that in the group but there's gotta be more people in TTGP looking into the adoption route. I dunno, maybe it's too specific. We can at least discuss together here and through PM
@RVAmom515 I don't know about positive outlook, I just think I haven't had the time to think about it. That roller coaster still hasn't let me off the hook yet. Enjoy OBX, it is seriously amazing there.
@TravelingCouple yes! I wish the adoption board was more active. As we get closer I will definitely start a thread if there is interest!

@beachbunnyxo123 Ooooh yay! FX one of those IUI’s comes through for you!
@safire3 So excited to hear how your retrieval goes on Thursday!
@leekat14 I’m sorry you are going through yet another retrieval I hope your scan went well today.
@laurad Wth? Sorry you had to deal with that douche… On another note my first Sun Basket comes tonight and I can’t wait to try it!
@redpuma119 That’s interesting that you bring up stress affecting my cycle…Currently no, I am in a pretty good place, all things considered. However, a few weeks ago I was pretty overwhelmed with several different things, and I wonder if that maybe could have thrown me off? Still haven’t heard back from my RE, but hoping I do by tomorrow. Usually I hear back within an hour or so, but I’m sure they have a lot to catch up on since they were just closed for 3 days.
@KariAnn323 Wow...Yeah, I’d definitely look for a new RE. This whole process is stressful enough, and the last thing you need to feel is blown off, or as if your concerns are unfounded. I’m so sorry to hear how frustrated you are, and hope you find someone new, who is a much better match for you, ASAP!
@TravelingCouple That’s so great that you love your new house! So glad you are getting a chance to enjoy it, and take a little break from everything else.
@tamalahoops I'm glad you are approaching this from a positive place. I know that is something I struggle with sometimes.
@zwink1 I hate it when doctors do that. I already have trust issues with doctors after everything that happened, and when they refuse to make a solid, evidence based recommendation as to what they think is the *best* course I really have a hard time trusting them - sure, explain the other options to me, in case I don't like "best course" but commit to a reccomendation. You went to medical school and have the training for these decisions.. Buck up.
@madspunk Progress is always exciting! Glad to hear it!
@KariAnn323 I hope your appointment went well. I had a doctor blame my issues I was having with my liver on my weight, not on the abdominal adhesions stuck to my liver - seriously dude? I'm only a size 12, and am back down to the size I have been most of my adult life. Some how I don't think being slightly overweight was suddenly the issue. It can be a bit of a cop out for doctors sometimes, it lets them not look any deeper and treat the whole patient. But... it lets you suss out the bad doctors quickly. Hopefully you had a good one today though...
@shortstack930 I'm glad you are getting a bit of a stress-free mental break while you wait for your surgery. It's coming up so quickly, how is 9/20 only 2.5 weeks away?!
@Redpuma119 The only way I charted successfully was I enlisted my husband's help. He was better about remembering it than I am - he's more of a morning person.
@Sailing_Mama I'm sorry you've been away from yours husband, that's tough
@suchaglencoco I have an appointment coming up next month, and I am sick with anxiety over it. It's awful how long everything takes just waiting...
Diagnosis (If you've been): secondary IF due to scarring
Cycle/CD: N/A
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): TTA
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) Waiting for an appointment to continue testing. Currently scheduled for next month, and I need to make a couple additional appointments for other related issues - I need to see a real doctor about the organ adhesion since the first doctor was incompetent, and I need to get in touch with my pain specialist to let her know we are heading this route, since it may impact her management program.
How are things going? Actually, pretty terribly. I'm just feeling really frustrated / down about everything. TW child mentioned
My son ate a baby wipe, so I spent two separate nights in the hospital with him dealing with that issue. First making sure it hadn't gotten stuck in his stomach the day he ate it, so he ate and drank, and was fine, then two days later because it DID become an issue in his bowels. Apparently baby wipes are plastic. And a big deal if you eat them. So I've been feeling like the worst mom in the world, and dealing with toddler on a laxative to flush it all out #hell and just feeling like this secondary infertility is some sort of punishment for not being a good enough mother. Which I KNOW is bull, but knowing and feeling are two different things. Sigh.
end tw Any questions? It seems like this will need a fair amount of appointments over the long term to resolve - how have you handled this with your work places?
GTKY: What show are you most excited about that is coming back on this Fall? I stream pretty much everything so I have no concept of when things air, lol.
@olliegolly I was upfront with work and it made it easier. I had a few last minute schedule changes that would've been awkward to explain if I hadn't been upfront. There were also times I needed someone to cover my property ( I manage an apartment community) and it was easier to get help when people understood what I was going through. But I am super upfront and blunt about our infertility. Think about what works for you and how you will handle any invasive questions.
Can I also make a small request? Can you please add a tw or a reason when you put stuff in spoilers? The majority of the girls in this thread are struggling to conceive their first.

@JuneRoseRuby EXACTLY! It's like yes I'm fully aware that at 29 I'm technically young, but it took us years to decide if we wanted a child, then it took us a couple years to decide that we were stable enough to start trying, then we waited another 6 months because I changed jobs and so we had to wait for FMLA to kick in. Now we've been trying for a year so I don't give a isht if I'm "young," I'm ready damn it!
@tamalahoops I'm sorry, I overshot the spoiler box, so the TW ended up inside... where it didn't do any good I just fixed it. Sorry about that, I feel terrible.
@Sailing_Mama I'm Canadian I went to my family doctor first to get some basic testing done (hormone panel) because I had symptoms of a problem. She couldn't find anything wrong and referred me to an OB. I did all my testing with the OB and he recommended that DH see his family doctor for a SA since we were approaching a year and would need it soon. The OB would only treat basic stuff and wouldn't provide any fertility drugs (clomid or femara) or IUI/IVF, I had to be referred to a fertility clinic for that. I would definitely get your referral ASAP because wait times can be ridiculous. My first clinic had a 3 month wait and after moving my new clinic had an 8 month wait. The RE did review our test results and had us do any additional testing she wanted while we waited for the first appointment, so I was able to start treatments right away once I finally got that appointment.
Ontario and Quebec do cover IVF and Manitoba has a 40% IF tax rebate. Unfortunately the rest of Canada doesn't cover IF treatments and barely any benefits packages include IF. In the rest of the provinces you can get a small tax rebate for medical expenses which does include IF.
@KariAnn323 I'm shooting dagger eyes at your RE for you. That sounds like a terrible experience. If I were you, I'd probably go to the RE that's an hour away for a consult. You might go there and love it so much more than this RE that you decide it's worth the drive. Or you might find out it's not that much better, and the decision not to go there instead would be easy. Either way, you won't know unless you try it. Why did he think an HSG was unnecessary? And how does he reason that progesterone isn't necessary? Sorry you had to deal with that jerk of a doctor.
@RedPuma119 Hang in there. I have to say, temping and charting does not sound fun. I never temped because it was always obvious I wasn't O'ing, and I'm glad I at least got to avoid that. Also - thanks for the perspective - positive thoughts are not a bad thing!
@zwink1 Ah, yes - that's tough if you're leaning in different directions for how best to move forward. That would be great if there's another RE in your area that you could get a consult from. If you feel like you might be missing information or forgetting something, maybe that's something a second RE could help with too, or maybe you could have a nurse or RE look at the list.
@Hollyyyyy Sorry you are still waiting for AF. That's really frustrating. I hope AF shows up soon so you can move forward.
@Sailing_Mama That will be good to have YH home for emotional support. And in a little over a month all your testing will be done!
@beachbunnyxo123 FX for you this cycle! Have fun celebrating your anniversary!

@laurad75 Ugh - what are these asshats thinking? Sorry you had to hear that. That's great you've been patient, and I hope you are staying busy with fun things (and not just in-laws).
@KristoKekerooni I'm so glad to hear you talking about IVF and counting down cycles to it now. I know it's been a long road for you, and I really hope you're almost to the end of it.
@OllieGolly That's a lot of appointments ahead of you, plus the stuff you're dealing with at home. I'm tired just thinking about it. My mind is also blown that baby wipes are plastic. I hope things settle down soon. I've been upfront about my situation with my boss. I told her one day several months ago after a couple months of trying to hide my IF, and it's been much easier since. Now, I can just say "I have an appointment" at the last minute and she doesn't ask questions, and I'm free to do my thing without fretting about what she's thinking.

@Redpuma119 We are working on losing weight through healthy sustainable lifestyle changes (decreasing carbs and sugars, taking 30-45 minute walks after work, etc).

@juneroseruby Your transfer is so close!
@zwink1 Whatever you guys decide, at least you know that you have talked about everything, and weighed the options. Sorry that your H isn’t quite understanding the route that you thinkis best.
@hollyyyyy I don’t have any experience with metformin. Has anything else changed the last few weeks? Like are you taking anything else? Lots of stress (obviously, this process is stressful, but any new stress?) And I don’t know how metformin works exactly, but I’m wondering if your body is adjusting to it and your dose needs to be changed?
@beachbunnyxo123 After the 3 cycles we will go back in and sit down with our RE. We’ve adjusted cabergoline dosage, so we will check prolactin again. He said after that we would try metformin and then maybe femara. So I am assuming we would run another round of day 3 tests to see how levels are doing. I’m hoping this is your cycle too! Happy anniversary!
@sailing_Mama I think it’s a good choice to have DH around for support. You probably would be okay having the HSG alone, but why if you don’t have to? Has your RE discussed the next steps after testing?
@suchaglencoco Glad the nightmares stopped. I am always so excited to go to the appointments. Like, what’s our plan!? I’m ready! Good luck at the consult!
@safire3 I am crossing my fingers that your follies grow!
@leekat14 I am reaching through my computer and giving you a huge hug. Good luck this week with the stims.
@KariAnn323 It sounds like you guys are doing your part to live a healthier lifestyle. I know that weight can play a big part in IF, but I’m hoping that your dr will start some testing and/or treatment regardless.
@laurad75 There are no words. People are ridiculous.
@businesswife Your H is so wise. You can tell him that reading that helped me today. It is so easy to be destroyed after each cycle. Thank you for sharing that.

(Sorry I couldn't resist )
@leekat14 I hope your appt went well today. I'm sending all of my good vibes your way!
@KristoKekerooni, yeah, they only found one grade 1, subclinical varicocele, so I'm super skeptical that surgery does anything at all...buuuttttt, H seems insistent on wanting to try it, and this is a 2 person thing here, so we'll see what we end up deciding.

@leekat14 So excited for you to start this cycle - keeping my FX it goes better this time!

I requested copies of my medical records from the RE at the beginning of August and never heard back. I just don't have the energy to call them either. I don't want anything to do with them anymore. Maybe in October I'll get back into the research I started and look back into the first steps. I just want to feel settled in our house for a bit and not think about it a little longer.

@RVAmom515 I don't know about positive outlook, I just think I haven't had the time to think about it. That roller coaster still hasn't let me off the hook yet. Enjoy OBX, it is seriously amazing there.

@50Wife That's great! I hope this is it for you..
Cycle/CD: N/A
TW child mentioned
Any questions? It seems like this will need a fair amount of appointments over the long term to resolve - how have you handled this with your work places?
GTKY: What show are you most excited about that is coming back on this Fall? I stream pretty much everything so I have no concept of when things air, lol.
Can I also make a small request? Can you please add a tw or a reason when you put stuff in spoilers? The majority of the girls in this thread are struggling to conceive their first.

@safire3 Retrieval is less than 2 days away! That is awesome! FX for those follies. That's a great report today!
@leekat14 How many days have you had to stim for in the past?
