IF Treatment and Testing Check In Week of 7/24

Re: IF Treatment and Testing Check In Week of 7/24

  • @adirat Ohhhhh my female parts just cringed reading that  :s FX your hysteroscopy will be quick and painless for you.

Everything you have gone through is so unfair. I hate that you have to go through IVF, but I am crossing my fingers that this is it for you, and you will have your take home baby ASAP <3 And thank YOU for the positive words!

@Redpuma119 That is interesting. PCOS is already so all over the place, and not really a black and white diagnosis. It's interesting to learn that there is another...type? of it. Either way, you are not alone. I don't completely understand it either!

  • Is anyone well versed at reading insurance language? I got my plan coverage document but I don't know what it means. If so, can I PM you the language to see if you can decipher? Thanks!

  • @AlohaKumu they say take advil prior, and just try to be as "relaxed" as possible... lol  some people really have no trouble at all!  I just found it uncomfortable during, but was totally fine after. Just a little light spotting, nbd.

5/16 - Began Creighton Method CM Tracking / Napro Fertility Medicine | Progesterone + various abx cycles - all BFNs
8/16 - SHG: ute good, at least one tube open | Adrenal saliva test: chronic stress cortisol levels -> started adaptogens
10/16 - azoo dx confirmed. more bw + TRUS to determine differential dx. 3/17 - genetic labs, renal & repeat scrotal u/s.
No known genetic cause found. Vas tubes appear absent on repeat exam. DH started Clomid in prep for MESA/TESE
4/17 - Initial RE Consult for me. | DH's F/U bw shows great T response! but also elevated FSH, making the possibility
of a successful vas reconstruction less likely, IHHO. | Waiting for DH's exploratory/retrieval attempt till after 06/06/17.

@JuneRoseRuby. Hopefully not too much!  We can still do the retrieval as planned, and ultimately delaying FET, if it comes to that, is sooo nbd in the grand scheme of things ;)
