@QTAMum3@adirat@c+mpeachey I'm sorry you ladies are so sick! I know you probably care 0 about homemade remedies and they aren't necessarily effective for HG, but I've been drinking ice cold grapefruit juice with a splash of seltzer water and it's the only thing that has worked a little for me. Sorry, had to share just in case.
A new symptom to me lately has been having vaginal pain and groin/upper leg pain. Anyone else experiencing this? I've read it can be caused by more blood flow to that area and then obviously the stretching of the ligaments. I just don't really know how to definitively identify that that's what these pains are. Anyone else?
I took everyone's advice yesterday and ate sour candy (sour patch kids) to help with my nausea. It worked! However, puking it up this morning was absolutely horrible. Worst puke of my three pregnancy career.
I have a bag full of sour patch candies, mints, life savers and gummy bears. Everything is super sweet right now but they seem to hold me over at work and help with the nausea.
Is there anyone experiencing brown discharge? I'm getting nervous, I am having some today, it's a little bit but still making me nervous
TMI: I've had everything from khaki to dark brown to a tint of rust, both throughout the discharge and a patch of color clumped within a spot of regular discharge. OBGYN did tell me at my first appointment (7w3d) that I had a less than 1cm spot of bleeding behind where baby was implanting and not to worry about it unless the discharge was pink/bright red and enough to fill a pad (assumably liner as that's what I'm using?) within an hour or two or if I passed a clot. I've just kinda watched it as I noticed it and made sure it got lighter/less and was at least intermittent with regular discharge. I did have bright red discharge the day after my first appointment and apparently that's normal also with a vaginal ultrasound. Hope that helps you a little.

I'm having more of the same symptoms (fatigue, nausea, etc.) but ever since I hit 8 weeks everything's been kicked up a few notches. My main frustration is that I'm too tired to do much of anything. Taking it one day at a time and trying to stay positive!

I am totally sick of people telling me to try ginger or eat a cracker.....but your suggestion sounds nice. Thanks.
@baby3forme Ugh the vomiting isn't good, but sour patch help me occasionally as well.
I am having consistent night time nausea, but hardly any during the morning or day. It's strange, when at work and moving around, I seem fine. If I am at home and less active, nausea kicks in strong.
Anyone else want to smack their SO? Just me? I know that it's me and my crazy moodiness/rage/hormones but I can't even handle him right now, through no fault of his own. Maybe I should just go to bed.
@ebelknap I've felt like someone was poking me in the pubic bone on the right side. Sciatica is in full force today too!
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@rosalie12 Every. Darn. Day. And yeah, it's probably my hormones, because most days he's been really thoughtful, but lately even when he's thoughtful, he's annoying me!! Lol
@cmessamore I'm glad I'm not alone! When I try to figure out why I'm mad, there's no reason. DH has been great. Ugh! So I've just been getting pissed and then apologizing later a lot. Lol
@jess0211 Definitely with you on the shortness of breath. I'm totally huffing and puffing lately just from the warm up for my workout video or walking up a hill.

@jess0211 yes I have the same thing out of breath from the simplist things.
Anyone else sex drive completely in the drain.... I try I really do I'm just not into it right now. Probably because I'm so tired all the time and I'm so nervous about everything...

Tired. So tired and this week is going to be a tough one with my husband gone on a work trip and catching up to my 16 month old. Luckily I have never thrown up either pregnancy but man, gagging to the point of almost throwing up sucks too.

Finding myself becoming very breathless lately while taking the stairs or giving lectures. Anyone else?
I've noticed this too, the first time while on a VERY leisurely walk with my husband. I am a natural fast walker and he's a natural slow walker, and I told him this would probably be the only time in our lives that I'd be asking him to slow down
It seems to kind of come and go, and has only stuck around for about a day or so at a time.
@jess0211 YES. I've started panting on our walk home from work (it's uphill) and when I chase our cat around our tiny apartment (it's how we play, he likes and "asks" us to chase him, I promise) for even a couple minutes I get super out of breath. Glad I'm not alone.
So glad I am not alone on this shortness of breath thing! I am pretty active so this is so out of the norm for me. Dh keeps laughing at me when we take the stairs at work and I have to stop after the 3rd flight for a break!
Add me to the shortness of breath club. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to make me jealous of all those who can still work out.
Omg I had to give a 30 presentation today and you guys I was talking like I just ran a mile onto the stage. I mean i kept breathing so heavy into the mike and I finally realized and tried to slow down. It was very weird and I'm sure everyone thought I'm super unfit.
I didn't even think of the shortness of breath as a pregnancy problem I just thought it was because of my lack of exercise these past couple weeks but I'm right there with you.... still have the terrible super smell, nausea, random food aversions, and zero sex Drive ( until I'm asleep apparently because dream me is very active). My big trouble right now is that a girl in DD's class has lice and they are not allowed to send her home so I have been dousing her head I this all natural lice repellant that smells awful. I can barely hug her without gagging.
@ChattyKitty17 if you're missing sex I found that my sex drive is full blown at like 5am so I've been waking him up. Also, if God forbid headlice makes its way into your home spray yellow listerine on your child hair (careful with the eyes) leave for 20 mins then wash out. Do it 3 days later I usually do it 3 times. Dead bugs literally will fall out of her hair, it's legit the only thing I've found works !

In addition to the nausea, I have been sleeping terribly, waking up several times every night. It does not help my exhaustion.
