@zigzag8412 @DuchessOfCambridge I've notice some bleeding too. I just thought I was dehydrated, but it's been over several days. I don't think I had that with DS.

I'm so sorry some of you are feeling so bad!! Hope it subsides soon!
Is anyone not having too many symptoms?? Im about 9 weeks and I'm tired quite a bit but my boob soreness has gone away and I haven't really felt sick at all. I know I should be happy about it, but after going through IVF to get here it just makes me worried!

@Gatorgirl2009 I think (hope/pray/beg) that I'm starting to turn a corner on my symptoms. My boobs definitely aren't bothering me anymore. So if that was all you've had, seems normal for it to be going away. The Ovia app said this week that more of the support to the baby is coming from the placenta now and that's why symptoms can start to lessen.

@bklynchica awww I am sorry you had a bad day at work.

@kyersten I think moodiness has been my top symptom!

@jka427 I had some intense boob pain yesterday, it was so bad and just in one boob. I told DH it felt like someone was stabbing me in my nipplr through my whole boob. So weird!

@Gatorgirl2009 @ArtificialRed My app says symptoms can start to go away around 8-9 weeks as the placenta takes on some of the hormone work. I haven't had any really bad symptoms but what I have had is letting up a bit.

@zigzag8412 My insurance does one extra cleaning for when you're pregnant. Just so happens that my regularly spaced, every 6 months, cleanings line up with this pregnancy and I'm due for one next week.

The boob pain is totally sharp and shooting and not really like pms at all, and it's the worst when I wake up and move after they've been resting in one position for a while.

I've traded constipation for indigestion today which I actually welcome instead. Boobs dont hurt but remain big.
With my last I had oral lichen planus, ended up needing a biopsy of my tongue with no pain meds, that was fun. Praying it doesn't come back this time but I think I and a bit of it earlier on.

On the weekend my nausea got so severe that I could barely function! Monday and Tuesday it was a whole lot better, and now today (Wednesday) I feel pretty good! No nipple soreness either. I am 7 + 2 wks today.

It's hard to enjoy feeling good, because I'm terrified that it's a bad sign.

Are any other ladies experiencing this? Am I the only one worrying?

@bklynchica my OB couldn't see a membrane today and she said she'd check again next time.  I googled when I got home and apparently it's very common to not be able to see the membrane until later (I saw lots of people who said they didn't see one early on but saw one later at 12+ weeks).   Fingers crossed for both of us!

@ss145 I have very little nausea most of the time, I'm 7+3 today. There was one day that I spent in bed nauseous all day (luckily a Saturday) but I've never thrown up and usually I feel fine. I just had an ultrasound last week and baby was measuring on track with a great heartbeat, so my lack of nausea isn't worrying me. Hope that helps!

@ss145 I have good days and bad days as well. Try to enjoy the good ones and don't stress yourself out. I know that's much easier said than done sometimes though.
  • Options
@TallMomma29 I noticed the lack of membrane in yours, as well, but wasn't going to say anything since, ya know, I'm not a doctor. How many weeks are you? My u/s yesterday was at 8+5.
  • Options
@bklynchica I'm 7w6d.  My next U/S is in 4 weeks (11w6d).  Apparently it's suuuuuper rare so I'm trying not to research any specifics and stay off google until my next appt.  But I know it's hard not to worry!

@DuchessOfCambridge @BayCamp thank you both! I know that I should just not worry, and that worrying doesnt change anything - but oh it's still nice to get a few comforting words. <3 x

    I'm so itchy guys.
Have I suddenly become allergic to my deodorant? The small red itchy bumps under my arms make me say yes. My wrists and eyes are also particularly itchy.
    So strange  make it stop.
  • Options
@bcashaw are the bumps in your armpits or just under your upper arms? If it's armpits I'd say it's irritation from deodorant or shaving (if you shave obv.). I get eczema regularly and noticed I had more tiny itchy bumps on the underside of my upper arms since my BFP. I used Aveeno lotion or coconut oil and it helps.

@slaven they're under my upper arms.... I didn't even think about shaving, I shaved yesterday morning with a new razor so that's probably totally it!  I will try some coconut oil. Which I am going to start using religiously anyways because stretch marks have started to appear!

Eta: thanks I would not have made that connection on my own!

Also quick tip for all my nauseous friends. I've been having a spoonful of peanut butter before I go to sleep every night and I am now only vomiting 1-3 times a day instead of living in my bathroom with the toddler playing in the bathtub with literally all of her toys   (sorry kid)

@bcashaw I've lived with skin irritation and acne for years so I know all about sensitivities and such haha. Coconut oil is my cure all, especially now that I can't use my prescription steroid cream.

Heartburn and insane hunger the last two days. Hopefully that means a growth spurt!
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

So sorry to everyone with HG. My friend had it with her last pregnancy and she was miserable.

My boobs are so sore and I'm nauseous a lot but I think the nausea is mainly because I'm constipated. The prenatal vitamins make me constipated and I wish I could take something to help but I'm out on the street all day with work with not many bathrooms.

@ss145 I have good days and bad days as well. I know it's hard because I do it too, but try not to stress too much.

@Gatorgirl2009 I'm at 7w5d and have basically no symptoms either... boob soreness has subsided and no nausea to speak of, but I do still feel a little more tired than normal, definitely more hungry, bloated, I am getting some stretching pulling feelings in my abdomen and I get put of breath really easily. I haven't had an U/S yet, but at my appointment yesterday I got a positive urine test, so I am figuring things are fine. The statistics show that some women just don't get many symptoms, and for some, the bad symptoms come late (after 8 weeks), so try not to worry too much. I know it's hard not to worry and feel guity though!

I feel like a ftm this time around. I remember almost nothing of when/if things will stop. I asked my friend when my boobs were supposed to stop hurting and she told me like 2nd tri. How do I not remember this stuff?!?! My youngest is only 3!

@QTAMum3 that gives me so much faith that one day all this vomiting will be a thing of the past!

@Gatorgirl2009, I lost most of my symptoms as well. My nips hurt still but no where near like before.

@QTAMum3 I was once told by an OB nurse that Mother Nature makes it so you forget just how awful pregnancy and labor and delivery is. She said if you remembered the suffering feeling too much, Mother Nature knows you wouldn't have more kids! So you can blame the forgetful feeling on a little amnesia from Mother Nature!

Is there anyone experiencing brown discharge? I'm getting nervous, I am having some today, it's a little bit but still making me nervous
  • Options
@cmessamore, so true. Your body cannot recall the feeling of pain, you can know it hurt but not the actual sensation.

@MaximumEffort isn't it amazing how the human body works?!?!

Nausea is starting to fade it is gone more than present but when it's present it makes itself noticeable! I'm still tired as ever could nap all day. Still don't want anything healthy but trying to make due!

Today i I have this terrible right sided pain where I have a cyst hoping it's not getting bigger and hoping that's all the pain is and nothing else.... ::
  • Options
@cmessamore @MaximumEffort  we are literally growing humans right now.  That's insane .
@xiomama from what I understand as long as it isn't bright red there's no need for concern, in saying that, if you're worried about it call your OB !
  • Options
@bcashaw thank you. It's the lightest brown. I called ob and they asked me to come in but I said I couldn't leave work, so I'll just wait until Friday, which is my first appointment
