  • Putting off doing dishes. We have a contractor coming over at 3:30 (in an hour and half) and I just painted my nails. No motivation today.

  • My dogs are mad at me because I ate one of their posicles and didn't share / give them one. (It's just frozen fruit and veggies blended up with Greek yogurt that I freeze and give them as summertime treats.)
  • I was also very confused because the only dog popsicles I've ever seen have been made with like cooked veggies and beef and chicken broth and stuff lol! I was like oh why not just get people popsicles instead ha!
  • Lol. I definitely haven't been craving dog food. I like to make my puppies popsicle treats and things. Plus it keeps them from begging for my fresh fruit. 
  • @mrs_tacos I <3 pop tarts! With DS I craved the blue raspberry ones. One time I ate a whole box for breakfast... :\ I don't reccomended that. Lol. But I love your gif :joy:
    lol, that reminds me of my nephew's mom... toward the end of her pregnancy, she ate half a bag of white donuts every morning, and the other half that night.

    Yep, had 2 brown sugar cinnamon ones when I got home from work. I also drank a big glass of milk. And milk is good for you, so it balanced out.

  • Lol @mrs_tacos I really don't think you have to worry about eating two pop tarts! I didnt mean to come off scary with that at all, my problems were from waaayyyyy more than just pop tarts :#
  • @HollyGolightly09 Have you tried a heat pack or bath? Maybe your H could give you a massage? I get really bad shoulder/neck knots from sitting at my desk, so I've learned how to get to my knots. But sometimes I have to get DH to work on them.

  • @HollyGolightly09 Ouch! That is the worst!! It's a shame he isn't able to help you get this one out. Sometimes ice packs help me amdvother times heat/massage does the trick. I hope you feel better e!!

  • @mrs_tacos Let me know how it is!! The massage... not the other event. Haha. I tried to get a prenatal massage once and they went so easy on me I was pissed!  I had super sore muscles and they just barely irritated my skin instead.

  • I have a random question!

    What is the proper way to do kegels? I was told to hold them for like a minute. But, geez that is nearly impossible with the cramping I end up feeling. Do you "pump" kegels instead for a minute? What were you told to do?

  • One of my apps said to just hold it for a beat and then release, and to do these reps for 1 minute 3 times a day...which I haven't done in two months. Thanks for the reminder!

  • I have a random question!

    What is the proper way to do kegels? I was told to hold them for like a minute. But, geez that is nearly impossible with the cramping I end up feeling. Do you "pump" kegels instead for a minute? What were you told to do?
    There's no way I could hold a kegel for a whole minute. Maybe like, five seconds? I don't do them much but when I do I just do it til the muscles get "tired." Lol.
