@irishrose54 My first appointment is on 8/9. I had an iron deficiency when I was pregnant with DS, so anemia could be a more likely culprit.

My head is KILLING me today.  I just broke down & took Tylenol which will probably not do a thing.  I also have horrendous gas.  So bad it making me cringe.

Boobs/nips are sore
Frequent indigestion
Thirst despite having 100+ oz of water a day
Very hungry in the first half of the day
Some fatigue at night

I also feel like I have IBS with constipation.  I don't poop for 3 days and then wake up in the night having to go urgently and it is epic.

No MS yet.  I'm not to Wk6 yet so who knows.

@MrsBinPA I've been having headaches, too.  My doctor told me not to hesitate to take Tylenol, because it is likely to be more effective the earlier you take it?  I also have upped my caffeine intake (I've been way too nauseous for coffee to sound at all appealing) because I know for me, that helps with my headaches.  I'm nowhere close to the ~200mg limit they tell you to stay under, and it's helping.  Good luck!

It's a good thing Elmo doesn't charge as much as the girl who watches DS on date night! I feel your pain! But I hear Daniel Tiger is REALLY good for social development, so maybe I'll switch to that.

@anonellis I woke up still with a headache.  I am seriously contemplating some caffeine. My RE says none,  but I know one occasional cup to try to help my head won't hurt anything.

I will be making myself a half calf nespresso this morning!

I'm 7 weeks today. Aside from some probable UTI spotting a couple of days ago, my biggest complaint is that I literally have to pee every 10 minutes! I feel like that commercial where the person is chained to the toilet! Only 5 hours away from home & it feels like we'll never get there because I have to keep stopping to pee!

I already told my partner that when this kid is born he/she is grounded. He said "In trouble already? Yup. That's my kid!"

Can someone explain to me what lightning crotch is?  And is it possible to have it in the first trimester?  Overshare here: I feel like I have a pinched nerve in my lady parts, if that's even possible?

Secretly wishing to be one of those moms that loses weight in the first trimester. I mean I can't eat anyway... So why not?!?
But my body is holding on to every pound  

I can't eat, I can't puke (though I've lied about it to gain sympathy), I can't stay awake, but I can't sleep... 
I am so thirsty but peeing all the time, sometimes in my panties. super horny, but too tired and nauseas to do anything about it

@jmn1985 Lightning crotch feels like an electric shock to your vagina/cervix. For me, it lasts like 1 second or less. I didn't get it until 2nd tri last time, but I've had it twice so far this time.

I've developed a crazy food aversion to meat.  DH is sitting on the couch next to me eating a giant hamburger and the smell makes me want to vomit.  Last night we went out and I ordered a taco salad but asked them to hold the meat.  The waiter looked at me like I was crazy.

New symptom started today... Spotting...  hoping it doesn't last long. Even though I've read that several ladies have had it, my God is it still stressful to see. Weirdly the last two nights it's only happened at the end of the day. Maybe I just need to rest more.

Does anyone have problems with super dry lips? Since my BFP my lips have been cracked and peeling no matter how much water I drink! Do you think it's related to the SCH? Probably not.. but what the heck. I'm putting alllll the moisturizers on my lips, even non lip ones, to try to help.

@Sugargirl1019 one of my symptoms has been incredible congestion, so yes, I've noticed dry lips, but probably because I'm sleeping with my mouth open

Bloat, gas, pukey feeling and today lower back ache and mild cramps. I burp all day. DH has found a new reason to make fun of me I suddenly want to eat something and minutes later, I can puke at the very mention of that thing. I wanted to ask....do you guys drive a car? I mean is there any harm in it...?

@MK1013 my knee hurts too. So weird. I twisted my ankle last week though so it may be related to that. I also somehow pulled a muscle on my shin on that same side too. I feel like a mess w this plus pregnancy symptoms.

@Sugargirl1019 I have super dry mouth and lips every night. I wake up a chug water and moisturize my lips at least 3 times a night.

@ptb_ptb What do you mean do we drive a car? Yes, with a Tupperware container and lid in the passenger seat just in case nausea hits.

@ptb_ptb Driving is ironically one of the times i usually feel well... Super focused and distracted from feeling gross, and blasting AC on my usually warm nauseated self.  I do occasionally think... "Hmm, where would I pull over if I had to puke right now?"


Today I'm feeling really good! Trying to just enjoy it and not over think it!

@kelizr I am so happy I read your post! I am going through the exact same thing. 2 nights ago I had truly, HORRIBLE pain. I started panicking because I was on vacation in Maine. It started around 5pm and kept going through the night (waking up constantly) and all through the morning. After speaking with my OB - I did a little bit of magnesium citrate and also horray relief! I have now added Miralax and prune juice to my daily diet. I also saw a bunch of ladies mention the sunsweet dried prunes being a life saver and I just ordered some

Other than cramping, just some sore boobies. 3 weeks until the appointment ahhh

@GG620 mine actually came back and started radiating around to my back. Ended up getting an ultrasound to rule out ectopic or a burst cyst. All was fine! Thank goodness, plus got to see our bean's heart beat several weeks earlier! They think it's either the digestion originally though, just super severe or possibly that I've had a kidney stone (which runs in the family). Guess I'll never really know for sure! Armed with meds from doc and Gas-x!

@kelizr my OB had the same concern about ectopic, but given that I got relief shortly after the mag citrate, she felt it was no longer necessary unless it returned (which it thankfully has not). So sorry about the back pain, that sounds awful, but hooray for getting to see the heart beat early!!
