Today feeling pukey, I had felt nausea the weeks leading up to now, but today I actually feel like I'm going to be sick. Having some lower back pain on and off, and my appetite is less than it was last week. I'm soo tired too, I can't wait to take a nap...

My breast soreness is now almost fully exclusive to after dark. I don't have that full feeling/appetite is returning to normal and sleeping on my stomach is no longer uncomfortable. I hope this means I'm adjusting and not having issues. Ill b finished with week 8 on Friday
The nausea this time around is insane! Threw up twice today and general queasiness all day! Three 12 hour shifts in a row starting tomorrow, already got the saltines in my purse ready to go... fx I can get through them without losing my mind!
Of course instead of enjoying my one morning thus far of no MS I'm overthinking it. Gahh. Why can't we just enjoy it when our symptoms give us a break!?
Constant bloating which I've been trying to cover up with flowy maxi dresses. I'm already having people wondering if I'm pregnant because they saw my little balloon of a belly.
I had the worst nausea/morning sickness for two weeks, but finally met with my Ob and got Diclegis. All I can say is LIFESAVER!! I was so sick before I could barely leave bed, just had my head in a trash can throughout the day, especially at night. Once I started on the pills though I could actually go back to functioning.
Still have a loss of appetite where eating feels like torture but it's way better than before. I really struggle to eat 3 meals a day because I'm never hungry. Ob tests me for ketones whenever I go to make sure I don't need an IV. So far I'm fine.
on the bright side, my boob pain went away finally!
Anyone else have period-like cramping around 5 weeks?
I've been noticing it on a daily basis. It's not constant and only lasts a few minutes, but sometimes it's pretty bad. It actually has been waking me up at night when I roll over. No spotting though.
@RunBooRun I had awful cramping like that at 5 weeks and I still have it at 8 weeks (though not as bad as it was at 5). My dr said it's totally normal and not to worry. I'm used to it now and since everything has been good so far via ultrasound I'm not worried anymore. If you're nervous though it wouldn't hurt to call the doc.
@RunBooRun I had cramping pretty much all day Sunday through Tuesday after clicking over to 5w on Saturday. It finally let up yesterday. It woke me up a couple of times.

I'm glad I'm not alone with the cramping. After a few back and forth calls with my OB today, following three days of what I thought was just weird gas cramping, but was starting to worry (especially because we are about to leave for vacation!!!). I called because the location of the worse pain could have indicated eptopic. And the discomfort was starting to had to the waves of nausea. Fortunately, they are pretty sure that it's the way my uterus is starting to push on my intestine! Apparently, for some women, it can cause air etc. to get trapped, making it excruciatingly painful! Lovely! Been told to add hot tea to the 100+ oz of water I've been drinking, and use colace or miralax to keep things soft in hopes of lessening and avoiding the discomfort. Did today and things seem to be relaxing! I hope... Pregnancy poop problems are the pits!
I am going today for emergency ultrasound and labwork. DH and I had sex Wednesday night and immediately following had bright red tablespoon sized blood come out. It stopped overnight and only was brown mucus throughout the day. I thought it was just sex irritating the cervix. Until I was in the grocery store last night. I ran to the nearest bathroom and started sobbing when I saw a large puddle of bright red blood in my underwear. It just kept coming, didn't stop. I still have symptoms such as nausea and sore nipples/boobs and have heard that a subchorionic hemorrhage can appear with heavy bright red bleeding, clots, and cramping. I will be evaluated for that, and hoping this is not another loss. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers today please.

I am freezing cold pretty much all the time. It's bizarre. I'm drinking more ice water during the day to try to stay hydrated, but that can't make me cold like 24/7.
@chrlyr My temp slowly decreases through the day. I wake up super hot and need to have a fan blowing directly on me when I'm doing my makeup and eating breakfast. By the time I go to bed, I'm huddled under a blanket. Every damn day. I have no idea how to dress in order for me to be comfortable.
@chrlyr So it may totally not be this, but your comment about being cold made me think: hypothyroid. That is only ONE symptom of high tsh and then almost all the other ones happen in early pregnancy anyway (extreme fatigue, dizzy, etc.) so it's very hard to tell. Either way, it may be worth checking out bc apparently some people get hypothyroid in pregnancy for the first time. It's a simple blood test.
Guyssss....the nausea...when does it stop?!?!?? If I still have 6 weeks of this I'm going to die. I am now tired all the time too. I have been sleeping about 10 hrs every night and IM STILL TIRED!! My poor son has had to watch Thomas for hours bc I can't get off the couch!! He actually secretly loves it.....
"We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love."
-Dr. Seuss
@irishrose54 Hmmm, interesting. If it continues I'll definitely ask my doctor about it when I go in for my first appointment. I've been tested for hypothyroidism before and have had no issues, but if it's specific to pregnancy, that's definitely worth mentioning.
@chrlyr You may just be cold in general and it could be absolutely nothing. I have hashimotos so I am extra vigilant about it and when I hear any symptoms from others I figure it doesn't hurt to mention. When is your first apt? Good luck!! I have to ask about anemia at my next one. I am constantly dizzy and my thyroid is under control so now I am worrying about that. My acupuncturist mentioned it to me at our last session. Meh. there is always something haha.
