Also having weird and kind of painful cramps off and on since yesterday. Not sure what's going on, but don't think they're BH because my stomach isn't getting hard and not consistent enough to be actual contractions. Probably gas, but if they don't stop I am probably going to give the doctor a call just to be sure.

@ibabyloveb87... I had, what sounds like, that exact same cramping issue and emailed my MD office just to be sure I didn't need to come in for it. They said that if I wasn't spotting or anything that it was likely growing pains. They recommended upping my water intake and taking a warm bath to help soothe the cramping. As an FYI, mine were off and on. Sometimes they'd go away quickly and other times last for 30mins plus. Mine weren't bad enough to warrant immediate intervention but, if I weren't pregnant, probably something I'd pop and Advil or two for. Hope that helps
The acid reflux is slowly killing me. It hits the worst in the middle of the night and wakes me up. I take a tums, but then I can't go back to sleep. Third trimester is hard, y'all.
@ibabyloveb87@bnsmith85 I would be willing to bet that they're growing pains from how you describe them, I hope the ease up for you ladies soon!
Braxton Hicks are killing me. I am one of the unlucky ones who feel them strongly and man... OUCH. They stop me dead in my tracks when they pop in. I was hoping they wouldn't be as bad as last time, but I think they are worse now, whaaaaa. And I think Johnny is either a very long baby, or is just absolutely insane, because I feel him kicking like a maniac from every possible angle in the ol' uterus.
I just feel so swollen! Second morning in a row I felt like my hands were really swollen. Started drinking water and 2 hours later, I feel back to normal. I've been watching my sodium intake the last few days and my weight and everything's stayed the same so idk what's going on.
+1 for hip pain, although it's pretty much been a constant issue with this pregnancy. I've also developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot, which means that I hobble anytime that I get up from a seated position. (Super attractive!) I also feel like I'm on an emotional roller coaster and I just want to feel like myself again. Oh, and painful cystic acne all over my body.
I'm having awful back pain, right around my bra line. I mean I know my boobs have gotten a little bigger but lately the pain there on my back is unreal!
General exhaustion and belly exhaustion. I wake up feeling good and then a few hours later feel achy! And just like @Pupatella I get so full so fast at meals! I've taken to just eating small amounts basically all day long....
I just found out I have like a rash in my belly, I haven't eat anything but water cause my stomach feels sick, my head hurts and I can only thing that I am 15 minutes away from my break...
@jennielu - yes, haha...it's so gross. I'm not a drooler so it's totally out of the ordinary. I wake myself up (sometimes from snoring - also new) but usually because I'm sticky from drool. I keep a tissue tucked into my tanktop to wipe my mouth.
Also, sweating SO much. My legs/butt have always been sweaty in doctor's offices. I think it's the paper they put on the table. I had an ultrasound on Thursday and luckily the tech left the room to get the doctor when I stood up, because I realized the paper had disintegrated to my legs/butt. I tried to peel it off, but when I turned around it looked like paper confetti had been thrown all over the place. It was totally awk and embarrassing. I was trying to pick it all up but I can't squat easily so there was still some left. When she came back she was all like "oh, what's this...?" and I was like "oh, I hadn't noticed...I have no idea."

I literally threw up in my sleep last night- like not all the way but it came into my mouth. This acid reflux bullshit is for the birds!
Morning sickness returned at 28 weeks on the button. It's not nearly as bad as first tri but I've been queasy on and off all week. I didn't think it would come back for third tri
Every night I play a game called "how many times will I have to pee tonight?" Last night it was six. Six times in eight hours. And I even tried to limit my water after 5 p.m.
The past several nights I've only had to get up once during the night to pee. Is that concerning? I haven't limited my water intake. Maybe baby is just sitting differently? Pre pregnancy I NEVER got up to pee during the night. I've always had a "huge" bladder and could hold it a long time.

@MorganL925 my mom used to refer to me as the camel because I never had to pee. I usually only get up once at night, if at all. During the day, I go at least once an hour, but I'm also drinking a ton of water all day long. I think it just depends on the person!

Not unless you notice decreased urine output throughout the day as well... I don't get up at all during the night to pee and have been told nothing but good things are going on with my pregnancy thus far. I did have a stint where I was getting up once at night... but that's stopped so I think it was just the baby's position.
my ob told me 'tums doesn't work in the third tri'. she recommended 150mg of zantac either once a day or 2 75mg. I already take that but by 3pm I am a fire breathing dragon.
@mrszoess... the 150mg strength bottle says you can take it every 12 hours... did your OB say you couldn't take the extra strength twice daily? Also, if it's that bad, I'd talk to them about prescription treatment. Apparently the nurse at my office had to upgrade to that when Zantac stopped working during her last pregnancy.
ETA: Asking about the dosage frequency for the 150mg Zantact because I've taken it twice daily a couple of times
@mrszoess I had it bad basically since 4 weeks pregnant and my doctor recommended taking extra strength Zantac (150mg) twice a day, once in the morning and once before dinner time.
I'd let them know that what you're currently trying itsn't working and see what they'd recommend.
