over 7100! The docs wanted 3500 so this is pretty high.  Sono on July 8th!

Hey ladies just checking in to see how everyone is holding up. This 2ww for me has been uneventful, first time I haven't symptom spotted. Just sorta over it all- 1 week to go. hugs to everyone!

Sooo ready for this TWW to be over. I found out yesterday my cousin is accidentally pregnant again, with her third child. Ugh.

@MMD1986 how much longer do you have? It's so frustrating that the rest of the world is getting pregnant and here we are just twiddling our thumbs and waiting. It's hard to be positive atm! I feel a twinge and I ignore it. Sick of symptom spotting. Tired of making hubby miss work for our treatments. Fully expecting af at the end of the week because why should it be any different this time.

I test Wednesday morning so not too much longer, thankfully. It is hard to stay positive at times, I just keep telling myself it will all be worth it someday.

I was hoping to have good news but AF is here so I'm out.  I've cried all day yesterday and today I'm emotionally and physically exhausted.  Each month this heartbreak does not get easier.  I kno my OH is disappointed as he thought for sure this was it as I've been even more of a basket case this month.  I didn't think that was possible ha!! I'm not surprised as I didn't feel different and am stressed and working beyond BUT it was still timed perfectly and g-d bless his sperm was on point it's just something with me.  I'm so disheartened.  IUI isn't a cure but it literally bypasses all the travel time for the sperm putting it right there practically on top of ur egg and nothing.  I'm  so sick of this already.  And it's more literally making me sick.  Between working, running for acupuncture which I'm not really a fan of on to more blood work and u/s just sux.  Sorry I'm just not in a positive way today.  Yes it's g-ds will, but I'm losing faith fast, this just doesn't make sense.  Hoping to see a BFP from someone!!!  Good luck ladies, just not my time once again

@Hopeful_mom Glad to hear your family is ok, but so sorry to hear about AF I know what you mean about each month bringing renewed heartache, it is such a rollercoaster going through this. Just know you are not alone in this. *hugs*

@KirstenCas That's a good question, I don't often take baths so I've never looked into it, although I think I've heard that hot tubs can be an issue. I'd say to be on the safe side ask your RE or nurse. Hopefully they will say it's ok!

So sorry @Hopeful_mom. I totally get that frustration. At times I just wish the doc would tell me some real reason it hasn't happened. Every test I've passed with flying colors and DH's counts are "doable". I just want to scream at God "WHAT GIVES, why will you not let this happen!"
#2 IUI is tomorrow morning. I don't know if I should go into this optimistic or realistic.

IUI #2 went so much better than the first. They used a balloon catheter bc my cervix sits weird. Only 16 mil count w/3 follies (but it only takes one, I know I know). I had to take a *planned* sick day from work bc I used the rest of my vaca for a family emergency last month. So I'll prob go home and cry the rest of the day (I get really emotional on IUI day) and wait out the rest of this O pain.

Hi all,
My baseline is tomorrow and I should start injectables. I am with the Navy Medical Center San Diego. I don't have much hope that this will work since all my numbers indicate I need to go straight to IVF - I'm on the list but may have another couple months wait.

@mandasand tomorrow is my baseline too, think I'm doing one more IUI, and going for an ivf consultation so I don't miss a beat I hope!! Will be doing Clomid but a higher dosage at 150mg will see what my plan will b tomorrow

BFN for me this month, Went yesterday afternoon for my bloodwork already knowing and then started my period last night. Hopefully iui #2 in July!

afm, just waiting around during this 2nd week of my TWW...hoping i am not developing cysts again i felt a piercing pain yesterday off and on and the only time i felt that was the last two cycles and i had cysts

Thanks @starlight811 and @meli123k .  I didn't have high hopes for this cycle, so I'm not too bummed.  I'll test again tomorrow just to make sure, but then call my doctor to schedule the laparoscopy he wants to do. Good news is he said if I just told him I had some pain in the area he could get insurance to cover it, everything else has been out of pocket so far!  He sounded hopeful that after the surgery and separating my ovaries that we could try and few more IUIs and get one to work.  Just hope he doesn't find anything else wrong while he's in there. Lol.

Anyone here done a laparoscopy?  Were you able to return to work the next day?  He said he'd do it in his office, so I'm guessing its pretty minor surgery.

Baseline went good - 3 follies on the left, 4 on the right. That's pretty typical for me.

Question - we threw out a couple dates but due to my work travel, I will begin injections on the 12th and end on the 14th, bloodwork on the 15th. When will we do the IUI? I know it's a dumb question, but we didn't ask because we had to switch dates due to the 1st scenario not working because of my work trip, and then I forgot to ask before I left. I THINK it would be the 20th. Any experts that can weigh in on my timeline???

@SJG and @MMD1986 I am so sorry. Good luck and baby dust for next cycle!! I know it's so hard. 
@mandasand are you doing a trigger shot? I know my doc does the IUI two mornings after the trigger shot. I've heard some do it the morning after but maybe that depends on how much trigger meds you get. This month I triggered on Sat night for a Mon IUI and I started having bad O pains waiting for the sample to get ready. 

First day of my 2ww, I managed to not think about it at all, kept busy. Plus we're closing on a house tomorrow and then moving in two weeks. Figured it be the perfect distraction from the 2ww Blues.

Did an hpt today and got a negative. My beta's tomorrow but not holding out much hope at this point. We're going to give IUI a 3rd try with femara next time. Good luck to everyone still waiting to test!!!

@meli123k I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you!! I prefer the femara to clomid, didn't thin out my lining!

Please wish us luck and positive vibes for tomorrow when we do our IUI #2. I took 10mg femara from CD 3-10 and did the Ovidrell trigger shot last night. Here is a screen shot from the u/s I did yesterday. Thanks everyone! - Elle

I'm so sorry to see the BFNs. I'm about to go on vacation- will probably test on Wednesday with FRER. No symptoms- but I do have a weird twinge thing going on near my left groin. Also had a spot of blood this morning which made me really worried- but I hear progesterone can cause irritation and spotting.
