@Joyzie77 - oh gosh... hope everything turns out ok. Take care of yourself. Being bored is worth it if that means baby stays cooking for a little while longer! Will be praying for both of your health.

@Griffin5413 Our baby is weighing at about 4 but you never know. Great pic! Glad hes doing well.

Thanks for the prayers ladies. I'm trying really hard not to stress because it's only going to make it worse for me and baby. At the beginning of the week we were talking about delivering by this weekend and I was in complete shock! I couldn't even respond to the doc at first I was so overwhelmed. Now things are looking a little better and even though there is still preeclampsia it looks like we will be able to get him to brew a little longer. If we can get him a few more weeks I will be happy.

Oh @joyzie77 so sorry you're going through all this. Yes tell the baby to stay in there a little while longer still. Hope you feel better soon.

@joyzie77 that does not sound like fun! I had a hard enough time staying in bed at the hospital for 3 days, I can't imagine full bed rest. Prayers that everything stays as is for now and you can bake him a little longer.

@Joyzie77 so sorry about the preeclampsia and bedrest.  Thinking of you and praying the LO can stay inside longer :-)  How many weeks are you now?

We got the nursery painted toady.  Yay! I think given these new AAP guidelines we might actually hold off on buy a crib, which seems crazy to me. But we are thinking we will have him in our room for first 6 months at least (not sure on their recommendations for 1 year) and we could use the space in the nursery right now for a desk  Seems sorta weird to have a nursery with no crib and we may want it sooner ... IDK.

Thanks everyone. Looks like I'm at the hospital to stay until delivery. Blood pressure got high last night. So, now we try to keep baby in as long as possible. I would be happy to get to 34 weeks. I'm nervous that nothing is ready yet but it's all going to be ok. Just when you think things are going to go a certain way! I'm going to do the online portion of the childbirth class but that's all I'm going to get being in the hospital. It will have to do! Trying to stay stress free here. Hope you all are well!

Hi ladies. @Knottie1432834683 I am trying hard to be positive. I'm now starting to get nervous about the actual delivery as this lil guy may come early. I think I'm worried about the pain. My friend is going to try and do I little open house shower at the hospital as I missed my shower because I was in here. I've got the pack n play and car seat so that's good. I might need to buy preemie clothing!

@joyzie77 the open house shower at the hospital is a nice idea!  Plus I'm sure it will be nice seeing some friendly faces while you are there.  I know its easier said than done but try not to stress on not having everything -- if you and baby are ok, then all the rest will fall into place.  Thinking of you!   You got this - -the pain will be manageable and you'll get through this!

32 weeks there and just got back from appt. my stomach is measuring on track and bp is good. Doc said the baby is headown too. Apparently it doesn't mean much since the baby can turn back anytime.

@Drove2u I'm glad that the appointment went well. I'm hanging in there. My labwork was good this morning. BP got really high and they had to monitor more but it seems to be a little better. Doc said that if BP and labs were better on Monday that he would talk to the high risk doctor and they might consider sending me home on strict bedrest. I've heard that before so I'm not getting my hopes up. How's everyone else doing,? Any fun plans for the weekend? I have to live through you guys!!!

I know we are all getting uber-pregnant here, but what are you all planning for holidays? DH and I are having our 2nd annual Christmas brunch with friends. We do food, games, and a gift exchange. I knew it would be a little extra stress to plan and put together, but I would be more sad if we didn't do it at all. And we are going to host Christmas so that I don't have to drive the almost two hours to my sister and brother-in-law's house. I feel like having to clean is less stress than having to drive, at least for me.

dragonfaerie - we are going to have just moved into the new house Dec 10. Everyone is planning on coming to stay with us for Christmas (whether I like it or not) b/c baby is due the 28th and they all want to be there. I've already made it very clear that the house is going to be unsettled and they are going to get a store bought meal b/c I am not going to be in any mood to cook a meal for 10 at 40 weeks pregnant. I've also made it pretty clear that I won't be picking anyone up from the airport either at 40 weeks. lol.. I feel like such a scrooge.

@Griffin5413 good for you! That's way too much at 40 weeks. Currently at 32 weeks I feel like I'm going to burst, I need the past two days I have just gotten soooo incomfortable.

@dragonfaerie I normally cook TG dinner for about 10 people. This year I decided not to, there will just be 5 of us, my DH, mom, dad and aunt going out for tg dinner together. Usually we go to Chicago for christmas, when we first got preggers that was thrown out the window. We have not had Christmas Day w my family in a very long time and do travel every year. I'm excited to not travel this winter. It stresses me out and ramps up my anxiety.

Hi everyone!  We are also staying around here this year -- my parents are coming down and staying with us for Christmas but they are staying at a hotel most of the time and then we are spending one night at my in-laws.  So everyone will be here but I don't have to do any of the work!
    About me:
Me 35, DH 36 (Unexplained Infertility, possible PCOS) TTC for 3.5 years.
10 clomid cycles (TI & IUI with ovidrel triggers - all BFN).
    *Loss mentioned & Trigger warning
#1 IVF May 2015- resulted in 15 5-day Blasts - SET (fresh) with BFP. Ectopic Preg @ 5w2d, treated with Methotrexate.
    #2 FET, Sept. 2015, SET MC@8 wks with D&C in November 2015.
13 remaining blasts sent for PGS testing.  1 did not survive the thaw. 6 came back normal from PGS.
#3 FET 5/16/16 SET - BFP 5/20/16 Beta's looked great and so did ultrasounds- officially released to my OB! EDD 2/1/17.
