Congrats on everyone who is progressing through their cycles! I hope more BFPs are on their way!
I just realized that I totally forgot to report my numbers for my second beta. My second beta came in at 1572!! Since our 1st beta was 740 it definitely doubled! They have scheduled my first ultrasound for next week on Thursday sine my beta is so high. I can't wait to find out if we are having 1 or 2!

@wifeinraleigh28 Great news! That's amazing about your DH- that is a huge number!! Praying for lots of growing embies for you. Rest up! Are you still doing a frozen transfer?
I am doing well thanks for asking! I had a bit of bleeding caused by a subchorionic hematoma since week 6 which was scary but thankfully the clot is shrinking. And I've had nausea and vomiting but it has started to ease up this week!
Good luck to everyone still going through IVF- I wish you all the success in the world. ❤️

Nurse just called and said I'm pregnant. My beta is only 43, which kind of scares me, the nurse said that it's fine and that its sometimes lower to start out with with frozen embryos. My next beta is Monday. This is going to be the longest weekend of my life. Praying hard.

@cat4151 - It has to be nerve-wracking when the number is low, but congrats on a positive beta!! I'll be keeping FX crossed all weekend for a great beta on Monday!!!
Hi everyone! On day 3 post retrieval we are down to two good quality embryos and six "okay" embryos. Not sure exactly what that means, but we are going to the Dr. in the am to talk. Hope the two make it to Sunday!
I'm 6dp5dt and poas this morning and there was a squinter of a line! I am being very cautiously optimistic here and will retest either tonight or tomorrow to see if it gets darker. I've never had a bfp before so hopefully this one stays!
Congrats @cat4151! FX the numbers do what they're supposed to!
Congrats @ale9687 on the squinter!! Looking forward to more updates from you!
AFM: We got the phone call this morning. Out of my 20 eggs, 12 were mature, and 10 fertilized via ICSI. I know I should be happy with that number, and I am, but I can't help but be a little disappointed that only 12 of my eggs were mature. Maybe if they had me stim one more day that would have helped? That just seems like kind of a big drop. Anyway, here's hoping that our 10 little embabies are fighters! It's such an odd feeling, I mean, this is the first time we've ever conceived. We actually have embabies now! I hope that at least a good number of them turn into blastocysts and pass PGS testing!

Thank you @wifeinraleigh28 for that sheet! Congrats @Sunflower5678 (and everyone else) on your beta! I had my transfer this am, so now I'm in the 2ww...on to pineapple and brazil nuts!
@ashley3740 Congrats on being PUPO!! I hope that TWW flies by!
@Happydays13 I have you down as transferring today, is that correct? If so then good luck with your transfer!
AFM, the embryologist just called and said all 10 of our little embryos look really good today (day 3)! Our next updates will be Wednesday and Thursday to let us know how many are being biopsied for PGS testing and frozen.
Embryo week is by far the most stressful part of this entire process so far. I haven't been able to sleep well the last two nights, and I don't think sleeping is going to get any easier until we get our PGS results back. But for now, I am beyond thrilled with today's update!

FET cycle #3 Transfer July 28th 2016, Triplets born healthy on February 26th 2017 at 33w1d!
@wifeinraleigh28 - congrats on your day 3 update - fantastic news! yes today was transfer day!! It was a long day...acupuncture at 9, to arrive at RE at 11, transfer at 11:30...but then hit a snag. Consent form was for 1 embryo and that was all they thawed. We waffled a lot leading up to it, but had decided on 2 last week, but somehow that information didn't get back to the RE. So we had new consent forms for 2 and had to thaw the second one...but at least knew at that point that one thawed successfully! So between thaw and working back into the schedule, transfer actually happened at 2pm. Then back to acupuncture and finally home at 4:30, and parked on the couch for the rest of the day. Valium made me a little loopy for a bit so waited to post til now....but here they are!
@cat4151 Was your second beta today? If so, I hope your number went up - thinking of you and Fx'd crossed.
@Sunflower5678 Congrats on a great second beta!!!! That is so exciting.
@ashley3740 Congrats on transfer! Hope you're enjoying all the pineapple and brazil nuts today. I plan to do lots of pineapple after transfer tomorrow. I remember someone on here posting that her DH cut up the pineapple so a little bit of core was on the fleshy parts, which seemed like it made it easier to eat. I plan to do that! Thanks for the reminder on the Brazil nuts, I will get some of those as well!
@Happydays13 I already congratulated you on the Beta testing board but congrats again!! Are both your embryos hatching? Love the picture! Also, thanks for the tips. I had heard keep your feet warm but I will do hands too! My house is very toasty so I'm sure I'll look hilarious in winter socks tomorrow. Are you supposed to only drink room temperature beverages during the whole two weeks? I'm an ice water kind of gal so I'll make sure to switch over tomorrow.
AFM, my transfer is scheduled for 12:30 tomorrow and I am so excited! I picked out a fun pair of socks to wear, and I hope I get a cute embabie picture like all of you ladies! We also know the gender of our three frozen embryos, so they will pick the best one tomorrow and we will find out which gender they transferred after it's done. Woohoo! On a side note, I'm not loving the endometrin. I'm wearing a pad and I think that helps with the overall unpleasantness happening down there. Anyone have any tips that help? I'm seriously contemplating changing my underwear throughout the day . Sometimes when I'm standing and talking to someone at work I can feel it come out and it is super awkward. I keep reminding myself that it's worth it though, and I have nothing to complain about to you ladies doing the PIO shots!
Me:27 DH:28 Married in August 2013 IVF w/PGD to rule out a genetic disorder First IVF cycle: ER 6/20/16 (42 eggs retrieved, 31 mature, 27 fertilized with ICSI, 9 frozen and biopsied) Results: 3 embies passed both PGD & PGS testing (2 boys and a girl ). FET on 8/2/16, transferred our girl embryo. Beta on 8/11: 124!! Second Beta on 8/15: 1,117. First ultrasound (7 weeks) scheduled for 8/30.
@LittleSunshine - good luck today!!! And yes, both of ours were hatching so hopefully they will implant quickly! And as for the warm/room temp drinks and socks, the idea is that your body doesn't have to work to provide warmth to anyplace besides your uterus so the embryos have as nice as environment as possible...and since you really don't know when that's done, at least the whole 2ww. Also a big change for me, I drink everything straight from the fridge or with ice!

I'm seriously contemplating changing my underwear throughout the day
Married in August 2013
IVF w/PGD to rule out a genetic disorder
First IVF cycle: ER 6/20/16 (42 eggs retrieved, 31 mature, 27 fertilized with ICSI, 9 frozen and biopsied)
Results: 3 embies passed both PGD & PGS testing (2 boys and a girl
FET on 8/2/16, transferred our girl embryo.
Beta on 8/11: 124!! Second Beta on 8/15: 1,117. First ultrasound (7 weeks) scheduled for 8/30.
And as for the warm/room temp drinks and socks, the idea is that your body doesn't have to work to provide warmth to anyplace besides your uterus so the embryos have as nice as environment as possible...and since you really don't know when that's done, at least the whole 2ww. Also a big change for me, I drink everything straight from the fridge or with ice!

afm scheduled my ultrasound for the 19th to hopefully see that I'll still be pregnant, see if there is one or two, and to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
