DH and I work opposite shifts so it makes TI difficult. So sometimes I have to go home on my lunch break. At work I share a cubicle and since she knows every time I come in late and every appointment we have she pretty much knows exactly where we are in my cycle. So when I leave for "lunch" she just starts giggling like a middle school girl, and then when I get back she asks "did you have fun?" and giggles more. And then we both laugh. It totally breaks up some of the tension!
I triggered Wednesday and am ovulating this morning and have so much pain on both sides since we had a follicle on both sides... 2 days in and the 2WW is already killing me!
@BenNSarah - that IS tricky, but omg too funny about "lunch" hour You and @Monica54321 are pretty much identically cycle buddies! Crazy!
Just found out our Beta is scheduled for Monday April 18th at 10am. Probably waiting for beta... too nervous to test at home this time around I think.... at least for now I feel that way. Who know's in a weeks time how I'll feel ps. @fivetimesnoluck we ended up putting in 2 (1 that was fertilized with ICSI, and 1 natural).

@oxinfree unfortunately, yes! Not too bad since I still have a week until testing, but I'm definitely over analyzing every twinge and temperature change.
@fivetimesnoluck - I keep telling dh I'm eating for 3... he's basically my man slave haha. I figure I've earned it with all the shots, pills, appointments, procedures... But I've also got some serious lower back pain going on at the moment so an added excuse
@KatBH - ya, I only take my temperature at random times just to be sure I have no fever or whatever, but overall don't want to get hopes up/down based on temp.
I've had multiple breakdowns today. Apparently I'm more fragile than usual. I'm just freaking out that this cycle isn't going to work and that I'm destined to never get pregnant. Feeling emotional and scared and a lot of things I guess. I just want this so bad and have been through so much it feels like that I really just want this to be my time. I know everything happens for a reason, I'm just hoping it's meant to be now. I'm so over the struggle.
On that note... DH and I discussed doing a hpt Saturday morning (4/16) which is 8dp5dt and 2 days before beta. I usually have a LP of 12-13 days and so believe that will give me a pretty accurate result. We just felt it would be better to get the result together rather than me get a phone call while he may have to be at work. Still feels like eons away though and while anxious for the time to come, also petrified of yet another bfn. Ugh. Just a down day I guess.

@oxinfree and @fivetimesnoluck I've definitely been playing up the "growing a human" card a little over the past few days. It's nice to be waited on every once in awhile
@oxinfree I've really gone back and forth about whether or not to do a HPT...I initially said no, but as I get closer I can feel myself losing my restrain...My DH and I are going to take the afternoon off when we find out, so that thought helps me a little.
AFM - I stayed off the blogs this weekend...trying to distract myself...not really sure if it worked, but it's Monday Have my BETA on Wednesday...so nervous about the outcome! Still trying to keep positive thoughts.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Well, today marks 8dpiui for me. I am on progesterone suppositories, which made me feel kinda blech the first couple days, but now I feel alright. I did have some mild cramping last night- hoping it was implantation, but I know it could also just be caused by the progesterone. One more week!

@LeFemmeViolette- I had some very small cramps, pulls, twinges whatever you wanna call them yesterday and then woke up this morning with what I would describe as AF cramps. They've diminished quite a bit since, but maybe just MAYBE this time around I'm actually feeling implantation... oh wouldn't it be nice.
@BingALing - I know about back and forth, trust me! I flip flop hourly on whether it's a good idea. Heck I've been googling how early others get their bfp (as in how many days past a 5 day transfer). Obviously 3dp5dt is wayyyy too early, as its technically only 8dpo (and even though some women do get a positive that early, I am in no way shape or form mentally capable of a false negative at this point... I'll spiral). I think we feel pretty good about our decision to do it Saturday but I ebb and flow between anticipation and curiosity, and sheer fear of seeing a negative. Ugh. At least Beta is only a couple days away for you. At this point I'm sure you can manage to hold out.... maybe
@cmmxv8 - yay for transfer on Wednesday! Seems like quite the journey you've been on thus far. You're putting back 2 correct? That's what I did as well, exciting! ps. random fact, your beta is on my birthday! So perhaps I'm biased, but I think it's a pretty lucky day haha fx
afm - as I mentioned to LeFemmeViolette, I'm experiencing some cramping today. Not sure whether to find it encouraging or concerning. I know it can be a good thing, unfortunately it can also be a sign of good ole AF coming for a visit. So I'm just trying to stay as level headed as possible which seems to be borderline impossible for me these days. I'm an emotional wreck. DH and I are supposed to go to Houston with his team and wives this week to scout out the new office and city we're all moving to in September, but obviously I refuse to fly and it's too long a drive from NYC, so that puts a damper on things. Not sure if they'll all go without me, but my friend said she'd rather go when we can all go, so I feel guilty. After all these years of infertility I started changing my school of thought from "what if I'm pregnant" and holding off plans, to "if I'm pregnant we'll figure it out" where I just did whatever I wanted without worrying about it. I spent too many years putting my life on hold and now feels like I'm doing that all over again, so just brings up a lot of emotions for me. Don't want to miss out on the trip, but obviously a million percent worth it if I am indeed pregnant. Ugh sorry for the verbal diarrhea, I'm done whining haha.

I've haven't updated much this TWW but I've been following along. @oxinfree I think it's a good idea for you to test with you husband! I've never had a beta - my RE just has me test at home - but I imagine waiting for that call back must be so hard. I was even nervous waiting for my progesterone test results last Friday. (It was 9.9, so I ovulated, but on the low side as I understand it.)
Anyway... On to the last week of the wait. I'm 9dpo and had a faint positive today with FMU so still waiting out the trigger shot. Still hating the progesterone suppositories which I started up again after my blood test.

@oxinfreeI think testing with DH is a great idea! I am so silly sometimes. That didn't even occur to me. I don't own any HPTs right now, so I was planning to try and wait it out. But, it would definitely be more exciting to get the news together.... I will have to think about that.
I start progesterone suppositories tomorrow. Ugh. Not my favorite thing, but more than willing..... One minor rant/rave is that for my last pregnancy I purchased the suppositories from Freedom Pharmacy, and with no ins coverage for crinone 8%, it cost me over $600 for two boxes. I still have a full box, but my current RE has a preference for me to use a local compounding pharmacy. I was totally worried about having to spend another small fortune, especially when they called and said that my insurance wasn't contracted with them. But, no, for this scrip, it cost $24! I had to ask her if she wasn't sure that it was $24/per... but, no! $24 total! What a nice relief!
How is everyone else doing in their TWW? I am just going to spend the next 11 days trying to guess what every twinge inside my body means. No big deal.

I haven't been as bad about the symptom spotting yet. But reading everyone's updates makes me feel much better about when I do. DH thinks I'm crazy that I track every little thing. He doesn't understand why I can't just wait and see what happens! We started Progesterone in oil injections and Estrace Suppositories on Saturday so I am having all kinds of new symptoms! I have this gut feeling this time that this is it. So I'm not really getting worried about the symptoms. And some of my symptoms have been a little different than all the other cycles so I keep telling myself it's a good thing. Thanks everyone for sharing! It helps the wait not feel so lonely!
No symptom spotting for me yet - I'm only 3dpo. However, I've had pain & discomfort in my right ovarian area yesterday & today. Yesterday evening it was very sharp, stabbing pain, so I'm assuming that was a larger cyst rupturing (which I've had before). Today is more of a dull ache/pain with increased discomfort during urination. Even when it's not hurting, I just feel very 'aware' of my ovary - kind of a weird sensation. Fortunately (unfortunately - depending on your perspective), my appendix ruptured over 15 years ago, so I don't have to worry that that it's appendicitis at least!

24 hours until my BETA!!! This day is going to pass sooooo slowly! I felt horrible yesterday...really just extremely tired and bloated, but I think most of this is still my body recovering from ER and from all of the meds I've been on over the past month and a half. Still trying to stay positive...this is the last day that I can say PUPO!

Okay, so today I'm 9dpiui. The 17th seems sooo far away. If I were to test sooner than the 17th, what would be the soonest day that would make sense? I did do an ovidril shot before the IUI, so I've heard that takes some time to leave your system otherwise you may get a false positive.

@lefemmeviolette I have tried testing out my Ovidrel my last 3 cycles and it's usually out within five days past injection. And I do a double dose. I don't know if that's due to my weight but it has consistently been five days every cycle. I think people who use a different trigger usually have it last a lot longer? Anyone else test out ovidrel? I took a test this morning, 6 days after injection and it was negative. I've heard people get them as early as 8dpo but I usually wait till 10dpo to test...

@BenNSarah, I do Ovidrel and test out the trigger. I didn't do it over the weekend though and waited till 9dpo/11dpt on Monday AM. Got a faint positive which is consistent which a couple other cycles (it varies for me - once it was gone by 6dpo.) This AM I tested again, and it was definitely a squinter, if anything was even there - I think I was seeing things . So from here on out I'll know if it's real! (I'll probably just test every morning now till 15dpo... I have a bunch of the cheap Wondfo strips to use up!)

@BingALing23 - yay for Beta!!! So so sooooo exciting. Hope how crummy you've been feeling is only for good reasons. I'll be UNpatiently awaiting an update! haha. Yay! Rooting for you!
@LizzieJ13 - awesome that trigger is out (phew)... fun that you'll test everyday! You'll have to keep us posted with each test
@BenNSarah - same goes for you about trigger being out. At least now you'll know when you do get a line that it's reliable! Is your plan to test 10dpo this cycle?? Is that this Saturday with me!?!
@LeFemmeViolette - so you and me are exactly on part time-wise. The earliest I personally feel comfortable is Saturday morning which is the equivalent of 13dpo. I know realistically I could do it sooner... but I'm so bloody scared. I think 10dpo is the earliest ladies get a good average of accurate results, though just keep in mind some get early false negatives, so try not to get too down if its negative that day. How you been feeling? How are your anxiety levels re: emetophobia ?
afm - been super duper crampy which makes me really worried af is coming. Strong cramps early yesterday, then they kind of went away, and then super crampy last night and mild to medium cramps all day today as well. I consulted dr. google and lots of ppl say its a good sign at 3dp5dt & 4dp5dt so I'm trying to stay positive, but just so similar to AF cramps it makes me worried about dealing with yet another failed cycle. Freakin' out. Only other symptom is quite tired (but that could just be the stress and emotional/physical toll of cycling) and then last night had crazy vivid dreams. They were bizarre. Nothing baby related, but still crazy realistic like I was there. Not like this is the first time I've had a crazy vivid dream though, however a full night of them was quite a lot intermixed with all the cramping. Monday's beta can't come soon enough!!!

@oxinfree I've been having crazy dreams too! Last night was the third night in a row. This happened when I had a BFP back in December so I'm trying to not get my hopes up. Definitely been crampy the last few days as well.
DH keeps asking when I'll be taking a test, so I caved and ordered some FRER's off amazon. Luckily they don't come until tomorrow, so I'll be testing Thursday which is technically only one day early.
@KatBH - I just ordered some FRERs off Amazon as well. Mine will get here on Thurs, but I'm still more than a few days out from being able to test... I'm only 4dpiui

@oxinfree, I am planning to test earliest on Sunday, so one day after you! Hopefully your cramps are a good sign! I get super nervous when they start too!
Decided to test this morning, on 10dpiui. It was negative. Which, at the very least, is a good sign that the ovidril is out of my system. I've got two more tests in the box, so I'm planning on testing on Friday and then Sunday as well.
Now that I'm going to be a professional HPT-taker, what's the best brand to buy? Seems like the in-store brands are super pricey. Is there something online that is cheaper, but still reliable?

Wondfo tests on Amazon. You can get like, 50 of them for about $20-$30. People on the bump seem to really like this brand. Get the pink ones, they are HPTs, the blue ones are ovulation tests...
I have the Wondfo tests off Amazon right now and save the FRER's just for on Beta day (I have to have a positive test at home before I can beta) The Wondfo's have been a little inconsistent at times. I can use the same FMU and one line will be super dark and the other will be barely visible (testing out Ovidrel, never had an actual BFP). I have also tried the cheap ones off EarlyPregnancyTest.com. A little more than the Wondfo's, but close to the same prices and they seemed a little more consistent. But most people love those Wondfo's!
@LeFemmeViolette -When I was a POAS addict I used to use the earlypregnancytest.com ones... never had a positive in my life so can't really speak to their effectiveness unfortunately. But they were a good price for my incessant test taking needs at the time. Now I'll only buy FRER for the simple fact that I want to trust the result I'm getting. Don't want to be unnecessarily disappointed, and on the flip side waiting and hoping it was just negative because I bought cheap tests and holding out for hope... I dunno. Too many years jaded I suppose. Friday should be a better chance and Sunday is sure to give you a pretty accurate result I'd think as it'll be 14dpo! fx4u
@BingALing23 - yup... probably going to feel like watching paint try for you today. Are you EST? I'm sure you'll be ringing right at 1pm! So much anticipation for you!
@BenNSarah - it's so hard to not get freaked out by the cramps right!? I've never had a bfp in my life so I've got no comparison either. It's been a few years since my last IVF cycle and I don't recall cramping as early as I have been. I also don't remember the lower back pain (almost as low as my tailbone I swear...or radiating down)... it's been brutal! Could go either way though unfortunately. Also had night sweats early last night. Always get that the night before AF but this would be the earliest she showed if she appeared today. Really hoping that's not the case but very hard to stay hopeful.
@KatBH - did you have cramps with your bfp? my crazy dreams did not make an encore last night... though perhaps that's because I had such a horrible sleep between the sweating, cramping, insomnia, needing to pee, and backpain. Ugh. Monday's beta can't come soon enough. Even Saturday will suffice...

@oxinfree I did have cramps that cycle, but they were different than my normal AF cramps. More of a "full" feeling with a few twinges/pinches. It was also my first medicated cycle, so it's hard to know what's what! Of course I'm trying to compare all of the cramps I'm having right now and tell myself it's similar, but who knows.
Normally my my temperature would be on a steady downslope by now since AF should be coming on Friday, but I had another uptick today. Trying not to get my hopes up since I know BBT is far from an exact science!
@KatBH - huh... well my cramps ebb and flow but at times definitely feel like AF cramps. I couldnt' even bother with bbt this month. It wouldn't be telling me much anyway, since it drops on the morning of first full day of AF only.... not much warning. I guess I could have watched temp go up and up but that's just another symptom to ponder and I've had cycles with a triphasic rise and no bfp so skeptical like you say. Exciting nonetheless that you had a spike... here's hoping!!!
@BingALing23 - good to know... I'm EST too so watching the clock on your behalf haha. Im keeping only the most positive of thoughts for you!!! Very hopeful!

@LeFemmeViolette, as I mentioned above, I use Wondfos then switch to FRERs the day before AF or spotting is due. I've never had a real BFP so I couldn't say how early wondfos detect one. This morning I got a super faint line, at least I think I did, at 11dpo. I didn't see anything, then when I got out of the shower I saw a line, but then had to hold it in the right light to detect it again. So the trigger is still in there - I'm assuming I really did see a line yesterday now.
@oxinfree, I hope your cramps and dreams are a good sign!! I had a dream last night that I was 5 months pregnant but it wasn't my husband's! Lol!

@cmmxv8 Welcome! FX that this is your month!
@oxinfree I've really gone back and forth about whether or not to do a HPT...I initially said no, but as I get closer I can feel myself losing my restrain...My DH and I are going to take the afternoon off when we find out, so that thought helps me a little.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Anyway... On to the last week of the wait. I'm 9dpo and had a faint positive today with FMU so still waiting out the trigger shot. Still hating the progesterone suppositories which I started up again after my blood test.
DH: 36, No known issues
TTC since 11/2014
1000mg Metformin daily
Oct-Dec 2015: Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI = BFN x 2
Feb-May 2016: Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI, Prometrium = BFN x 3
August 2016: Clomid 100mg no response, Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI, Prometrium = BFN

DH: 36, No known issues
TTC since 11/2014
1000mg Metformin daily
Oct-Dec 2015: Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI = BFN x 2
Feb-May 2016: Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI, Prometrium = BFN x 3
August 2016: Clomid 100mg no response, Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI, Prometrium = BFN

DH keeps asking when I'll be taking a test, so I caved and ordered some FRER's off amazon. Luckily they don't come until tomorrow, so I'll be testing Thursday which is technically only one day early.

@oxinfree, I am planning to test earliest on Sunday, so one day after you! Hopefully your cramps are a good sign! I get super nervous when they start too!
@BlingALing, hoping today is a good day for you!
Now that I'm going to be a professional HPT-taker, what's the best brand to buy? Seems like the in-store brands are super pricey. Is there something online that is cheaper, but still reliable?

Normally my my temperature would be on a steady downslope by now since AF should be coming on Friday, but I had another uptick today. Trying not to get my hopes up since I know BBT is far from an exact science!
