My hubby is an officer in the Air Force and I am in nursing school. I went to school for Biology but had to change my career choices because we move a lot. Love the military life though, amazing community and support.
I used to be a teacher, but after my first/last maternity leave I never went back and opened my own business instead. I will not benefit from the luxury of having a paid year off, but being due Aprio 1st couldn't be better timing . I'll take some time off and will work from home for the first few months, then transition back to full time slowly. It will work out. No choice! I love my job anyway, so I know I'll be looking forward to getting back to it.
DH is an engineer and works for a great little company. He's happy at work too and may be able to get a little time off. However, he's the main bread winner (tables have turned!) so he can't take too much time off.
Our son is on the autism spectrum and so we are quite familiar with ABA. I also use it daily in my new line of work.
I'm a high school art teacher and I teach mostly classes in the International Baccalaureate program. My husband sells high end movie collectables for a company called Secret Compass (www.secretcompassonline.com) so if you need a life size Iron Man or a Doctor Who coat that is the place to get it
I am an elementary special eduction teacher and DH is a car salesman for Lexus. We just got married on June 26 and are both excited and shocked that little over a month later we are preggos with our 1st!!
I am an IT project manager and husband is a Storage Engineer. Feel lucky with 2nd child I will have 12 weeks paid maternity leave and my husband gets a month of paternity leave.
I am an elementary school teacher (3rd grade) and DH is a civil engineer. So excited for an april baby b/c I'll be able to take off until the end of the school year and have all summer at home too!
In my previous life I was a teacher (kindergarten and 4th grade), but now I stay home with my daughter. My husband does risk consulting/ IT advisory. Fun stuff.
DH and I are both high school math and science teachers. He teaches in the International Baccalaureate program. I supply teach, and I also work at a college.
I'm a high school English teacher and my husband does training for financial advisors for a large financial planning company. So thrilled to be due on April again... Timed perfectly so that I get maternity leave and summer, about 4 months with new baby!

I'm an Assistant Property Manager and love what I do. DH is a Driver for a national delivery service provider. We both enjoy the security that our jobs offer, but we both plan to quit and work for ourselves in the next 5 years. It's our dream to buy and sell homes (flipping).
I do Accounting for a Medical Research Facility and my BF does Commercial HVAC. I'm also a part-time retail manager but won't be able to continue that after the holidays. I'm already ready to cut my hours back, I'm so exhasted all the time.
I am a psychiatric nurse and hubby is a marine, I am able to make my own schedule right now which is great but he is away training a lot and is set to deploy next year....Not looking forward to that at all
