I didn't and don't want it to be Nelly, I thought she and I got along. I'd be willing to believe it was IrisPetals or an AE of hers easily. I do think it's acting kind of shitty/shady to just go off to Parenting when you're talking about how important this board was for you and how you were a part of the community. Also, I read the thread where Parenting said that they didn't care if Nelly had been in charge of the confessional (again, I'm possibly being a little naive because I still don't want to think she was in charge), and that, to me, is all shades of every bad thing that has ever gone down on TB because 'we like her and we don't think she would do anything bad and she's a reg.' Reg or not, that doesn't mean you never get called out, because when you don't, I've seen some gnarly shit happen.
However, this is where the timeline gets weird for me and I don't feel like going through post history (or a thread could have been deleted, I'm looking). So, Nelly says she shared the 2.0 link with an AE. That's when ttgpconfessional2 started for the first time. That was the one with the weird Lake business and the 'I love you all's that had some mean stuff towards the end, but was mainly functioning as a call-out/confessional. It got mean/weird and then was deleted the first time. So, who shared when it came back as 2.1? Look, I get checking different pages saved in your browser every now and then, I think I went back to 2.0 a couple of times to see if it was really deleted and it was. But, someone kept checking and shared when it became 2.1. From what I remember (since I can't check it) 2.1 started off bad. No lake, nothing like that. It was heinous from the get-go. Then it got deleted. Then the 'mod' came into chat.
Even though it had the same name, those were two separate confessional occurances. So, I'm still confused.

Hysteroscopy/Lap--8/4/14 - Tubes unblocked. Polyps removed from uterine wall. Septum removed.
9/30/14--Off the bench! Unmedicated TI through December 2014
BFP 12/14/14!!! Beta #1, 12/16: 990 Beta #2, 12/18: Over 2000! Beta #3, 12/22: over 8000!
U/S #1, 12/23: gestational sac, possible heartbeat
U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015

2.0 started and Nelly shared that link. Which, honestly, I don't think it started out really bad so what I'm really not understanding is why on earth anyone would have felt a need to create an AE to share the link in the first place. A simple, 'I was checking to see if anything had been posted on the old confessional and up popped this new one, let's have a look-see' wouldn't have been that suspicious to me. My browser autofills all the time, and if I'd come across it I probably would have checked it out. That one was confessional, and then got into that weird groups/FB/Lake business and then became a love-fest and then got mean. It was deleted. Pretty much no one talked about it after that, at least for a while.
2.1 is the one that was really bad. Same address as 2.0, but really horrid from the start. I think the first several posts were all anti-IVF and made some really shitty remarks about infertility. I'm trying to find the post where it was shared first. I don't know if Nelly is saying she shared both times or just the first and 2.1 was shared by someone else/the mod of it.
I do think 2.0 and 2.1 had the same mod. And Iris was pretty nuts and I know she had AEs. Basically, still confused.
