See, this is what I'm saying. Not trying to WK or anything, but is there any real basis to this accusation against nelly? I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. But the fact that no one else seems to be saying this also makes me think I don't know the whole story...

I guess for all we know, it could have been nelly logging into chat as excited2see and saying this to cover her ass. And we will probably never get real answers.

Can anyone provide solid proof other than some one came in chat... I know first hand people come in there under other people's names.. Some bish has gone in as me.. And promptly bailed when I was alerted and came in to see what the deal was.

So yea. I need something a little more solid than that.

First, my question was about linking the thread in the first place under an AE. She admitted that much. Like why even do that though you know? Why under an AE, especially if you *aren't* the mod? How did she even find it?

I don't know if she was the mod, I would like to think she wasn't, but shit is suspect. Rumors are flying, people are talking, I prefer to give it to someone straight and talk it out.

No proof was provided at all and we were all skeptical. She didn't log in as excited2see, just said that was who she was. I took it as some random just trying to start drama but who knows?

I was anti confessional... there's no reason for that. I also pretty much stayed out of it ( I think I went in once) so I have no idea WTH is going on here but I'm pretty bummed that some of the ladies were made to feel like this. There's no excuse for saying hateful things about people. It makes me sad that some people are so miserable in their lives that they need to make others miserable too.

From what I remember excited2see was one of the first to have a horrid things said about her (race I believe) in the confessional 2.0. I guess theoretically she could have posted it about herself to see what the reaction would be when she brought it up here (in a WTF Wed thread I believe).

I've also only been in chat once, would there be a way to see IP addresses thee and compare them to a SN here? It's fucked up that people come into chat as someone else.

I understand that people can be hurt by the Internet. Totally. What happens though when you find out who was mean or who posted something using a new account? Do you win the Internet? Do you all message each other and virtual high-five? Nasty stuff can be said on the Internet all the time. Sometimes by trolls and sometimes by people you thought you were forming relationships with. It happens offline, too. I guess there are no bigger problems in the world though. I'll put the "newb" duct tape over my mouth though. So you're cool with someone who either said or facilitated cruel things hanging out with you? Terrible things about wishing miscarriage and mental health and infertility? Someone who tracked down someone's MILs email address as a what, threat? Or for funsies? You cool with that kind of person hanging out with you and having a good old time and never being called on it?

If you're cool with that kind of behavior being unchecked among friends or even acquaintances - internet or not - you can go fuck off in the corner alone. We don't want that kind of person here either.
