New random thread...I can't believe no one has started one yet! Aaad GO!

My random is that I'm really going to miss starting my day off like this when school starts next week:
Excuse the horrible picture of me, but this is what we do...I get breakfast and then bump on my iPad until I figure the nausea has settled, and Max climbs up and literally snuggles with me, head on my chest. I'm so not looking forward to the crazy hustle and bustle of school day, crack-of-dawn mornings!

Max will go back to work with my H, who is the asst superintendent at a golf course.

I just received a court summons today...at 715 am....ugh....to testify as a witness for an incident that happened 5 years ago....AND its on the first day of school...my boss is gonna be thrilled. she is already unsupportive of my pregnancy.

im soooo dreading this phone call. im not in the mood for her condescending tone

@lisap0924‌ That sounds terrible (both the summons and the work situation). Can you send her an email? It's literally the only way I communicate with my principal unless I have a union rep with me. That was you won't have to listen to her, and everything is in writing.

There was a gigantic freaking bat in my house last night! I was in the living room trying to get my 9 month old to sleep and out of nowhere this bat came swooping at us! I ran and got my husband and put DS in another room, then we had to team up to catch it...and somehow our daughter slept through the whole thing.

I feel like I need to Lysol everything.

I had my endocrinologist appointment today. 7:30 appt time. Im sitting in the chair next to the window and see my doctor pull in at 8:03!!! I had already told the front desk I'm giving him 5 more minutes. I walked back out to tell them I'm leaving, and he comes out saying he's ready for me. No apologies. Appointment took 5 minutes. Time to find a new, respectful, doctor!

@jessuhmarie‌ I'm sorry J is sick E was sick at the start of summer after finally having not been sick for like 3 months when she had had multiple illnesses over the winter. It was so heartbreaking to watch her not feel well again Hope she is herself again soon;

This is pretty standard. Registration can take some time, and so can the nurse's role getting vitals & whatnot -- and patients are often late. First appointments are often scheduled 15-30 min before the clinician arrives so they can just walk in & have a pt ready to be seen. I never see a patient until at least 20 min after their scheduled time because of how long registration & the nurse collecting the history takes. (My office put everything on the computer so no more paper forms about family history, etc -- the nurse asks it all. So freaking stupid.)

We've had sex two days in a row. I feel like I deserve an award. 

They were trimming trees across the street so I couldn't let our dogs out this morning. I had to take each one out on a leash and it was so annoying. And then when they were inside, they were trying to break the window down. Gotta love having 3 Great Danes in the house.......

My computer decided last night that it would be an absolute bitch. Right now, when we can't afford another, the monitor has decided it won't work. So, K went upstairs and grabbed an old monitor he had kept just for this reason...right, pack rat...and hooked it up to my laptop. Yay, now I have a screen so at the very least I can copy my hard drive (Because I started freaking out about getting my pictures and videos and documents that I hadn't saved externally yet) and I can use the computer...just in a weird way...

So the screen is working right now, but I'm hooked up to the other monitor already so now I have two screens of the same thing. And WTF computer, get your shit together! It's working now, so maybe it'll be OK??? Who am I kidding though, this thing is likely peacing out in other ways soon. We bought it the summer of 09.

@createmagic14 she was actually very pleasant. I swear she has multiple personality's!

she did request I call and try to find out how long I will be to see if I need to take the whole day off, or just half a day. but she was pleasant so I cant complain.

SUPER random...but bumping + a little OCD in me is driving me crazy because I can't keep up with all the posts. Just when I get a "clean" home page for the message boards, there are 15 more little yellow notifications. You ladies are fast....I think I need to step away and get some work done for the sake of my sanity and my employment status.

Same! Got mine in a few hours and DH is getting over the flu so he won't be coming. Good luck. You're not alone! I'm going to try to Skype with him if they let me (or if they are giving me a video to take home that will suffice).

I got hooked this summer and pulled the husband in about the middle of season 1. We'd watch an episode or two every few days. We just watched the season 2 finale last night and I.am.lost. No more until 2015?!? Haha.

I finally pooped after a week.... At work... Thank God nobody was in there..

I've been smelling this horrible smell on my way to work and at work and then I realized it was my fucking shoes. I feel disgusting.

SO and I haven't had sex in a week and he's like a sad puppy every night I fall asleep. I should probably take care of him, but the thought of anything sexual right now sounds terrible. My whole body hurts, I keep having tummy aches, and I have no energy whatsoever. Come on second trimester!!
