I actually think she may have some issue that doesn't allow her to feel pain like the rest of us.  She once sprained her ankle to where it swelled up to the size of a softball and she didn't notice until she reached down and itched it....

I don't even know why it is getting dragged up again!  it looks like there is a lawsuit going on (NOT against me) due to the incident. I am being called as a witness. Guarantee I'll never get a rebuttal about the evidence I posted in regards to the "risks" that lady associated with vaccines. I'm glad I researched it though and just reaffirmed why I'm going to vaccinate (God willing my child is healthy and I'm able to)

I'm kind of upset that the usual guy wasn't down in the cafeteria today. The replacement nearly burned my food, only gave me half the usual serving, and was super slow. Blah, I should have brought my own lunch today but it was so early when I woke up that I couldn't function...didn't think slicing and dicing were a good idea when I could barely open my eyes.

@cinderella021714 Well sounds like he deserves something way better...and I would definitely LOVE to see what happens now that he's gone and no one is there to pick up the pieces. Maybe his boss will realize how valuable he was. And I'm also pretty sure firing over going to a doctor's appointment isn't completely legal.

@lisap0924 OMG, I'm so jealous that you have a Friendly's nearby. Their hot fudge is the best fudge ever. I grew up with Friendly's, and sadly I no have no Friendly's and no 7-11. Stupid Georgia. 

@jenny0314 I am lucky to have a friendly's right in my town! its so awesome! ive been craving it the last couple days.

they closed a lot of locations here in MA but we are lucky to still have a few nearby.

I'm totally at TJ Maxx just to waste time and get out of the office for lunch. I brought my lunch today and already ate and WAS going to work through lunch for extra hours, but decided that was a horrible idea and I needed to get outside lol.

Is itching a side effect of anesthesia? I feel like that's a thing. I keep drifting off to sleep and waking up to scratch. It's also possible I'm dehydrated and just have dry skin as a result.

PS. I hate when people use itch as an active verb. You did not itch your leg, you scratched it because it itched.

@wendyld Itching is a side effect of anesthesia or certain pain meds. After my c-section with my son it was awful. I was taking benadryl around the clock for the first day or two.‌

Thanks. I have no intention of taking the pain meds at this point (I'm pretty sensitive to most of those), but I know they gave me some in my IV so I'll give benadryl a shot if it doesn't go away soon.

Good luck to everyone who has appointments today!

I didn't get a chance to post about our appointment yesterday.  We decided to announce on FB (I couldn't take it anymore), and every time I tried to update, the phone would ring.

The NT measurement was 1.5 and everything else looked great, as well.  It looked like little Tigger was trying to nap, but my uterus was contracting and making LO jump.  I was a little concerned until the u/s tech said that was normal.  My OB isn't at all concerned with the fibroid found during Sunday's ER visit but will keep an eye on it.  She also went over my post-op notes from my uterine septum surgery, and says there's currently no reason why I shouldn't be able to have a vaginal birth.  Yay!

We should be getting our Verfi results in about 6-10 business days.  I'll be holding my breath for what'll seem like forever.  And it still seems crazy that we'll know the sex that soon!

I'm in AZ and we've had some good monsoon weather over the last week or so. It has been awesome. It's cloudy and overcast and I want soup in a bread bowl for lunch now.

I'm 11 weeks 2ma!

Next appointment is in 2 weeks and I can't wait to we can see little nugget and then announce!

Hey guys, today fucking sucks.  I haven't read anything on here all day today but I kept getting tags so I thought I would come check shit out.

S is doing ok.  I went and laid with him for a few minutes after he woke up this morning and asked how he was doing.  He's ok, he's not afraid to cry when something hurts his heart so we laid and cried for a little while.  He's reaching out to some of Mike's friends and family to get info on the funeral and hoping he can make it.  He has to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday this weekend and then Wednesday, Thursday next week so hopefully the timing will work out for him.

The 12th anniversary of my dad's death from a motorcycle accident is coming up in 10 days.  It just fucking sucks.  Both of them were wearing helmets and in both cases the helmet didn't do a fucking thing to save their lives.  Because how much help is a helmet going to be when your head is hitting the ground at 50mph?

Please guys, PLEASE watch for motorcycles when you are out driving.

SO keeps telling me he's getting interviews for sales jobs... I'm not a big fan of sales jobs because they're normally commission based and he got interviews so easily because there's such a fast turn around.. He has an interview tomorrow morning for a sales position and he just texted saying he thinks he may have gotten a job as a car sales rep. I asked if they're commission based and he said the first month is salary based with training and then it goes to commission. Idk how I feel about that.. We just need him to have a guaranteed base pay.

@Cinderella021714 Good luck on the interviews.  My DH lost his job a week before DS was born and it was so stressful. 

My random- I'm back and work and worknig on hundreds of student schedules.  This is by far my least favorite part of my job.  Also, apparently word is out that I'm pregnant as a mom emailed me about a schedule change and added in that she would miss me when I went on maternity leave in March.  Ummmm what?  We haven't even told all of our friends yet!

I'm so sorry all this happened to you guys. That really really sucks. My H has been in sales for a few years now and I'm always nervous when he takes one that is mostly commission. Right now he's got a good one with a good base and nice extras with commission. But it still is an uneasy thing for me. Plus I could never be a sales person. I suck at that shit.
