I am drinking a glass of wine while my kiddo naps. Then off to MIL's for dinner. We have a bday party for one of our play date group kiddos tomorrow morning. Then I just want to work on stuff I need to make for LO's bdayparty. It isn't until March 23rd bbut I am making a bunch of stuff myself so gotta get started early.

My plan for this weekend is to not murder my h. Baby fell asleep for like 30 min in the car this afternoon, normally he sleeps for 1.5h. H takes him inside then slams the door directly beside him, then is like, "Oh the baby is wide awake! Let me take him out of the car seat instead of trying to rock him back to sleep. Welp I'm off to nightshift now, have fun with the cranky kids!"

It will be fine, or it won't. All the other parents will be too worried about their kid to judge you if things go wrong.

This is a good situation to use "what's the worst that could happen?" thinking. If he throws a tantrum... you'll be out the money for the class? Slightly embarrassed? Not the end of the world.
